유아교사가 인식한 원장의 변혁적 리더십이 유아교사의 교수효능감을 매개로 하여 조직효과성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of early childhood teacher’s perception on director’s transformational leadership toward organizational effectiveness and mediating effect of teaching efficacy. The participants in this study were 358 early childhood teachers at kindergarten and day care center in Seoul and Geong-gi province. The participant’s teacher efficacy, director’s transformational leadership and organizational effectiveness were surveyed with self-reported questionnaire, and analyzed by SPSS 24.0 program. The findings of the study were as follows. First, as a result of descriptive statistics, early childhood teachers perceived the organizational effectiveness to be higher than average. Second, the relationship between the director’s transformational leadership of early childhood teachers, the teaching efficacy, the organizational effectiveness showed a significant positive correlation with one another. Third, the teaching efficacy has a partial mediating effect between the director’s transformational leadership of early childhood teachers and the organizational effectiveness. 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 변혁적 리더십이 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 교수효능감의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 서울특별시에 위치한 어린이집과 유치원에 재직중인 유아교사 358명을 연구대상으로 하여 설문을 실시하였다. 코로나바이러스감염증-19로 인하여 주로 비대면으로 자료를 수집하였고 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 이에 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 변혁적 리더십, 교수효능감, 조직효과성의 일반적 경향을 알아보았으며 조직효과성의 점수는 평균 이상의 점수로 4.13이었다. 둘째, 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 변혁적 리더십, 교수효능감, 조직효과성은 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관이 있었다. 셋째, 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 변혁적 리더십은 교수효능감을 매개로 하여 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직의 효율적으로 성과를 이루기 위해서는 유아교육기관의 원장이 원을 주도적으로 운영하기 보다 교사의 의견을 적극 반영하고 개인적 능력을 증진시키는 변혁적 리더십을 발휘하면서 교수효능감을 높여주는 것이 더욱 효율적인 방안임을 시사한다.

공공기관 소셜미디어 운영 실태 및 특징 분석 - 대구광역시 공공기관을 중심으로 -

Useful information and knowledge are rapidly produced and spread, and if they are not conserved and managed, they may disappear in a moment, and it is time to make archives for them. In this study, focusing on social media postings of twelve public agencies in Daegu metropolitan city, the current practices were investigated, the types of the contents were defined and the characteristics of the type of contents and platforms. NVivo was used to collect social media postings. Therefore, this study confirmed that social media records need to be archived and distilled implication for archiving social media records. 소셜미디어를 통해 생산된 유용한 정보 및 지식자료들은 빠르게 생산되고 퍼지고 있다. 소셜미디어 게시물의 보존 및 관리를 하지 않으면 한순간에 사라질 수 있으며, 따라서 이제는 이를 아카이브하기 위한 노력을 기울여야 할 때이다. 본 연구는 공공기관의 소셜미디어 아카이브를 위한 기초연구로써, 대구광역시 12개 공공기관을 대상으로 소셜미디어 운영 실태를 조사하고, 소셜미디어 게시글의 내용유형을 정의하였으며, 게시글의 내용유형과 플랫폼의 특징을 면밀히 분석하였다. 소셜미디어 게시글 수집을 위해서는 NVivo를 사용하였다. 이를 통해 소셜미디어는 공공기록으로서 아카이브되어야 함을 다시 확인하였고, 효과적인 아카이브를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

만 5세 유아의 영아기 보육경험에 따른 기질, 애착 안정성, 문제행동의 차이와 관계에 관한 연구

본 연구는 만 5세 유아의 문제행동이 영아기 보육경험에 따른 차이가 있는지 살펴보고, 영아기 보육경험에 따라 영아 기질, 애착 안정성과 만 5세 유아의 문제행동의 관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널 1, 2, 3, 6차년도 데이터에서 추출된 95명의 응답을 토대로 카이제곱검증, 독립적 t검증, 상관관계 분석을 실시했다. 연구결과, 영아기 보육경험 유, 무에 따른 만 5세 유아의 문제행동은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 영아기 기질과 달리, 애착 안정성이 높을수록 만 5세 유아의 내재화 문제행동 중 정서적 반응성이 낮고, 영아기 부정적 정서가 높을수록 만 5세 유아의 수면 문제가 높았다. 특히, 영아기 어린이집에서 보육경험 유, 무에 따라 영아 기질과 애착 안정성은 이후 유아기에 발현되는 문제행동과 정적 혹은 부적 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 영아 시기의 기질, 애착 안정성, 영아기 보육경험 유, 무는 이후 만 5세 유아의 문제행동을 예측하는 변인으로 그 중요성에 대한 함의를 제공하고자 한다. This study examined whether there are differences in problem behaviors in 5-year-old children depending on their childcare experience in infancy and the relationship between infant temperament, attachment security, and problem behaviors in 5-year-old children according to childcare experience in infancy. The research utilized data from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 6th waves of the Korean Children Panel Study, with a sample size of 95 respondents. Then, the chi-square test, independent t-test, and correlation analyses were performed. As a result of this study, there was no statistically significant difference in the problem behaviors of 5-year-old children depending on whether they had childcare experience in infancy. Unlike temperament in infancy, the higher the attachment security was, the lower the emotional reactivity among internalizing problem behaviors in 5-year-old children, and the higher the negative emotions in infancy were, the higher the sleep problems in 5-year-old children were. In particular, it was confirmed that infant temperament and attachment stability have a positive or negative correlation with problem behavior that appears in infancy, depending on whether the infant has had childcare experience at a daycare center. Based on the results of this study, we aim to provide implications on the importance of temperament, attachment stability, and childcare experience during infancy as variables that predict problem behaviors in 5-year-old children.

전력저장장치(ESS)에서 배터리 랙 독립제어 및 균등화 운용 알고리즘에 관한 연구

There have been an increasing number of companies and institutions that have suffered tremendous losses due to frequent fire of energy storage system(ESS). The government is aware of the seriousness of the problem and is investigating the cause of the fire in the ESS through the accident investigation board. Also the government started the practical affairs for request to stop the operation from already installed ESS and to establish KS standard for safety. However, it is not easy to clarify the cause of the fire because the ESS is not limited to the product of a specific manufacturer. Generally, the cause of fire can be classified into defect of product, defect of installation and operation problem. In this paper, we analyze the problem of parallel connection of battery rack during installation and operation of ESS. To solve this problem, we propose a new independent control and equalizing operation algorithm of ESS as an alternative.
