        The study are designed on the basics of theoretical research of literatures, and bring up a hypothesis and set up questionnaires for this research. Besides, let's take the 200 staffs of state-owned agricultural enterprises as target groups for this research in August 2008 in Hebei province of China. The result shows job characteristics factor has the effect to the job satisfaction. Job characteristics factor has the effect to theorganizational commitment. Other, job characteristics factor's meaningful which according to demographic factors was inspected for the study's certification. If The employee's sex of state-owned business and the importance of work factors has different points, the age and the importance of work and the Feedback coefficient has different points. According to the education, The importance of task factor which the test results is meaningful. and according to the jobs, the results is meaningless. Accordingly, this analysis result show a valid data for job environment has the effect to achieve the organizational utility goal to decide a mind which about according to job stress's organizational person has the effect to organizational result.
