        건설사업관리자의 직위별 개인역량 분석

        Construction manager’s personal competency is very important for the successful implementation of a construction project. Required and possessing personal competency of construction manager is different according to position and duty. In this research, we used personal competency model which was presented in the preceding study for personal competency analysis of construction manager. This study was performed to analyze personal competency by position which is divided as three groups from position by roles. First, the required competency level of construction manager was analyzed by using analysis of variance(ANOVA) in each of the groups. Second, a comparative analysis was conducted between the required competency level and the possessing competency level in each of the groups by using t-test. As the results, we present target competencies which have to be improved.

        Construction project manager’s personal competency is required to implement a effective and efficient construction project for the successful construction project. Since, it depends on a role and responsibility by a position, the level of personal competency may different to be required. Thus, to comprehend the level of competency is important. At the same time, it is able to draw out what competency is not enough, through understanding the level of personal competency. To improve all personal competencies is required to devote resources, but it is impossible because of limited them. Therefore, it is important how choose more important competency for improvement. This paper drew the improvement priority of construction project manager’s personal competency which has different, through analysis the level of required and possessing competency. For their proper priorities determination, priority index was suggested and compared with other index.

        새로운 진공상태에서의 고온초전도 현상과 반자성

        전자와 홀 형태의 고온 초전도 현상을 설명하기 위해서 새롭게 고체내에서의 진공(ㅇ9ㅔ6)을 정의하였다. 새롭게 정의된 진공에서 Cu원자간의 Supere×change와 Carrier의 Hopping 파라미터를 Hubbard Hamiltonian을 사용하여 계산하였다. 쌍을 이루지 않은 Carrier들은 반자겅의 Background에 의해서 국소화되지만 Carrier가 쌍을 이룸으로서 CuO2 평면 내에서 자유로와질 수 있다. 결국 쌍을 이룬 Carrier가 에너지가 낮아지게 되면 그 에너지 Gap을 Carrier 쌍의 Hopping 에너지로부터 계산하였다.

        성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 위한 건설사업관리자의 개인역량모델

        Construction project manager’s personal competency is very important for the successful implementation of a construction project. In this research, we classified construction project manager’s competency into personal characteristic competency and interpersonal competency. Twenty-one personal characteristic competency items and eighteen interpersonal competency items were extracted from previous researches. Questionnaire survey result from one hundred fourteen respondents were analyzed to build a personal competency model of construction project managers. Through factor analysis process, four competency group having fourteen competency items were determined as the personal competency and three competency group having fourteen competency items were determined as the interpersonal competency.

        The Effect of the Anode on the Electron Field Emission of a Single Nanotube

        We investigated the field emission of a single nanotube, including the anode effect. The equation for the tunneling current density was solved by calculating the tunneling probability of an electron. The slope of the lnI/V² vs 1/V plot was not linear. The experimental results from this study were, however, consistent with our theoretical calculations. Based on the theory of Fowler and Nordheim, the constant enhancement factor was calculated to be γ 수식 + 1 by using an approximation of the potential barrier.

        초저가 다이오드 레이저 (408 nm)를 이용한 Cu₂ZnSnS₄ 박막 결정화 연구

        본 연구는 용액 공정과 레이저 소성 공정을 이용하여 Cu₂ZnSnS₄ (CZTS) 박막을 제작하고 레이저 소성 시간에 따른 박박의 형태 및 결정성을 포함하는 구조적 변화와 광학적 특성 변화를 조사하였다. 분산액은 염화계 금속 (CuCl₂, ZnCl₂, SnCl₂)과 티오요소 (thiourea)를 전구체로 사용하였고, 용매는 2-메톡시에탄올 (2-mthoxyethanol), 안정제로는 에탄올아민 (ethanolamine)을 사용하였다. CZTS 박막은 분무 증착법으로 유리기판 위에 형성한 뒤, 진공 조건에서 다이오드 레이저 (408 nm, 500 mW)를 이용하여 스캔 방식 (spot 당 처리시간: 50, 100, 500 ms)으로 소성하였다. 최종 제작된 박막은 케스테라이트 구조의 높은 결정성을 가진 CZTS 상을 나타내며, 밴드갭은 0.99 – 1.11 eV이었다. 그러나, 처리시간이 500 ms인 박막에서는 이차 결정상이 발견되며, 이는 레이저 처리 시간의 최적화가 필요함을 의미한다. 결론적으로, 레이저 소성 공정을 적용한 용액 공정은 진공 공정을 사용하지 않고도 높은 품질의 박막을 제작할 수 있는 기술임을 확인하였고, 제작된 CZTS 박막의 경우 고효율 태양전지 제작에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In this study, Cu₂ZnSnS₄ (CZTS) thin films were fabricated using a solution process and a laser annealing process. The physical properties, including morphology and crystallinity, and optical properties of the films were investigated according to laser treatment time. The precursors (CuCl₂, ZnCl₂, SnCl₂, and thiourea), solvent (2-methoxyethanol), and stabilizer (ethanolamine) were used to prepare the CZTS solution. The CZTS films were fabricated on glass substrates using the spray deposition method and annealed using a diode laser (408 nm, 500 mW) under vacuum conditions. The laser-annealed CZTS films had a kesterite structure with good crystallinity, and the optical bandgaps of the CZTS thin films were 0.99 – 1.11 eV. However, secondary crystalline phases were found in the thin film with a processing time of 500 ms. These results meant that optimization of the laser processing time was necessary. In conclusion, the laser annealing process had the potential to fabricate high-quality thin films without using a vacuum process, and laser-annealed CZTS thin films could be applied to high-efficiency solar cells.
