개인이 접하게 되는 정보의 양은 날로 기하 급수적으로 증가하여 향후 10년 내에 테라비트급 집적도를 갖는 정보처리 및 저장 소자가 필요할 것으로 예상된다. 이를 위하여 다양한 나노전자 소자 기술 연구 개발이 진행중이다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 실리콘 기반 나노전자 소자, 분자전자 소자, 양자 소자, 단전자 소자, 그리고 나노자기 소자 등 많은 분야에서 기술 발전이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분자전자 소자 기술 동향 보고서 이후에 분자전자 소자 기술 중에서 최근 매우 빠르게 기술 개발이 진행되고 있는 분자 메모리 소자 기술에 관한 최근 연구 동향에 관하여 기술하였다. 뿐만 아니라 미래시장을 위한 시나리오 예측 및 분석을 통하여 향후 분자 메모리 소자 기술 개발을 위한연구 방향 설정 및 기술 개발 발전 등에 도움이 되드리고자 이 글을 쓰게 되었다.

In the recent years, the application of reducer in the field of the automation equipment, the precise machine including industrial robot, the medical device and the frontier industry is demanded extraordinary. In order to raise the quality of the product, it is important to verify the design of reducer especially. Double planetary gear is introduced in the reducer, and the FE analysis is applied to the system. According to the characteristics between the objects of gear, two models, the first model is composed of the rigid body to elastic body and the second model is composed of the elastic body to elastic body, are considered in the design. of reducer. A commercial software(Visual Nastran-4D) is used to analyze the motion of the mechanism and the pinion in the reducer is analyzed by the finite element method. It was proposed the proper type between the objects of gear by the analysis, and the improved model in the design of reducer was also evaluated for the stability.

In the recent years, weight reduction of the vehicle is one of the major methods for improving automotive fuel efficiency. The use of low-density material such as high-strength aluminum alloy in the automotive industry is increasing every year. In this study, the aluminum extruded profile is analyzed by two bending processes using a commercial finite-element code (DEFORM-3D) in order to evaluate the press bending process. The first method is using the side-punch and the second method is the press bending process using the wing-die. From the results of FE-analysis, the distribution of the effective strain has been compare the wing-die bending process with the side-punch bending process. Especially, sagging phenomena have been predominant in the side-punch bending.

Al alloy has been widely used in the structure of aircraft because of its lightweight. It is still interested in the lightweight industry to improve the structural safety and the performance. Al alloy has good recycling characteristics. Therefore the advanced manufacturing technology of the component with Al alloy is continuously required in many industrial fields. In this research, forging design of Al yoke has been studied by FE analysis. Centrifugal force is applied to the element. Therefore, structural analysis of the initial three dimensional model of the product was performed at first. From the result of the analysis, the load and the stress distribution acting on the component were obtained. They were utilized for the criteria whether the shape of the initial configuration is needed to be modified or not.
1993년도 상반기에 대전지역에서 유행한 무균성 뇌막염에 대한 고찰

Observation for clinical, epidemiologic and laboratory findings including serum level of viral antibody titier has been done in 82 cases of aseptic meningitis who had been admitted to pediatric department of Chungnam National University Hospital from May to Oct. 1993. The results were as follows: 1)The ratio of male to female was 1.7:1, and 42.7% of cases were belong to 1 to 5 years old age group. 2)The chief complaints were fever(96.3%), vomiting(90.2%), headache(74.4%) and nuhal rigidity(62.2%) in order of frequency, repectively. 3)Peripheral blood leukocyte, elevation of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein were not so remarkable. 4)On cerebrospinal fluid examinations, Leukocyte count was in range of 7-4,900(mean 943.90 ± 1158.89)/mm³, protein level was in range of 8.5-216.9(mean 54.59 ± 42.46)mg/dl and glucose level was observed from 32 to 122(mean 44.28 ± 16.58)mg/dl. 5)According to viral antibody titer measurement of serum, Coxsackie B4 and Coxsackie B5 were seemed to causative agent in Taejeon area on 1993.
