본 논문은 어린이집 교사에 대한 원장의 역할은 어떤 것이어야 하는가에 대한 담론을 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행연구들에서 제시된 결과들을 바탕으로 그 의미를 도출하였다. 관련 선행연구들에 분석결과 어린이집 원장들은 원장의 역할 뿐 아니라, 자질, 태도, 이미지가 중요함으로 나타났다. 즉 교사를 재교육하고 지도하는 원장의 역할을 잘 수행하기 위하여 첫째, 원장의 자질이 중요함을 알 수 있다. 교사를 바르게 보기 위해서는 원장의 인성적 자질이, 판단하고 해석하기 위해서는 전문가적 자질과 지도자적 자질이 중요하다고 나타났다. 둘째, 교사를 재교육하고 지도하기 위해서는 원장의 태도와 이미지가 중요하다고 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 바람직한 원장의 역량을 보다 효율적으로 함향키 위한 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다는 시사점을 제공 해 주는 것에 교육적 의의가 있다.

유아교사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고, 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 유아교사 220명을 대상으로 설문조사하여, 자료 처리를 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 분석하였고, 독립변인이 종속변인을 예측하는 유용한 변인인지를 알아보기 위해 단순회귀분석 과 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 이직의도에 대한 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 영향력을 분석한 결과, 직무스트레스 하위요인 중 원장의 지도력 및 행정적 지원 부족과 업무과부하로 인해 스트레스를 높게 지각하며 이직의 도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족의 하위요인 중 근무환경과, 직무자체의 특성이 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족이 부분매개효과를 거의 갖지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과 검증을 위해 sobel test를 실시한 결과, 매개변인의 효과가 유의미 하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. This study examined the effects of teacher job stress and emotional intelligence on the turnover intent and job satisfaction. To this end, an early childhood teacher survey of 220 people using SPSS 9.0 data processing, analysis, and the independent variables were used to predict the dependent variable. Simple regression analysis and regression analysis of a follow-up examination were then performed. In the first study, the early childhood teachers’ turnover intention due to job stress and job satisfaction revealed job stress to be a significant factor. The children‘s lack of leadership and administrative support work overload factors contributed to causes of stress. The turnover intention appeared to affect the mind. Second, early childhood teachers job satisfaction, job stress and turnover intention were affected by attempts to mediate the influence of job stress. Therefore, mediation plays a significant role. These results show that infant teacher duties affect the turnover intention and job satisfaction.

본 연구는 유아의 사회적 유능감을 위하여 유아의 리더십이 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다 서 울, 인천, 경기 지역의 만5세 남녀유아 330명을 설문조사하여 자료처리를 t-검증, f-검증을 적용하여 person상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아의 성별에 따라 의미 있는 차이를 보였고 남아보다 여아가 리더십, 사회적 유능감 점수가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아리더십과 사회적 유능감 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과는 통계적으로 유 의미한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더십 수준이 높은 집단일수록 사회적 유능감이 높은 것으로 나타났 다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 유아의 리더십이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향이 크다는 것이 입증 되었다. 따 라서 본 연구에서 나타나는 결과는 유아의 리더십을 향상시키는 유아 리더십 교육프로그램을 통하여 유아의 사회적 유능감을 증진 시킬 수 있다는 교육적 시사점을 가질 수 있다. In conclusion, in this study, the infant is capable of leadership and the impact of this is social in the sense of an infant Therefore, this study is the result of an infant appearing in leadership for improving early childhood leadership training programs, and promoting a sense of being able to make a skilled early childhood social and educational implications.

상전환 공정 이중구조막의 형상에 있어 침지용 비용매가 미치는 영향

Polusulfone scintillation proximity membranes of a double-layered structure wereprerared with Cerium Activated Yttrium Silicate (CAYS) impregnated in a membranestructure. Using the prepared membranes, the radioactivity of an area contamintedby radionuclids can be monitored without any scintillation cocktail The membranewere fromed through two separate casting and coagulation processes. The transparentand dense support layer was obtained by solidifying a polysulfone-methylene chloridebinary solution through vacuum. CAYS-dispersed polymer solutions were cast over the top of solidified, transparent polymer films and coagulated by immersing into acoagulation bath, containing either water or isopropanol. The prepared membranesconsist of double layers. The bottom laver is a dense. pure polymer film. and thetop works as an active layer to detect a radioactive contamination .The membrane structures are significantly different depending on the nonsolvent type.
