에스니시티(ethnicity)의 변형을 통한 한국사회 이주노동자의 문화변용 연구

본 연구는 한국사회에서 주변부의 문제로 인식되었던 이주노동자의 생활실태를 심층적으로 파악하고 이론적으로 해석하려는 노력의 일환으로 시작되었다. 지금까지 이주노동자에 관한 의제설정이나 연구는 인권이나 노동 문제, 그리고 다문화 가정을 이루고 있는 이주여성의 동화를 전제로 한 적응과정에 관한 의제들이 주류를 이루고 있다. 반면에 이주노동자 혹은 이주여성이 한국사회와 대면적 접촉을 겪는 과정에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않았다, 따라서 본 연구에서는 연구 대상을 필리핀, 네팔, 방글라데시 출신의 이주노동자로 한정하여 한국사회와의 관계 설정에 관한 현실과 방법에 주목하여 분석을 시도하였다. 연구결과 이들은 한국내 적응과정에서 에스니시티의 변형이 발생하고 있었으며 이를 통해 문화변용을 경험하고 있었다. 에스니시티의 변형 유형은 다양했지만 역동적이지는 않았다. 문화변용의 형태도 매우 소극적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그동안 이주노동자를 시혜의 대상이나 사회 문제의 원인으로만 바라보았던 한국사회의 시선을 한국사회에서 일정 부분 역할을 하고 있는 실체로서 인정할 수 있는 근거를 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 이주노동자들의 삶과 생활세계는 한국인과 동떨어진 것처럼 보였으나 사실은 끊임없는 문화변용을 통해 한국인의 생활세계와도 심층적인 상호작용 관계를 맺고 있다는 사실을 알 수 있다. The research question of this thesis began with the fact that, though being a significant social issue, the questions about migrant workers` rights have been marginalized in Korea. In this context, the thesis can be thought of an attempt to arouse the Korean public to recognize migrant workers` rights seriously. Unfortunately, despite the fact that the number of migrant workers has been increasing and they have played an important role as labour forces, the concern about their life has been imperceptible. The fact that there are few academic researches on it is an inevitable result of this situation. The Korean public have intermittently expressed the concern about migrants workers and immigrants only when certain accidents and events happened. So far, the focus has been on, at most the nit basic human tights, industrial relations, and how to assimilate migrant women of multi-cultural families into Korean culture. In the latter case, the position of the government has been assimilationist in spite of its concept of multiculturalism In this circumstance, it can be expectable that there are few in-depth analyses on migrant workers and women`s personal experience of everyday life in Korea. There can be a lot of subtle problems that they face in their personal interaction with Korean culture. This thesis would be a sociological endeavor to explore this new area. From the outset, however, I have to say that, although the concern of the thesis includes both migrant workers and woman, the research is based on the data from the former. The subjects of research are migrant workers from Philippines, Nepal and Bangladesh The result of the research demonstrated that migrant workers have experienced the transformation of ethnicity through attempting to adapt to Korean society. Further, They have experienced the acculturation. and transformation type of ethnicity was diverse but form of acculturation wasn`t dynamic Contrary to our impression that the lives and life-world of migrant workers are far way from ours, they have been deeply involved in Korean society and intermingled with people and culture in Korea, which can be understood as the process of continuous acculturation.

물류센터의 경영지원이 중소규모 슈퍼마켓의 경영성과에 미치는 영향

최근 기업형 슈퍼마켓(SSM) 및 온라인 쇼핑몰의 성장 등으로 중소규모 슈퍼마켓의 경영환경이 악화되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 조직화, 협업화를 통해 중소규모 슈퍼마켓을 지원할 수 있는 공동도매 유통물류센터가 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중소슈퍼마켓의 가맹본부 역할을 담당하고 있는 유통물류센터의 다양한 경영지원들이 실제 경영성과에 미치는 영향력을 파악하기 위해 한국수퍼마켓협동조합(KOSA)의 회원사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석결과 업무전문성, 상거래태도 등의 중소물류유통센터 운영지원은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 영업지원 중 물류지원은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 향후 중소 슈퍼마켓 활성화를 위한 정책적 방안과 새로운 활로를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. Recently, the management environment of small and medium sized supermarkets is deteriorating due to the growth of SSM and online shopping malls. The co-wholesale distribution logistics center, which can support small and medium sized supermarkets through organization and collaboration, is proposed as an alternative. In this study, a survey was conducted to investigate the influence of various management support of distribution and distribution centers on the management performance of small and medium sized supermarkets. Support for operation of distribution logistics centers such as business expertise(Professionalism) and commerce attitude had a positive effect on management performance, and logistics support during sales support had a positive effect on management performance.
