Thin-walled cross section has light self-weight, more superior bending stiffness and torsional stiffness than others. So the usage of thin-walled cross section is increasing as a structure of long span bridges. The Behavior of thin-walled structures subjected to eccentric loads is such that bending and torsion will occur. So their structural characteristic is that in-plan behaviour and out-of behaviour are coupled with each other. In this sturdy, considering a thin thickness of thin-walled cross section, the beam element with shear deformation is developed. According to change of cross-section's dimensions, the effect of shear deformation on thin-walled beams is analyzed.
