Decision making on cold storage schedule of agricultural products is one of the important issue in industry because the decision directly effects on distribution companies` profit. This study tries to analyze factors affecting the cold storage warehousing schedules of garlics and onions. For the analysis, this study uses LOGIT model with outputs from investigations on 207 storage companies of garlic and onion in Jeonnam-Do, Gyeongbuk-Do and Gyeongnam-Do. From the analysis, factors affecting on onions storage schedule are regional characteristics, storage capacity, construction year, and distribute to wholesalers. In other hand, factors affecting on garlic storage schedule are storage capacity, construction year, location, taking subsidy, and distribute to processors. Since the cold storage warehousing schedules of garlics and onions differ by regions and companies, government should pay attention on the study`s finding when applying supply and price control policies on agricultural products.

According to statistics from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2018, approximately 37% of residential buildings in Korea need to be reconstructed. Due to the rapid growth of the demolition industry, many side effects such as environmental destruction and safety accidents are becoming a problem in the demolition of existing buildings. This study proposes a decision-making process for selecting the most suitable dismantling method for field application by comprehensively considering safety, economic feasibility, and environmental characteristics. In particular, field applicability is evaluated by evaluating risk factors for the selected method. To this end, this study proposes the TOPSIS method for the selection of the dismantling method using the QFD development concept, and the FMEA method as a continuous development process of the selected method.

The rising number of accidents during building demolition work has significantly heightened interest in this field. This study undertakes a comprehensive analysis of the essential capabilities required for building demolition experts, drawing on both domestic and international examples. This includes an examination of training courses for building demolition inspectors and the competencies mandated for structural demolition roles as per Korea’s National Competency Standards(NCS). Furthermore, the study reviews the qualification tests and training programs for building demolition professionals in the United States, Japan, and England. The research concludes that the expertise needed for demolition construction professionals should be categorized into seven key domains: legal, structural, safety, planning, operational, constructional, and environmental aspects. These competencies are further divided across three professional tiers: technician, engineer, and manager.
계층적 Harmonic Embedding 계산에 의한 다단계 메쉬 표현

메쉬에 대한 harmonic embedding 계산을 이용하여 계층적으로 구성하고 웨이브렛으로 decomposition하여 메쉬를 다단계로 표현하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 다단계 메쉬 표현을 위해 기존의 방법들은 decimation이나 edge collapse와 같은 간략화 알고리즘 수행에 따른 과거 정보(history)를 이용하였다. 본 논문은 경계를 갖는 3차원 메쉬에 대해 계층적 harmonic embedding 계산에 의해 다단계 메쉬 레벨 사이의 연관관계를 설정하고, harmonic map 상에서의 wavelet decomposition으로 다단계 메쉬 표현이 가능함을 보였다. 이러한 계층적 harmonic embedding 계산에서 wavelet decomposition을 이용하면, 메쉬의 압축률 및 편집, progressive display 등에 효과적이다.

As the number of companion animals increases, the pet food industry is growing rapidly in Korea. The objective of this study is to identify consumers’ preferences for companion animal feed attributes by using choice experiments. It was analyzed that the feed consumers are more satisfied with the following factors: lower price, organic materials, functional food materials, domestically produced feed, non-allergic and meat-based ingredients. According to the results of measuring consumers’ WTP for feed attributes, feed using organic material is the highest at KRW 7,438.Allergen-free feed is KRW 6,058, and domestic feed is KRW 2,459. Functional feeds are lower than other attributes of KRW 1,491, and KRW 3,581 and KRW 5,039 are more likely to be paid than seafood and vegetables when the main ingredient of the raw material was composed of meat. As a result of the estimation of latent class models, Group 1 prefers the lower feed price and the mixed ingredient. On the other hand, groups 2 and 3, which are relatively low in age, prefer feeds with various attributes, and Group 2, in particular, has the characteristic of purchasing high quality feeds even at higher prices.
