        4가지 접촉식 초음파를 이용한 생체계측 시 백내장수술 후 굴절력 예측의 비교

        Purpose: To compare ocular biometry measured using 4 applanation ultrasonographic biometry devices and evaluate the accuracies of the refractive outcomes after cataract surgery. Methods: A total of 60 eyes in 60 patients who received cataract surgery were included in the present study. The axial length was measured using applanation ultrasonographic biometry devices (Aviso?, Hi-Scan<SUP>Ⓡ, UD-6000<SUP>Ⓡ, P37-II<SUP>Ⓡ). Additionally, keratometry was measured using an autokeratometer (Topcon KR 8000) and the SRK/T formula was used to calculate intraocular lens (IOL) power. Two months after cataract surgery, the refractive outcome was determined, and results from the 4 different applanation ultrasonographic biometry devices were compared. Results: Axial lengths were 23.52 ± 1.45 mm, 23.51 ± 1.04 mm, 23.54 ± 1.58 mm, and 23.52 ± 1.38 mm measured using Aviso<SUP>Ⓡ, Hi-Scan<SUP>Ⓡ, UD-6000<SUP>Ⓡ, and P37-II<SUP>Ⓡ, respectively with no statistically significant differences observed (p = 0.92). The mean absolute error (MAE) of the Aviso<SUP>Ⓡ, Hi-Scan<SUP>Ⓡ, UD-6000?, and P37-II<SUP>Ⓡ was 0.41 ± 0.32 diopter (D), 0.40 ± 0.30 D, 0.36 ± 0.26 D, and 0.39 ± 0.26 D, respectively. The mean numerical error (MNE) was 0.39 ± 0.37 D, 0.36 ± 0.32 D, 0.26 ± 0.29 D, and 0.38 ± 0.32 D, respectively. The differences between the 4 different applanation ultrasonographic biometry devices were not statistically significant (<EM>p</EM> = 0.90, <EM>p </EM>= 0.81). Conclusions: The ocular biometric measurements and prediction of postoperative refraction using Aviso<SUP>Ⓡ, Hi-Scan?, UD-6000<SUP>Ⓡ, P37-II<SUP>Ⓡ showed no significant differences.         각막 고위수차가 안구 내 스트레이라이트에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To investigate the relation between corneal higher-order aberrations and intraocular straylight. Methods: Fifty eyes with an ZCB00 (Abbott Medical Optics, Santa Ana, CA, USA) were prospectively evaluated. Ocular higher-order aberrations were measured for a 4-mm pupil using Pentacam?? (Oculus Inc., Dutenhofen, Germany). Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and Straylight were measured at preoperation, postoperative 1 month, and 2 month using C-Quant straylight meter (Oculus GmbH, Wetzlar, Germany). Results: BCVA and Straylight were significantly improved after operation (p < 0.001). There were no statistically significant differences in corneal higher-order aberration root mean square, including spherical, coma, or trefoil aberration, at two months postoperative. Spearman correlation analysis revealed that total higher-order aberration (R = 0.315, p = 0.026) and spherical aberration (R = 0.297, p = 0.036) were significantly associated with straylight, but coma aberration (R = 0.239, p = 0.095), trefoil aberration (R = -0.036, p = 0.804) were not. Conclusions: Corneal higher-order aberration of the eye and straylight that influeces visual quality have a positive correlation. And measurement of straylight using C-Quant may reflect the corneal higher-order aberrations.

        Inventory management is an important factor for cost saving in a construction project. but current materials management of construction project is difficult to predict the required with occurrence of unexpected situations. if accurate demand forecasts of materials before the fact is possible, materials management will be efficient, stock cost and order cost will be decreased. This study analyzed data generated during the work process in the construction site. Through this, we show materials information management model that follow the change construction schedule meet the change materials demand. Moreover, We suppose that the propriety order time of materials use the collected information.

      • Cu-base合金의 Boron化에 의한 表面改質

        Boriding has been investigated by means of a surface heat treatment burying in amorphous boron powder under an argon gas atmoshere. The hardness of the boronized surface on the Ag and Cu alloys show the range of Hv 600 to Hv 1000 depending on chemical compositions. Moreover, in order to investigate the effect of each alloying element in pure Cu on increase in boronized surface hardness, various Cu-binary alloys, which contained Mn, Ti, Si, Zn or Al element, were boronized. The boronized surface of the alloys has been investigated from metallographic and X-ray analyses and hardness distribution.
