운영비용을 고려한 농업용 양수장 계획의 최적화에 관한 연구

An optimization procedure was proposed to minimize construction and operation cost simultaneously. The global criterion method was exploited to find a Pareto optimum solution to the multi-objective functions. The result was compared to the data of a real pumping plant and it was found that the optimized plan of pumping plant could reduce both of the construction and operation cost.
연결성과 소통구조 모듈을 통한 차세대 범용 농업시스템 시뮬레이터 (GASS2)의 개발

The purpose of this study is to improve the Generic Agricultural Systems Simulator (GASS) which can simulate various rural systems based on object-oriented model. GASS provides the configuration platform of various system components to simplify integrated agricultural system models such as irrigation systems for rice farming. The new connection and communication modules of GASS improve applicability for modelling diverse systems. The geometric connection of GASS replaces topological connection, and communication protocols expand to analyze not only homogeneous system but also heterogeneous system. In this paper, we applied GASS2 to simulate the water heights of linked tanks and the simulation outputs were verified through comparing with analytical solutions of differential equations. The two new modules make it possible to analyze the 4-tank problem which includes topological and heterogenous issues with GASS2.
대규모 시스템의 모사와 관리를 위한 PERT네트워크 완료일자 추정기법에 관한 고찰

Propriety of PERT network for planning and management in large-scale systems was investigated. We also review the example of small and middle size system to compare the appropriateness of PERT analysis method. For comparing the appropriateness of PERT analysis method the calculation time, and the variances were estimated. Eventualy, we proposed the criteria of PERT analysis method for planning and management large-scale systems.
범용적 농업 시스템 시뮬레이터(GASS)를 이용한 예비방류 모의 시스템의 개발

In South Korea, flooding is controlled with large or small reservoirs scattered spatially over the territory. Because recent unexpected hard-rain events requires more flood control capacities, the pre-release system is considered with the most economical alternative. In this case time and volume of discharge should be determined by the simulation. But, existing pre-release simulation system has the problem of specificity. Therefore, GASS is considered to estimate the pre-release time and volume with different configurations of pre-release system. This paper shows that pre-release simulation system could be constructed with arranging GASAtmosphere, GASWatershed, Reservoir, Gate components using GASS. It is also shows that GASS could be used as a foundation for constructing pre-release simulation system that is easy to use and is flexible to reflect the changing configurations of reservoir systems.

The object of this study is to develop simulation model using GASS for analyzing complex agricultural marketing. It's hard to analyze agricultural marketing system which consists of many marketing unit by economic mathematical model. This paper proposes simulation model based on GASS which can reduce complexity of system, and applies the national average wholesale cost and retail cost of alpine Chinese cabbage at 2001, 2002 to proposed simulation model.
Java<sup>TM</sup> 언어를 이용한 객체 지향 유한 요소 해석 프로그램의 개발

The finite element analysis program should be prepared to deal with many of newly arising engineering problems. The sequential structured programming technique does not make a finite element method so flexible. So far, the object oriented programming technique was studied as an alternative programming paradigm. However, most of the research were in the state of the evaluation of the possibility and the applicability of the object oriented method for a finite element program. In this study, a practical object oriented finite element analysis program, OOFE_ JAVA was developed and the result of the analysis on a rectangular clamped plate was shown. The objects which compose the OOFE_JAVA were applied to several engineering problem without any modification and it was concluded that the object oriented technique was appropriate for the development of a complex and large engineering system. And a virtual machine which Java language is using can be loaded on any kinds of computer which has java interpreter regardless of the platform on which the OOFE_JAVA was developed.
