The purpose of the study are surveyed a summary in venture company, a exemption from taxes in-venture company and the direct financing market . Venture company is expected new company which are have high risk and high return with new technology and new idea. A type of the exemption from taxes in venture company are classified by grouping. The grouping are the investment subject and the investment target. A type of the investment subject are taxes exemption from individually invester, institution invester, venture capital. A type of the investment target are taxes exemption from the direct investment about venture company, the financing from venture investment association and the investment from venture company investment trust return securities. A type of financing are direct market and indirect market. The direct market are financing by transaction market. KOSAQ market(the secondary transaction market) managed by Korea Securities Association. Venture company and small company financing by KOSDAQ market. Therefore, KOSDAQ market importance in venture company . The indirect market are financing by bank. The method of the study is literature survey. The limitation of the paper is not accomplish empirical study. The future research will accomplish study and empirical study using KOSDAQ market.

Leisure life will become more important to the government employees gradually, People with many interests enjoy their spare time. There are several obstacles in enjoying leisure. The big obstacle is money of people think that it costs too much money. The another factor of an impediment is time and holiday. In order to solve this kids of problems, we require special knowledge and efficient work. We reduce a time of remaining affairs and should finish work within a short time. We produce the intended effect. We also need to expand IT in business management and develope some leisure programs in neighborhood.

비상용승강기의 급기가압 제연설비는 기존 방식인 승강장 가압 방식에 비해 최근 제연 안전성이 증가된 승강로 가압방식을 채택하기 시작하였다. 이 새로운 승강로 가압방식의 경우 카의 상승 및 하강에 따른 피스톤효과가 어떠한 결과를 초래하는지를 파악하기 위해 15층 규모의 신축건물에 적용된 비상용승강기에서 제연설비를 가동 후 45Pa의 차압상태에서 측정을 통하여 도출하였다. 그 결과 승강기 카의 상승속도가 105m/min의 경우 최상층에서 측정한 차압변위는 0.9Pa로 나타났으며 따라서, 피스톤효과는 무시할 정도임을 알 수 있었다.
업무용 빌딩의 화재안전도가 건물 가치에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

업무용 빌딩의 가치는 임대료 또는 매매가격으로써 판단할 수 있으며, 다수의 선행연구에서 업무용 빌딩의 임대료 결정요인에 관해 중점적으로 다루었던 변수는 빌딩 등급요소로서 건물의 물리적 특성인 연면적, 대지면적, 층수, 높이, 경과년도 및 엘리베이터 대수 등과 입지특성인 지하철역과의 거리, 접도 수 및 주요도로차선 수 등이었다. 본 연구에서는 건물의 물리적 특성이나 입지특성 이외에 아직 연구되어오지는 않았지만, 건물의 화재안전도도 중요한 요인이 될 수 있다고 판단하였다. 실증분석을 위해 서울시 권역별 11층 이상의 327개 업무용 빌딩에 있어서의 물리적 특성 및 입지특성에 관한 자료와 화재안전도에 관한 자료를 활용하였다. 회귀모형을 사용하여 분석한 결과 선행연구에서도 다룬 사항인 연면적이 클수록, 높이가 높을수록, 전용률이 높을수록, 경과년도가 짧을수록, 지하철역과의 거리가 가까울수록 등의 요인 이외에도 본 연구의 새로운 착안사항인 화재위험도지수가 낮을수록 임대료가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 건축물별 화재안전등급 인증 제도를 조기 확립함으로써 합리적으로 건물의 투자가치 및 이용가치 등을 판단할 수 있도록 하는 실거래를 위한 정보제공시스템이 확립되기를 기대한다. According to the previous studies, the rent determinants of the office building included its physical properties such as architectural area, plottage, number of floors, height, elapsed years of construction, number of elevator units and locational characteristics such as distance to the subway station, frontage condition, number of main road lanes and the like. This study secured the fire safety level which has not been considered besides the physical properties and locational characteristics as the rent determinants of the office building. For the purpose of empirical analysis, this study made practical use of data on the physical and locational characteristics of 327 office buildings of more than 11 stories by zone in Seoul and data on their fire safety. Regression analysis for this study, like previous studies, showed that the rent was high for the office building which had large architectural area, height, and exclusive use rate, had short elapsed years since construction and short distance to the subway station. Furthermore this study newly showed that the low fire risk index led to higher fire safety and to the rent. There is a need to establish the information provision system for real transaction based on the fire safety class certification for each building which contribute to make a reasonable judgement of the investment value and use value of the building.
스프링클러설비 배관의 시공 상 문제점에 관한 기초 연구

Sprinkler system is a very effective automatic fire protection system to prevent the propagation of flame and accomplish the initial extinguishing when fire occurs. But the problems occur when sprinkler system is operating such as not to achieve the prescribed discharge pressure and quantity due to the arising of scale and corrosion by the internal and external causes in case about 15 years have passed since completion of construction. When those problems occur, fire extinguishment might fail due to the decline of prescribed water flow quantity and water sprinkling. According to a previous study, most of them were focused on the corrosion of steel piping for sprinkler system. This study was intended to secure the cause of the water leak on the copper piping of sprinkler system in the apartment which had relatively corrosion resistance than steel piping of sprinkler system. And the cause of the water leak turned out to be the pitting corrosion.
