M&A로 인한 조직변화, 고용불안, 심리적 저항의 관계에 관한 연구: 합병⋅피합병 항공사의 비교를 중심으로

본 연구는 항공기업의 인수합병에 따른 조직의 변화를 차원화하여 다차원적 관점에서의 변화에 대한 조직구성원들의 인식과 고용불안, 심리적 저항 간의 관계가 합병 ・피합병 기업 간 차이가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 먼저 인수합병에 따른 조직변화를 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 ‘내부구조변화’, ‘ 복리후생변화’, ‘인력구조변화’, ‘성과관리 변화’ 로 요인화하여 연구를 진행하였고, 가설 검증을 위해 조절된 매개 검증을 실시한 결과, 조직의 변화에 대한 저항의 다양한 원인 중 M&A에 따른 조직변화로 인해 촉발된 고용불안과의 관계가 합병・피합병 기업별 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 합병・피합병 기업 조직원 모두 내부구조변화, 복리후생변화, 인력구조변화를 인식할수록 고용불안을 매개로 심리적 저항이 증가하였다. 특히, 인력구조변화를 인식하는 경우에는 합병기업보다 피합병 기업의 조직원들은 더 크게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 조직원의 성과관리 변화에 대한 기대는 고용불안을 낮추고 심리적 저항을 줄일 수 있는 요인으로 나타났으며, 성과관리 변화 인식과 고용불안, 심리적 저항 간의 관계가 합병・피합병 기업 별로 차이가 있어 항공기업 간 다른 양상을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과로 항공기업의 M&A에 따른 조직변화인식 관련 연구의 기초를 마련하고, 실제 M&A를 진행중인 통합기업의 변화관리자에게 조직원의 불안과 저항을 줄이기 위한 합병・피합병 기업에 따른 변화전략을 위한 제안으로 진정한 두 조직의 통합에 대한 의견을 제시하였다.

청소년의 알레르기 질환과 운동량에 따른 정신건강

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 천식과 알레르기 비염, 아토피 피부염, 고강도 운동량이 우울 증상과 자살사고에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 제15차(2019) 청소년 정신건강행태조사를 활용한 이차 자료분석연구이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 복합표본 교차분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 우울 증상과 자살사고 모두 알레르기 질 환과 고강도 운동, 흡연 경험, 음주 경험이 차이가 있었다. 흡연 경험과 음주 경험을 보정한 후 천식과 알레르기 비염, 아토 피 피부염에 의해서는 우울 증상(OR:1.16, 95% CI:1.07-1.26; OR:1.16, 95% CI: 1.11-1.21; OR:1.17, 95% CI:1.11-1.23)과 자살사고(OR:1.32, 95% CI:1.20-1.47; OR:1.22, 95% CI:1.15-1.29; OR:1.21, 95% CI:1.14-1.29)가 증가하였으나 고강도 운동에 의해서는 우울 증상과 자살사고를 느끼는 정도가 감소하였다(OR:0.90, 95% CI:0.86-0.94; OR:0.85, 95% CI:0.80-0.90). 본 연구 결과로 청소년의 알레르기 질환과 고강도 운동량은 정신건강에 많은 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었고 청소년의 정신건강 관련 예방과 연구에 기초자료로 삼고자 한다. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, and high intensity exercise on depressive symptoms and suicidal ideation in adolescents. This is a secondary data analysis study using 15th Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. Data analysis was performed by chi-square and logistic regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. As a result, there were differences in allergic diseases, high-intensity exercise, smoking experience, and drinking experience in both depressive symptoms and suicidal ideation. After adjusting for smoking experience and alcohol experience, asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis were influencing factor for depression symptoms(OR:1.16, 95% CI:1.07-1.26; OR:1.16, 95% CI:1.11-1.21; OR:1.17, 95% CI:1.11-1.23) and for suicidal ideation(OR:1.32, 95% CI:1.20-1.47; OR:1.22, 95% CI:1.15-1.29; OR:1.21, 95% CI:1.14-1.29). However, high intensity exercise had decreased depressive symptoms and suicidal ideation(OR:0.90, 95% CI:0.86-0.94; OR:0.85, 95% CI:0.80-0.90). As a result of this study, it was found that allergic diseases and high-intensity exercise had a great effect on mental health in adolescents, and we may use it as basic data for prevention and research related to the mental health of adolescent.

초등학교 고학년 학생의 인터넷 중독 실태와 중독 요인 연구

As the use of computers and the Internet become more commonplace, many children are using the Internet. The Internet is rapidly permeating into the daily lives of elementary school students. There are some positive effects of using the Internet: it helps children's studies and communication skills and relives stress. However, some negative effects are arising, such as aggressive behavior caused by Internet games, sleeping disorders, and Internet addiction. The goal of this disquisition was to find out how an upper class of elementary school children are using the Internet and also the degree of their Internet addictions. The effects that Internet addiction had on various aspects, such as on the individual, family, and school were observed. In the individual aspect, self-respect, self-control, awareness of stress, depression, and personal taste were observed. In the aspect of family, communication with parents, the nursing behavior of parents, family functions, friendliness within the family, and the family's emotional support were observed. In the aspect of school, relationships with teachers, relationships with friends, study activities, compliance to rules and participation in events were observed. By analyzing each cause of Internet addiction, this disquisition hopes to help prevent Internet addiction and to support educational guiding about Internet addiction of elementary school children.

간호사가 지각하는 조직문화가 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture perceived by nurses on job satisfaction and the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the effect of organizational culture and positive psychological capital on job satisfaction. The data collection was conducted from November 22, 2016 to December 10, 2016, at three general hospitals over 200 beds in K and P area. And 177 clinical nurses who agreed to sign. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS / WIN 22.0 statistical program. The results of this study are as follows: First, the relationship between organizational culture, job satisfaction and positive psychological capital of nurses shows high results, and mediating effect of positive psychological capital is found in relationship between job culture and job satisfaction (Sobel- Z Score = 3.120, <.001), and there was a mediating effect of positive psychological capital on relationship culture and job satisfaction (Sobel-Z Score = 2.495, <.001). Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program that improves positive psychological capital in order to enhance job satisfaction with nurses' desirable organizational culture. 본 연구의 목적은 간호사가 지각하는 조직문화가 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 파악하여 조직문화와 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 규명하기 위함이다. 자료수집은 2016년 11월 22일부터 2016년 12월 10일까지 K, P 지역에 소재한 200병상 이상의 종합병원 3곳을 대상으로 하였으며, 각 병원의 모든 부서에 있는 경력 6개월 이상의 연구목적을 이해하고 서명으로 동의한 임상간호사 177명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 조직문화와 직무만족, 긍정심리자본의 상관관계에서 높은 결과가 나왔으며, 조직문화의 과업문화와 직무만족과의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며( Sobel-Z Score = 3.120, <.001), 관계문화와 직무만족과의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다( Sobel-Z Score = 2.495, <.001). 따라서 간호사의 바람직한 조직문화로 직무만족을 높이기 위한 긍정심리자본을 향상시키는 프로그램개발이 필요할 것이다.

학습유형과 언어불안이 영어 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there are any differences in English achievement according to learners' learning styles and the levels of their foreign language anxiety and to examine their interaction effects. The subjects are second grade students in four high schools, of which 108 are male and 111 are female students. Oxford's SAS (1990) and Horwitz's FLCAS (1986) were administered to measure the learners' learning styles and foreign language anxiety respectively. The learners' English achievements were measured by the scores from the nationwide English test administered in the autumn of 2007. The results of this study showed that learning styles had significant effects on their English achievement except for visual, auditory and hands-on style and intuitive and concrete style. There were significant differences in learners' English achievement according to their levels of foreign language anxiety. Also, there were interaction effects only in closure and open-ended style in learning styles and foreign language anxiety.

이 연구는 학교수학의 중심에 놓여있는 대수의 유형을 분류한 여러 이론 중에서 대수의 다양한 의미를 포괄적으로 정의한 Usiskin의 이론을 토대로 한국과 미국 그리고 일본의 교과서 문자와식 영역에 나타난 문항들의 대수개념을 비교 분석한 것이다. 이러한 분석에 근거하여 교과서에 있는 문항들이 어떠한 의미를 가지고 서술되어 있는지를 인식한 상태에서 수학수업을 한다면 미약하나마 학교교육의 변화를 유도할 수 있을 것이다.
