가상화폐 규제의 구조와 변수: 비트코인 규제 영향요인 비교 연구

정치경제적 측면에서 국가화폐 신뢰 저하, 네트워크 사회의 대안운동 그리고 비트코인에 대한 도입논란 환경에서 비트코인에 대한 각국의 규제는 허용, 신중, 불가, 무반응으로 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 이 글은 이러한 규제수준과 ICT, 금융·경제, 정치적 요인간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 제도적 반응이 가장 활발하게 나타난 2014년 당시 58개 국의 규제 수준이다. 심층분석 결과, 세 요인의 여러 지수 가운데, 특히, ICT 발전지수가 높고, GDP가 높으며, 국제자금세탁방지기구 가입국일수록 비트코인에 대해 허용적인 반응을 보이는 것을 밝혔다. 그리하여, 국가화폐의 위기 구조 속에 나타나는 새로운 가상화폐에 대한 제도적 반응은 기술, 경제, 정치의 복합적 구조로 구성되고 있음을 강조하였다. 앞으로도 네트워크 사회에서 지속적으로 대안화폐 실험이 지속되는 가운데, 대안화폐의 가능성에 대한 분석적 지표를 제시하고, 단순한 경제나 기술요인이 아닌 정치적 요인까지 고려해야 한다는 것을 강조함으로써 새로운 화폐유통환경을 과학적으로 분석하고자 하였다. In the context of a decreasing credibility of national currency, alternative movements of network society and increasing controversy surrounding the introduction of Bitcoin, there have been such different state regulations on Bitcoin as allowance, caution and ignorance. This article analyses these different types of regulation in relation with ICT, financial economy and political factors. It deals with the level of regulations of 58 countries in 2014 when many states actively responded to Bitcoin. This research shows that the countries in which ICT is highly developed, whose GDP is high, and which is a member of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) tend to respond to Bitcoin in a more permissive manner. In this respect, an institutional response to new virtual currencies is constructed by a complex structure of technology, economy and politics in the context of a crisis of national currency. Therefore, in order to analyse the experiments of alternative currencies that tend to be continued in the future, we need to construct an analytical index of possibility of alternative currencies, focusing on political factors as well as technological and economic ones.

In this paper, the three-dimensional volume integral equation method (VIEM) is introduced for the analysis of an unbounded isotropic solid containing single isotropic/anisotropic spheroidal inclusions. A comprehensive analysis of three-dimensional elastostatic volume integral equation method (VIEM) is introduced for the analysis of an unbounded isotropic solid containing single isotropic/anisotropic spheroidal inclusions. In order to verify the three-dimensional volume integral equation method (VIEM) solutions, the VIEM solutions were compared to the exact solutions based on the Eshelby solution that evaluates the elastic fields inside and outside of an ellipsoidal inclusions for single isotropic/anisotropic spheroidal inclusions of arbitrary shape.

Considering the dangers of DC serial arcs in PV systems and the time when arcs are caused by electrical fire, we aimed to quickly detect DC serial arcs within 0.5 s. To quickly analyze and identify the frequency characteristics of arcs, fast Fourier transform (FFT) and discrete wavelet transform (DWT), which have been the most widely used frequency analysis methods in recent years, were compared and analyzed to implement an algorithm for detecting the most accurate and efficient DC arc. In this study, an experiment was conducted based on the UL 1699B arc test conditions. At this time, the arc energy does not exceed 750 J, and the arc must be detected within 2.5 s. In the overall process, components other than the arc were removed by applying a band pass filter to detect a specific frequency component of the arc. ADC was performed to convert the current value into a digital signal, and signal processing was performed using FFT and DWT using the filtered signal. Finally, after calculating the energy, which is a component of the frequency for each specific period, the threshold of each energy value was set to determine whether the arc exceeds a specific threshold.
