제주 신화 그림책 속에 묘사된 인물 분석

This study is an analysis of characters that appear in mythological picture books set in Jeju Island. The purpose is to examine how mythological characters that have been handed down for a long time are depicted in picture books aimed at children. For this purpose, seven Jeju mythology picture books were selected and the relationships and mystical abilities of the characters in the narrative were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, firstly, the grandparents who appear in Jeju mythology picture books have existed since the beginning and are expressed as gods who protect humans, and secondly, the couple is a bond made in heaven, giving birth to a new god and becoming the starting point of the narrative. Third, children of gods are born with special abilities, but ordinary humans become gods because of their strength or extreme filial piety toward their parents. Fourth, brothers and sisters grow up competing together and remain forever as gods protecting the earth. The characters in the Jeju mythology picture book, modified to fit the needs of children, were connected between stories and continued the genealogy of the gods, and it was revealed that various family forms existed in the past. And the story that begins with the Jeju language and the place where the Jeju region is described can instill pride and identity in the region in children, so it can be used as an educational medium to expand horizons about the local community in educational settings. 본 연구는 제주도를 배경으로 하는 신화 그림책 속에 등장하는 인물에 대한 분석으 로, 오래 전부터 전승되어 온 신화 속 인물이 유아를 대상으로 하는 그림책에서 어떻게 묘사되는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 제주 신화 그림책 7권을 선정 하여 서사 속 인물들의 관계와 신비로운 능력을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 첫째, 제주 신화 그림책 속에 등장하는 조부모는 태초부터 존재하였고, 인간들을 수호하는 신으로 표현되었으며, 둘째, 부부는 하늘로부터 맺어진 인연으로, 새로운 신을 탄생시키며 서사의 시작점이 되었다. 셋째, 신의 자녀는 특별한 능력을 갖추고 태어났으나, 평범한 인간은 힘이 세거나 부모에 대한 지극한 효심 때문에 신이 되었으며, 넷째, 형제와 자매는 함께 경쟁하는 가운데 성장하며, 지상을 지키는 신으로 영원히 남아있다. 유아들의 눈높이 맞게 변형된 제주 신화 그림책 속 인물들은 이야기 속에서 서로 연결되어 신들의 계보를 이어갔고, 과거에 다양한 가족의 형태가 존재했음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 제주어와 제주 지역이 묘사된 장소로 시작된 스토리는 유아들에게 지역에 대한 자부심과 정체성을 심어줄 수 있으므로 교육 현장에서 지역사회에 대한 지평을 넓히는 교육 매체로 활용될 수 있다.

남북관계의 변화를 대비한 공법적 과제

The new president in Korea took office formally on last February. Now, Korea is about to be an advanced nation leading the whole world. For this, Korea is needed to overcome the division of the Korean peninsula and to accomplish the unification of two Koreas. The unified korea must be a nation, in which all the people in the Korean peninsula would enjoy the dignity of man and the fundamental human rights. For the purpose of peaceful unification, the relationship between two Koreas should be controlled with stability by rule of law. The legal system has been developed by way of the agreements and related regulations of two Koreas. But the legal infrastructures are still insufficient as preparation for the change of two Koreas relation and the upcoming unification. South Korea has to solve the following pending problems for the sake of unification. At first, the people from South Korea can get guarantees of personal safety while going in and out, staying in North Korea. And they should have quick and simple procedures to exercise the businesses related to trades and cooperations between two Koreas. In addition, the effective solutions on disputes between two Koreas are required to be arranged. Furthermore, the related laws of two Koreas should be improved so that they conduct peaceful relations of two koreas. The legal system could be in harmony with international organizations and regulations and assist North Korea to accomplish its national transition. Finally, the new government has to prepare for the legal systems to regulate the process of unification and lay the foundations to complete legal integration of two Koreas. 대한민국에서 제18대 대통령이 탄생하여 새로운 정부를 구성하였다. 대한민국이 세계를 선도하는 선진국가로 도약하기 위해서는 남북한의 분단 상황을 극복하고 통일한국을 건설하는 것이 필요하다. 통일한국은 남북한 주민 모두가 인간의 존엄과 가치를 바탕으로 자유와 행복을 향유할 수 있는 국가공동체를 의미한다. 우리 헌법이 지향하는 평화통일을 달성하기 위해서는 남북관계를 법치주의의 틀 안에서 안정적으로 관리할 것이 요구된다. 남북관계를 규율하는 법제도는 2002년 이후 남북합의서의 체결과 남한과 북한의 법률제정을 통해서 계속적으로 발전하였지만, 남북관계의 변화에 부응하여 교류협력을 확대하고 평화통일을 실천하기 위한 법적 인프라로서는 부족하다. 남북관계의 변화를 전제로 통일한국을 대비하기 위해서 우선적으로 다음의 현안 과제를 해결해야 한다. 즉, 남북한 주민의 신변안전을 보장하는 법제도를 구축하고, 남북교류협력을 신속하고 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 절차를 마련해야 한다. 또한, 남북교류협력의 과정에서 발생하는 분쟁에 대한 합리적 해결절차의 구축 등 현안 과제를 해결해야 한다. 한편, 중장기적으로는 남북관계의 변화를 선도할 수 있도록 관련 법령을 정비하고, 남북합의서를 보완해야 한다. 또한, 국제사회와 협력 체제를 구축하면서 남북관계를 규율하는 법제도를 지원해야 하고, 나아가 북한의 체제전환을 대비하여 법정비를 지원할 수 있는 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 마지막으로 평화통일의 과정을 안정적으로 관리할 수 있는 법제도를 마련하여 남북통일을 달성한 이후에 남북한의 법률ㆍ사법통합을 완성할 수 있는 기초작업을 준비해야 할 것이다.

북한주민의 기본권 보장과 북한인권법의 주요 쟁점

The constitutional law and the Korean Nationality Act in Republic of Korea do not prescribe for North Korean People. According to interpretation of constitutional law and related law, North Korean People occupy a position to nation of the republic of Korea and are qualified for subject of fundamental rights. There are so many opinions on the legal status of North and North Korean People in the middle of relation between the constitutional article 3 and 4. The Constitutional Court and Supreme Court have ascertained that North Korean People also belong to nation of republic of Korea. Therefore, The Republic of Korea is obligated to protect North Korean People’s fundamental rights and North Korean People have rights to judicial relief in case of infringement against their fundamental rights. But, Korean People’s fundamental rights can be refrained by law under consideration for special relationship between North and South Korea and double character of North Korea. The principle of minimum protection should be applied with alleviation in when The Constitutional Court examine government’s constitutional obligation to protect of North Korean People’s fundamental rights. North Korean Human Rights Act can be legitimate by the constitutional law because the republic of Korea implement its constitutional obligation to protect of North Korean People’s fundamental rights. North Korean Human Rights Act should be enacted to promote substantially North Korean People’s human rights and to prevent side effects in its execution. 우리 헌법과 국적법은 북한주민에 대해서 아무런 규정을 두지 않고 있는데, 북한주민은 헌법과 관련 법률의 해석에 의해 대한민국 국민으로서의 지위를 가지며, 당연히 헌법상의 기본권의 주체로 인정된다. 북한과 북한주민의 법적 지위에 대해서는 헌법 제3조와 제4조의 관계를 중심으로 다양한 해석론이 제시되었으나, 헌법재판소와 대법원은 북한주민도 대한민국 국민에 포함된다는 입장을 계속적으로 확인하고 있다. 북한주민은 원칙적으로 우리 헌법에서 규정하는 기본권의 주체가 되므로 국가는 북한주민의 기본권을 보장할 헌법적 의무가 있으며, 북한주민은 기본권이 침해당한 경우에는 사법적 구제와 헌법소원을 제기할 수 있다. 하지만, 남북분단의 현실과 북한의 이중적 성격을 고려할 경우에는 일정한 범위에서 북한주민의 기본권의 행사가 제한될 수밖에 없다. 북한주민의 기본권을 보장해야 하는 헌법적 의무에 대해서도 남북관계의 특수성을 반영하여 “과소보호금지의 원칙”을 완화하여 적용해야 할 것이다. 북한인권법을 제정하는 것은 대한민국 국민인 북한주민에 대한 기본권 보호의무를 이행하는 것이므로 그 헌법적 정당성을 가진다. 북한인권법을 제정하는 경우에는 북한주민의 인권을 실질적으로 신장될 수 있도록 적절한 방법과 수단이 동원되어야 할 것이며, 그 집행과정에서 남북관계의 특수성에서 비롯되는 부작용이 없도록 주의해야 한다.

생활체육 골프동호인의 골프수행력 결정요인

The purpose of this study is to structure the determinants of golf performance of life sports golf club members and analyze their relative importance. To this end, 12 Delphi experts and 68 daily sports golf club members were selected as the subjects of the study. Expert opinions were collected through two Delphi analyses, and the suitability of factors and details was verified by checking CVR, CV, agreement, and convergence. Through this, the determinants influencing the golf performance of daily sports golf club members were finally structured into 2 areas, 5 factors, and 18 details. In addition, the relative importance was analyzed using the AHP technique. Consistency was verified through CI index and CR value, and the relative importance and comprehensive weight of determinants and details were calculated and analyzed. As a result of analyzing the priority of determinants, experts showed the highest importance of psychological factors and technical factors for club members. In addition, as a result of analyzing the priority of detailed contents, it was found that the importance of iron shots for male club members and confidence for female club members was the highest. The results of this study can be used as basic data and information on golf performance, individual practice, and guidance contents or methods of sports leaders for all. 이 연구의 목적은 생활체육 골프동호인의 골프수행력 결정요인을 구조화하고 상대적 중요도를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 델파이 전문가 12인과 생활체육 골프 동호인 68명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 2차에 걸친 델파이 분석을 통해 전문가 의견을 수렴하였고 CVR, CV, 합의도, 수렴도를 확인하여 요인 및 세부내용의 적합성을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 생활체육 골프 동호인의 골프 수행에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 2영역, 5요인, 18개 세부내용으로 최종 구조화 하였다. 또한 AHP 기법을 활용하여 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. CI지수와 CR값을 통해 일관성을 검증하였고, 결정요인과 세부내용의 상대적 중요도 및 종합적 가중치를 산출하여 비교분석하였다. 결정요인 우선순위 분석결과 전문가는 심리요인, 동호인은 기술요인의 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 세부내용 우선순위 분석결과 남성동호인은 아이언샷, 여성동호인은 자신감의 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 생활체육 골프 동호인의 골프 수행이나 개인 연습, 그리고 생활체육 지도자의 지도내용이나 방법에 관한 기초 자료 및 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

불교 제3수행법의 대두

The purpose of this study is to consider the debate about the third training method in Korean Buddhism and, through this process, find out whether or not it can become part of the Buddhist training method. This paper is concerned only with the process and the line of the debate. The effect of the third training method on the religious part is left for another day. In the debate about the third training method, the Buddhist main stream, who insist on prohibiting the use of the third training method in Buddhism, take the initiative in the debate. And the view of Korean Buddhism toward the third training method is very negative. While Korean Buddhism has come to primarily reflect Seon (Zen: Jn.) meditation, lately new meditation methods, such as the third training method are becoming popular. The third training method arose in late 20th century. Some examples of the third training method are the avatar course, TM meditation, and Maum meditation (which has Korean origins). But the problem is that Buddhists are using the third training method for meditation. This paper will summarize several points. First, the third training method affects Korean Buddhists. It is not related to religion, but a lot of religious people are affected by this method. Second, Seon meditation is the standard of Korean Buddhist training. However, it has begun to lose the interest of the people, and therefore Korean Buddhism has begun to recommend Vipassana meditation or Tibetan meditation as an alternative. Third, the third training method is said not to be related to any religion, but it uses a lot of Buddhist terms, causing confusion among lay people. Four, the main stream of Korean Buddhism insists that the third training method is incompatible with Buddhist training methods. And five, even though the majority of Korean Buddhists believe that the third training method is incompatible with Buddhist training methods, some Korean Buddhists are beginning to accept the possibility of the incorporating the third training meditation into Buddhist training methods.

사이코드라마 대가 최헌진 선생의 치료개입에 대한 질적 사례연구

The purpose of this study is to derive a process model of the therapeutic intervention of psychodrama master Dr. Choi, Hun-Jin and to identify the characteristics of his therapeutic intervention. Based on Merriam’s qualitative case study method, the process and characteristics of Dr. Choi’s therapeutic interventions were analyzed, using case transcripts obtained from three protagonists as primary analysis data and Dr. Choi’s books and various academic literature as secondary analysis data. Based on the results of the categorization of Dr. Choi’s therapeutic interventions, the following results were derived: The core category of therapeutic intervention was ‘restoring vitality by expressing the congestion of the protagonist’s body and mind.’ The model of the therapeutic intervention process was divided into four stages: the stage of meeting strangers; the stage of focusing on the reaction of the protagonist’s body; the stage of revealing the protagonist’s mind; and the stage of restoring the protagonist’s sense of self. The director’s therapeutic factors that consistently affected each stage were identified as ‘relational characteristics’ and ‘personality characteristics.’ The significance of this study is that it analyzed the actual treatment process of Dr. Choi, a master of psychodrama. 본 연구는 사이코드라마 대가 최헌진 선생의 치료 개입의 과정 모형을 도출하고 그 치료 개입 특성을 도출하는 것에 목적이 있다. Merriam의 질적 사례 연구 방법에 근거하여 최헌진 선생의 치료적 개입의 과정과 특성 분석은 3명의 주인공에게서 얻은 사례 축어록을 1차 분석 자료로 활용하였고, 2차 분석 자료로 최헌진 선생의 저서 및 각종 학술 문헌을 조사하였다. 최헌진 선생의 치료개입의 범주화 결과를 기반으로 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 치료 개입의 핵심 범주는 ‘주인공의 몸과 마음의 응어리를 표현해서 생명력을 회복시킴'으로 나타났다. 치료개입 과정 모형은 ‘민낯의 만남 단계’, ‘주인공의 몸의 반응에 집중하는 단계’, ‘주인공의 마음속까지 드러나게 하는 단계’ ‘주인공의 자기다움이 회복되는 단계’ 등 4단계로 나타났다. 각 단계에 지속적으로 영향을 미치는 디렉터의 치료 요인은 ‘관계적 특성'과 ‘인격적 특성’이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 사이코드라마 대가인 최헌진 선생의 실제 치료 과정을 분석 자료로 삼은 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
