This paper introduces the 10b 1MS/s SAR ADC with double sampling technique to reduce the power consumption. The SAR ADC is implemented in CMOS 1P8M 65nm technology and occupies 0.11um2. The maximum sampling rate is 1MS/s. The simulated SNDR and SFDR are 55.6㏈ and 62.7㏈ at 484㎑ input frequency, respectively. The implemented data converter consumes 507㎼ with 1.2-V supply.

과연 가상공간의 정체성은 무엇이고, 가상공간에서의 사람들의 커뮤니케이션은 어떠한 특징이 있는가? 지금까지 가상공간은 미지의 공간이며 많은 사람이 자신들이 원하는 것을 얻을 수 있는 자유의 공간으로 간주해 왔다. 한편으로는 사회에 내재한 권력 관계들에 의해 형성하고 있는 공간으로 바라보는 시각도 있다. 본 논문에서는 르페브르와 푸코의 공간, 지식, 그리고 권력의 개념의 논의에 근거하여, 가상공간을 사람들이 자신들의 권력을 행사하는 사회 장치로 개념 규정하였다. 사회 장치로서의 가상공간을 통해 사람들은 자신들의 주체성을 다른 사람들과의 관계를 통해 추구하고 유지하고 있다. 또한, 가상공간에서의 커뮤니케이션은 기존의 점과 점에서 관계, 즉, 선의 커뮤니케이션을 그 특징으로 하고 있다. Because of the digitization of communication media, each and separate communication media in the past has begun to converge. As some medium theorists such as Harold Innis, Marshall McLuhan had suggested, communication media have influenced the cognition of human being, furthermore, have a close relationship with epistemology. From these arguments, this report tries to describe the emerging phenomena, focusing on the mode of communication. What is the identity of cyberspace? What are the characteristics of communication through cyberspace? For these research problems, this paper takes a look at the discussions of Lefebvre and Foucault regarding the social space, power, and knowledge. To explain the identity of cyberspace, this report has taken a look at the arguments of both Henri Lefebvre and Michel Foucault. This report argues that digital space is a kind of emerging self-technology for the people to subjectify themselves. In the cyberspace, the peculiar characteristic of a changing communication mode is that network communication has begun to replace the point-to point communication. Employing the connectivity and mobility which are the major characteristics of convergence, people can add on the existing opinions as well as can express their opinions as free as they can. This paper regards the identity of cyberspace as the social apparatus(dispositif) which refer to the various institutional, physical and administrative mechanisms and knowledge structures which enhance and maintain the exercise of power within the social body. Then mode of communication among people changes from people to people to people to space. In other words, the characteristics of communication through cyberspace is kind of line-communication as Deleuze argues about the subjectification.

This article is to analyze the discussions on the digital divide. By reading through the discussions which have been going on so far, the author tries to suggest the alternative policy to overcome the shortcomings of most analyses on the topic of digital divide. The study about both trends and reasons of digital divide started with whether or not people could access the information technology or information network. The simple and binary approach of access/or not could not propose the suitable policy to solve the digital divide. After realizing that dichotomy approach of access cannot divulge the complexities of the phenomena of digital divide, various discussions of demographic variable approach, social capital, culture capital, and even individual capability have been forwarded by many scholars. Even though most discussion on digital divide have found out that people have to take divers approaches to study digital divide, most discussions have a critical weakness in terms of defining the concept of information. This article tries to supplement the discussions on digital divide through both the in-depth analysis of the definition of information and the understanding the arguments of the distribution of resources by Amatyr Sen.

This paper describes the design technique and the method of analog front-end to measure the saturation of hemoglobin with oxygen sensor. To process the $SpO_2$ value from the sensor, the current data from the sensor should be converted into voltage domain. Designed analog front-end usually converts the current data from the sensor into voltage domain data to pass it on analog-to-digital converter called ADC with a different level of gain characteristics. This circuit was fabricated in a $0.11{\mu}m$ CMOS technology and has 4 level of gain properties. The occupied area is $0.174mm^2$.

조직침묵이 내부고발의지에 미치는 영향: 조직동일시의 매개효과를 중심으로

한국의 조직에서 내부고발자는 소위 배신자로 낙인되는 경우가 많다. 특히, 침묵은 내부고발 의지(발언)를 위축 혹은 차단하게 된다. 선행연구에서 침묵과 발언, 양자간의 구조적 관계를 설명한 연구는 지극히 제한적이다. 이 연구는 침묵과 발언의 인과관계를 입증함은 물론, 내부고발 활성화의 해법을 조직침묵으로써 제안하고자 한다. 공무원 232명을 대상으로 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체념적 침묵이 내부고발의지에 정(+)적 영향을 미치고, 방어적 침묵은 내부고발의지에 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 조직동일시는 내부고발의지에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 체념적 침묵과 내부고발의 관계에서 조직동일시의 부(-)적 매개효과가 있었다. 이상 내용을 토대로 이론적・정책적 함의점을 제안하였다. Whistleblowers in Korean organizations are often stigmatized as so-called traitors. Thus, organizational employee often choose silence in absurd situations. In other words, silence shrinks or blocks the will to disclose faults, corruption, etc. Previous studies rarely explain the structural relationship between voice and silence This study not only proves the causal relationship between silence and voice in an empirical method, but also proposes a solution to activating whistleblowers. Structural equation analysis was performed with the data of J City’s local government officials(232 units). The main analysis results are as follows. First, the acquiescent silence has a positive (+) effect on the intention to whistleblow, and the defensive silence has a negative (-) effect on that. Second, The organizational identification has a positive (+) effect on the intention to whistleblow. Third, the organizational identification negatively mediate the relationship between the acquiescent silence and the intention to whistleblow.
