A lot of electronic parts are used for recent vehicles. If electronic parts break down, it will bring a passenger to a fatal wound. The very representative trouble of electronic parts is a cut of an aluminium wire of a hybrid IC. In this study, I analyzed causes of the cut of the aluminium wire. The main results obtained on this study are summarized as follows; (1) The forces acting on the aluminium wire are because of a thermal expansion of a resin. (2) The forces acting on the aluminium wire are obtained by the theoretical analysis and the results are agreed well with those of the FEM.

This paper presents the accident reconstruction in automobile collision. Collision analysis and reconstruction system have been developed to improve the reliability of automobile collision analysis. But some programs have poor reliabilities because of using unsuitable restitution coefficients. In order to make a reliable reconstruction system, we suggest exact restitution coefficients in low speed and high speed.

소방자동차를 비롯한 모든 자동차의 비툴립 강성이 약하면 차체에 크혜이 발생함과 동시에 고유진 동수가 낮아져 진동소음 발생의 원인이 된다. 이 논문은 최소한의 중량증가로 비틀림 강성을 최대한 중 가시키는 방안올 제시한 것에 관한 것으로, 방안 검토를 위하여 탄성론을 이용한 이론해석을 실시하였 고, 또한 이의 검증을 위하여 유한요소법에 의한 해석 및 실제 차체를 이용한 실험을 질시하였다. 본 논 문에서 사용한 자동차는 숭용차를 사용하였다. 그 이유는 실험 및 계산이 용이하고, 또한 계산결과를 소방자동차 퉁을 비롯한 모든 자동차에 적용 할 수 있기 때문이다. Using high tensile steel plate makes the vehicle body stiffness lower even though it can lessen the fuel consume rate in application of weight reduction. The crack which happens arround vehicle window glass is brought about due to fatigue with low torsional stiffness. The paper presents a most suitable way to increase torsional stiffness using elasticity theory. Also the result of this study shows good agreement with FEM and experiments. We used a passenger car for calculation in this paper. Because we can apply the result of this study to fire engine as well as passenger car.

Methods applied to numerical analyses in field of thermo-fluid dynamics were mainly divided into finite difference, finite clement and spectral schemes. In this paper. the spectral finite difference method that is one of spectral schemes was used. This scheme was based on a Fourier series as one of spectral functions. The key point of this scheme is that it introduces no approximation in leading the resulting system of equations in principle, but just introduces discretization to tile resulting system of equations by a finite difference approximation only for getting numerical solutions. Analytic object in this paper is chosen to be an elliptic cylinder performing a rotary oscillation. It is assumed to be incompressible. laminar, two-dimensional and Newtonian fluid. In coordinate system. a non-inertial coordinate system increasing the free degree of analytic object is adopted. It is found that the numerical calculation of drag coefficient in circular cylinder is in a good agreement with experimental data.<br/>

Weld bonding can be applied as a combined method of spot welding and adhesive to have more advantages than those. Weld bonding has many merits that enlarge the fatigue stnength of spot Welding and also improve the creep of adhesive. But it has not been proved well in the various environmental conditions. In this study, weld bonding test for fatigue properties and tensile strength is presented under such various coditions as temperatures, humidity, and etc.
