Primary this system, called HYDIS, was developed as the assisting tool for the physician. But the system can be used for the early finding of disease by inpu ting the patient symptoms and signs by himself.

Nowadays the costomer's needs and expectations for a quality of the product is high. So the company have to consider a discrimination and luxury of the product when they make new product. This study can apply to basic data which satisfy the customer‘s needs and measure absorptive power by Impact force in case of running and jumping. Also it scientifically can apply to design of outsole to reduce the foot injury and to absorb the Impact force. Foot skin temperature measured by using Fuji Film Sheet and collection and analysis of data performed by using FPD-7. The figure of standard foot pressure was made by using pressure distribution of the sole of the foot by bodies. This study suggest the way for development of new outsole with elastic material.

The relationship between the product design and product image can be defined using human sensibility. If there is a way to grasp the product value or product design that people want most, it could be possible to make and sell user-oriented products. In human sensibility ergonomics, the categories of design factor can be broken into shape and color of the design. Although, the color is the major factor of the design, however, texture were is also an important factor for the shape. In this study, wall-papers that have various shapes of texture were used for the experiment. The purpose of this study was to conduct a sensibility estimation experiment for the product image, and to estimate the parameters of various textures for creating new textures that could be more suitable for human sensibility.
Big 5 성격특성과 뇌기능 분석지수(BQ)의 자기조절지수 (Self Regulation Quotient)와의 상관관계 연구

본 연구는 인성과 뇌파의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 연구의 대상자로는 기업체에 근무하는 팀장급 40명을 대상으로 인성검사와 뇌파측정을 동시에 진행하고 결과에 대한 상관관계를 분석하였다. 인성검사는 Big 5 검사지를 이용하였고, 뇌파검사는 2-Channel System 뇌파측정기를 이용하여 Fp1과 Fp2에서 측정하였다. 연구결과는 Big 5의 수용성 은 BQ의 자기조절지수중 휴식상태 즉, 알파파의 활성화 정도와 정적 상관관계가 있고, 개방성은 자기조절지수중 집중상태 즉, 저베타파와 부적 상관관계가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 사람의 인성이 대뇌피질의 활성화와 관련이 있으며 뇌파분 석을 통해서도 알 수 있다는데 의미가 있다. This study was to examine the correlation of Personality and EEG. Personality test and EEG of the 40 team leader of a business enterprise were carried out at the same time and the correlation of test results were analyzed. Personality test was done by Big 5 and brain waves were measured by 2-Channel EEG System at Fp1 and Fp2. The analysis showed a positive correlation between the Big 5 agreeableness and SRQ(Self Regulation Quotient) relaxation status which is related with alpha rhythm, and showed a negative correlation between the Big 5 openness and SRQ concentration status which is related with low_beta rhythm. It means that the personality is closely correlated with human brain cortex activation and can be checked by brainwave analysis.

This study was attempted to examine the effect of Sopung-Tang extract(STE) on anti-inflammatory action in rats, analqesic action and the acute, subacute toxicity in mice. In anti-inflammatory activity in rats, STE was shown to have significant preventive effect in the edema induced by Freund's conplete adjuvant and 5% acetic acid. In analgesic activity in mice, STE was shown to have significant analgesic action on the writhing syndrome in mice induced by 0.7% acetic acid. In acute toxicity test in mice, STE showed 10% mortality at 2000㎎/㎏ . and 1200㎎/㎏ i.p. In subacute toxicity test in mice, STE was not showed for 19 days. Serum uric acid in treated by adjuvant method rats were slightly decreaced by comparing with the control group. During the administration of extracts the body weight increased, but the liver and spleen weight was not changed.

Experimental studies were conducted to investigate for the effect of Daeganghwal-Tang(DHT) extract on the anti-inflammatory activity, analgesic activity, subacute toxicity and acute toxicity. The following results have been obtanied ; In the anti-inflammatory activity in rats, DHT extract (300,600㎎/㎏ p.o) was shown remarkable preventive effect in the edema induced by Freund's complete adjuvant and 5% acetic acid. In analgesic activity test in mouse, DHT extract(300,600㎎/㎏ p.o) was shown significant analgegic activity in mouse induced by 0.7% acetic acid. In acute toxicity test in mouse, DHT extract showed10% mortelity at DHT extract 1.200㎎/㎏ i.p. and 2,000㎎/㎏ p.o.. In subacute toxicity test in mouse. DHT extract was not showed toxicity for 19 day. Uric acid in the serum of the treated rats by Freund's complete adjuvant were slightly decreased by comparing with the control group. During the administration of DHT extract, The body weight increased, but the liver and spleen weight was not changed by comparing with the control group. .
韓國의 土壤中 抗菌性 放射線狀菌의 分布에 對한 硏究(Ⅲ)

The antibiotic-producing streptomyces strains were isolated from the soil gathered from various localities in UI-San city, and tested for the distribution and the activity against some of gram positive and negative microorganisms, especially against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The results are aummerized as follows; 1. The total of 3017 streptomyces strains were isolated from 518 soil samples. All of the strains tested, 1057 strains of the isolated strains showed antibiotic activity against either gram positive or negative test microorganisms and 229 strains of the 1057 strains were strongly active against those microorganisms. 2. The 45 strains of streptomyces among the active isolated strains showed the antibiotic activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the 43 strains of streptomyces showed the strongly against all of the tested microorganisms, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella flexneri, Escherichia coli, Proteus morganii, Yersina enterocolitica. 3. The 30 strains among the 45 strains isolated as the antibiotic-producing streptomyces against Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed the strong antibiotic activity, which are 66.7% of all of the tested microorganisms. Also, the isolated strains with the antibiotic activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed almost the strong antibiotic activity against all of the tested microorganisms. 4. At the distribution of streptomyces about the sampling area, the soil of almost sampling area showed similarly the isolated ratio but the isolating ratio of the reclaimed soil was very low. 5. The only isolated strain with the strong antibiotic activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and gram negative bacteria never showed at the reclaimed soil. 6. The strong active strain that inhibitory zone are 10∼30㎜ were 229 strains, which are 21.6% of total active strains.
