청소년 진로지원사업의 효과성과 성별차이

본 연구는 저소득가정 중고등학생 청소년을 대상으로 3년간 진행된 진로지원사업(두산인 프라코어 지원, 월드비전 진행 Dream School 프로그램)의 장기적인 효과를 살펴보고, 청소년의 성별에 따라 그 효과성에 차이가 나타나는지 확인하였다. 2015년부터 2017년까지 프로그램에 참여한 청소년을 대상으로 진로성숙도, 사회적 지지, 우울, 공격성의 변화를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 진로지원사업에 참여한 청소년의 진로성숙도가 소폭 상승하다가 하락하는 경향을 보였는데, 이는 청소년 연령에 따라 진로의 고민양상이 달라지고 장기 지원이 이루어지지 않으면 효과가 희석될 수 있는 점이 결과에 반영된 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 진로지원사업에 참여한 청소년들의 우울과 공격성이 꾸준히 감소하여 진로지원사업이 안정적인 정서발달 형성에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지에서 진로지원사업의 효과가 없었지만 청소년 성별에 따라 그 결과에 차이가 나타났다. 남자청소년의 사회적 지지는 프로그램이 진행되는 3년 동안 꾸준히 증가하였으나, 여자청소년의 사회적 지지는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 이 연구결과를 토대로 청소년 진로지원사업 지원 시고려해야 하는 사회복지적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of youth career support program(Dream School) for middle and high school students over 3 years and to analyze gender differences. This study identified changes in career maturity, social support, anxiety and aggression among youth who participated in the program from 2015 to 2017. The results of this study were as follows. First, the level of career maturity tended to rise slightly and fall, which was thought to reflect the fact that career path is different depending on age and that the effect could be diluted without long-term support. Second, youth career support program, which lasted for 3 years, helped the stable emotional development of adolescents. It showed positive effects on adolescent depression and aggression. Third, there was no effect of youth career support program in social support, but gender differences were found in the results. The effect was more pronounced in male youth. The social support of male youth steadily increased over the three years, but the social support of female youth tended to decline. Based on the results of this study, the social welfare implications to be considered in providing youth career support programs were suggested.

가정외보호 퇴소아동의 자존감과 사회적 지지가 자립생활기술에 미치는 영향 : 공동체 의식의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the independent living skills of youth discharged from out-of-home care. In particular, we focused on protective factors from a positive point of view, apart from the risk factors and problem-focused perspective in previous studies. We examined whether self-esteem and social support affect the independent living skills and whether sense of community mediates these relationships. We used data from Youth Support Center for Independence Living which conducted a survey for youth discharged from out-of-home care. A total of 656 youth were used for statistical analyses. The results showed that self-esteem and social support had positive effects on the independent living skills of youth discharged from out-of-home care; and the sense of community had the partial mediation effects. Based on the results, we suggested social welfare practice and policy implications so that youth discharged from out-of-home care can be self-reliant and grow into healthy adults in the future.

청소년의 휴대폰 활용유형이 학교부적응에 미치는 영향: 휴대폰 의존도의 매개효과 분석

This study explored the effect of mobile phone usage type on school maladjustment and mediating role of mobile phone dependency. For this purpose, multiple regression analyses and Sobel test were applied to explore mediating effect. This study utilized the data from 2010 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) administered by National Youth Policy Institute. The analysis was from 2,159 students of 1st grade in middle school who had mobile phones; and 1,043(48.3%) of them were male and 1,116(51.7%) were female. The results are as follows. Contact with their family via mobile phone had negatively significant effect on school maladjustment. However, the more students contacted with their friends and play games via mobile phone, the more they brought positively significant effects on school maladjustment. In addition, mobile phone dependency had partial mediating effect on the relationship between mobile phone usage type and school maladjustment. Finally, the implications for youth welfare were discussed based upon the results of this study in order to enhance appropriate mobile phone usage and reduce school maladjustment.

취업 발달장애인의 직무만족도가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

희망플러스 통장 참여로 인한 일상생활 변화경험 : 차상위계층 참여자들을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 저소득층 자산형성지원 프로그램인 희망플러스통장 사업이 차상위계층의 일상생활에 가져온 변화와 그에 대한 경험을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 희망플러스통장 시범사업의 차상위계층 참여자 100명 중 30명을 선정하여 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고 질적 접근을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 차상위계층의 일상생활은 생활패턴, 의식주, 일, 돈, 건강, 교육, 가족, 관계망의 영역으로 구분되었다. 또한 희망플러스통장 사업은 이러한 일상생활 영역들에 다양한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 근거하여, 연구자들은 차상위계층의 생활에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 위한 정책적, 실천적 지침들을 제언하였다. The purpose of this research was to understand experience of changes in the daily living of the low-income working class who participated in an asset-building supporting program. To achieve this purpose, 30 individuals of 100 program participants were selected. Researchers conducted the in-depth interviews with them, collected and analysed data through a qualitative approach. As a result, the daily living of low-income working class was categorized into such areas as daily life pattern, feed-lodge-clothe, work, money, health, education, family, and network. Also, Hope Plus Savings Program has influencing different daily living areas. Based on the results, researchers suggested the policy and practical guidelines for influencing positively the life areas of low-income working class.

사회복지조직의 실제채용기준을 반영할 수 있는 채용공고에 대한 탐색적 연구 : 서울·대전지역을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지조직의 공개 채용공고가 실제채용기준을 얼마나 반영하고 있는지 파악하여 채용공고의 변화가능성을 탐색하기 위함이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 2008년 한국사회복지사협회의 채용공고 중 210건의 조직을 표집하여 기초분석을 통해 정보내용을 파악하였고, 서울과 대전의 23개 조직의 기관장을 대상으로 1:1면접을 통해 사례연구를 진행하였다. 분석결과, 실제채용기준은 자원봉사와 실습을 통한 현장경험, 사회복지사 1급 자격증, 지원자와 조직의 비전 일치, 사회복지 마인드, 대인관계 등으로 드러났다. 그러나 이는 채용공고에 제시되지 않거나 질적인 차이를 보였다. The purpose of this study is to understand how an open employment notice has reflected the actual criterions of the recruitment, and to discover a potential for any changes. To achieve this purpose, a systematic random sample of 210 open employment notices was selected from Korea Association of Social Workers in 2008, and a descriptive analysis was conducted. The qualitative research was carried out for the case study with 23 interviewees from social welfare organizations in Seoul and Daejeon. Consequently, the actual criterions of the recruitment included the following elements: social work field practicum and volunteer work, the level one social welfare license, degree of harmony with the vision of the organization, dept of social welfare-oriented mind, and human networks. However, these criterions may not be presented in open employment notices or show that there are qualitative differences between open employment notices and the actual employment criterions.

Digital Adaptive Control For A Time-delayed System

시간 지연을 갖는 공기 예열시스템에 대한 디지털 적응제어 시스템을 개발 하였다. 온-라인 파라메터 추정 방법으로 회귀최소좌승법을 사용 하였고, 제어 알고리즘으로 데스빗(deadbeat)알고리즘을 적용 하였다. 디지털제어를 위해 터보-베직 언어를 사용 하여 작동 프로그램을 설계 하였다. 실험을 통하여 적응제어 성능을 확인 하였다. 결과로, 적응기구를 갖는 시스템의 시간반응이 적응기구가 없는 데드빗 제어 시스템 보다 정상상태 도달 시간이 빠르고, 정상상태 오차가 적게 나타났다. 시스템의 파라메터를 임의로 변화 시켰을 때 적응제어기가 잘 적응 하고 있음을 확인 하였다. In this paper a digital adaptive control system has been develped for an air preheating device as a time-delayed system. An increased-order deadbeat control algorithm combined with a recursive least-square method for an on-line parameter estimation is implemented. An operating program for the adaptive air preheating system was written in Turbo-Basic language. Experiments were conducted with different conditions. As a result, time responses showed that the system with an adaptation mechanism has faster setting time and less steady state error than that of the system with adaptation mechanism, and the adaptive controller adapt very well when the parameters of system are varied.
