배우자 자질평가의 성별 차이 : 진화론적 사회심리학의 가설 검증

이 연구는 남녀간의 배우자 자질의 중요성 평가상에 차이가 있고 이는 진화론적 사회심리학 이론으로 설명할 수 있다는 가설을 검증하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 조사대상자는 남자 168명과 여자 140명 도합 308명이었다. 13가지의 자질을 평정법과 등위법을 사용하여 피험자로 하여금 각 자질의 중요성을 평가하게 했다. 결과를 보면 남자는 '신체적 매력'을 중요시한 반면 여자는 '경제적 능력이 있음'을 중요시하였다. 이 결과는 가설을 긍정하는 것이다. 이 조사의 결과를 세계 37개국의 결과와 비교하여 한국과 다른 문화권과의 차이를 살펴보았다. 이 연구의 특징과 추후 연구시 고려해야할 사항을 토의했다.

Hotel business is a business highly depends on human resources. Although the owners of the hotels hopes for the increse of the sale in proportion to the increase of salary, political, economic, and social structure limits and restrictions block the continuous, growth of the hotel business. Therefore, establishing the salary system reasonably is the most important key for the growth of hotel business. I would like to make several suggestions for this. First, to secure the finding of the highly qualified workers and the growth of the hotel business the salary has to be raised to the level of the big company workers' salary. Second, The salary has to be paid according to each one's ability regardless of gender and educational background. Third, there has to be a clear guideline for the promotion and the raise of salary. Fourth, the workers have to understand the company's guidelines for setting up of salary and cooperate with the company. Fifth, salary level has to be differentiated according to the importance of the position and each one's ability to handle the job. Sixth, the labor union also needs to approve company's decision on salary, and the system of salary structure agreed by both employer and the laborers must be carried out under a long term plan. Seventh, because personnel structure of hotels is mostly organised centered upon not position but work-role, a personnel management system focusing on work-role needs to be established. And establishing annual salary system and the yearly renewal of salary contract according to each one's merit will be reasonable. In conclusion, the conflict among the workers must be eliminated by setting the salary level between individuals reasonably, and the salary must be set to secure the welfare of all workers. There could be other points to be considered, but if the suggestions made above were carried out first it will greatly affect the improvement the satisfaction level of the hotel workers and growth of the hotel business.
가물치에서 분리된 Edwardsiellatarda 의 생화학 및 항생물질 내성 유형에 관한 연구

During the period from August through October, 1988, 50 isolates of Edwardsiella tarda were isolated from 6 diseased cultured Channa argus in Dunchi island and Myung-ghi, near Pusan in Korea were examined by studying their biochemical and antibiotical reactions. The ill animals moved slowly and irregular-formed swimming at the surface of the corner. The symthoms were necrosis with hemorrhage on the body surface, head, gill region, and mouth. Some fish were observed dropsy of the belly. The bacteria grew slowly on Double Salmonella-Shigella agar, 24h, at 37℃ to form relatively small size (2㎜ diameter), smoothed and convexed form with transient or black in center of the colonis. They gave negative reactions to Voges-Proskauer, Simmon's citrate, urea, KCN(in growth), gelatin, arginine dehydrolase, phenylalanine deaminase and many sugars. The isolates showed positive reactions to H₂S(in KIA agar), indol, Methyl-Red, motility, lysine and ornithine decarboxylase, and gas from glucose. 8 drugs tested as chloramphenicol, colistin, gentamicin, kanamycin, lincomycin, nalidixic acid spectinomycin, and tetracycline. All cultures were resistant to colistin, lincomycin and spectinomycin respectibly, but sensitive to kanamycin and nalidixic acid. Three strains showed resistance to chloramphenicol and 2 isolates among them were resistant to two drugs(gentamicin and tetracycline), coincidentally.

Tourism business is a human industry that gets over the isolated society as a 'social cures' and a culture business that plays a great role in the openess and globalization and promotes mutual move, mutual penetration,mutual observation, mutual development. As the total of destinations within a nation is regarded as tourism objective in tourism business, tourism business is a 'hospitality industry' combined with complex elements and a 'system business' with the charateristics of national complex arts. In addition, it is a 'future growth business' with a economic value as it is called a invisible export business without smoke. As mentioned above, tourism business has many various and interesting businesses and is becoming conspicuous in its importance, but it looks exist in superficial thought and many people hardly can not recognise its importance and even its concepts is not integrated. Accordingly, in this study exploration of its development, meaning,structure on the focus of elementary characteristic of tourism business to correctly indentify the shape of tourism business and establishment of its basic concept are intended. In the future the concept of tourism business must be explored in consideration of tourism demand beyond tourism supply including administrative, non-profit, profit business. That is,it must be established that concept of business is systematized in total and integrated view in the center of maximization of individual tourism business profit,national economic position of tourism business, tourist's various need satisfaction, public section's role increase of tourism development and tourism administration for vitalizing these, people's 'quality of life' increase. And as precondition on this indentification of relative characteristics of tourims business distinctive from the other sections will have to proceed. Only on these basis Korean tourism business will be ready for logical framework that formulate safe industry structure.
