신약개발의 법적쟁점 - 코로나바이러스 감염증 백신을 중심으로 -

지금까지 신약개발 자체를 다루는 연구는 매우 많이 이루어져 왔으며 약리학이라는 독자적인 분야를 이루고 있다. 반면 이를 둘러싸고 발생될 수 있는 규범적인 문제에 대해 본격적으로 다룬 논문이 다른 나라에 비해 상대적으로 국내에서 찾아보기 어렵다. 의료 윤리 맥락에서 신약개발의 규범적인 문제를 다루는 논문이 발견될 뿐이다. 본 논문은 신약개발의 법적쟁점을 다룬다. 기존에 생명윤리 영역에서 다루어 왔던 지점에 그치지 않고 신약개발의 전 영역을 아우르며 발생할 수 있는 법적인 문제를 하나하나 분석해 본다. 다만 이러한 방법은 자칫하면 일반적인 법제 소개에 그쳐 현실적인 효용이 적을 수도 있다. 따라서 요즘 가장 크게 문제가 되고 있는 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증 백신과 관련된 내용을 통해 법적으로 문제되었고 앞으로 문제가 될 수 있는 지점을 중심으로 살펴보겠다. ① 우선 신약개발의 단계를 소개하며, 최근 문제되고 있는 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증에 대비하기 위한 백신 개발 단계를 살펴본다. ② 다음으로 신약 개발의 단계에서 특히 문제되는 법적 쟁점을 소개하며, 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증에 대처하기 위한 백신 개발 단계에서 문제되어 왔고 앞으로 쟁점이 될 수 있는 부분을 검토한다. 이를 통해 신약개발 과정에서 제기되는 법적쟁점이 지니는 규범적인 함의를 모색한다. There have been affluent studies on the development of new drugs and these efforts have been crystallized into a separate field of pharmacology. Yet, a normative analysis pertinent to the development of new medicine is still in a dire need, except for studies regarding medical ethics. This piece of work aims to contemplate on the legal issues concerning the development of new drug, encompassing each and every stage of the development. In order to maximize the practicability of the research method adopted as aforementioned, this work strives to analyze the developing process of COVID-19 vaccine. The first step would be to introduce the developmental stages of inventing a new drug, especially that of a COVID-19 vaccine. After then, legal issues related to each developmental stage would be discussed. Henceforth, the legal analysis would contribute to predicting upcoming legal complexities and will be able to offer normative implications for the invention of new medicines.

온라인 큐레이션 플랫폼을 이용한 정보 제공이 현대미술 감상에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 온라인 큐레이션 플랫폼을 이용한 외현적 정보의 제공이 현대미술에 대한 일반대중의 진입장벽을 낮추는 효과를 가지는지 알아보았다. 현대미술은 일반대중이 접근하기 난해한 장르로 여겨져 왔다. 한편, 미술 감상에 대한 연구들은 외현적인 정보의 제공이 미학적 감상 경험에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 밝혔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 작품에 대한 구체적 정보를 제공하는 것이 현대미술을 감상하는 데에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 알아보았으며 감상 경험을 심리학적으로 분석한 Leder et al.(2004)의 이론적 모델에 기초하여 외현적 정보가 어떠한 인지적 처리과정을 도와주는지 분석하였다. 더 나아가 최근의 전시 트렌드를 반영하여 온라인 플랫폼 환경을 적용하였다. 실험 1에서는 작품과 설명문이 제공되었고 작품에 대한 이해도, 관람의향을 보고하였다. 실험 결과, 해설이 제시된 조건에서 작품에 대한 이해도가 더 높았다. 또한, 긴 해설이 제시된 조건에서 해설 이해도와 관람의향을 작품이해도가 완전매개하는 매개모형이 나타났다. 실험 2에서는 ARS 설문을 추가하고 온라인 큐레이션의 능동적인 조작 환경을 재현했다. 실험결과, 해설이 제공된 조건들에서 관람의향, 작품이해도가 더 높았다. 예술사적 의미, 자아성찰, 창의성 등 Leder et al.(2004) 모델의 후기 단계에 해당하는 지표들 역시 해설조건에서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 종합하면, 온라인 큐레이션 환경에서의 정보전달이 일반대중의 현대미술 작품에 대한 인지적 처리와 판단에 도움을 줄 수 있었다. Current research aimed to demonstrate a way to enhance the aesthetic experience of the general public while appreciating contemporary art via online platform. Contemporary art is highly complicated and are avoided by the general public. Meanwhile, previous research confirmed that external information can lead to better aesthetic experience and appreciation of the artwork. Therefore, current research hypothesized that provision of explicit information may enhance the appreciation of contemporary artworks and aimed to demonstrate which phase of the cognitive process from Leder et al. (2004) profits from the aid of written information. Experimental environment reproduced online curating platform to reflect the current trend on exhibition. In experiment 1, subjects were presented with written information and reported how well they understood the artwork, and their willingness to visit the artwork in real life. Results revealed that written information had a positive effect on overall appreciation. Further analysis discovered a full mediation between information comprehension, artwork comprehension, and willingness to visit. In experiment 2, ARS questions and an interactive interface were added. Results indicated that information enhanced comprehension and intention to visit the artwork. Expertise, self-reference, and artistic quality which belong to later stages of Leder et al. (2004) model, acquired higher scores on information conditions. In sum, the current research illustrated clear effects of explicit information in inducing better aesthetic experience and cognitive process of contemporary artworks in online environment.

일관된 사용자 경험을 위한 스마트 TV 의 UX/UI 디자인 연구 - 모바일 기기 인터랙션과의 연결성을 중심으로

본 연구는 모바일 디바이스의 서비스가 여타 스마트 기기로 전이되는 환경에서의 일관된 사용자 경험을 도입하기 위한 방안을 검토하였다. 연구자들은 스마트 TV 의 대표화면에 모바일 기기의 인터랙션을 도입하여 새로운 사용자 경험을 제시해보았다. 그리고 기존의 UI 와 새로운 UI 에 대한 사용자 경험 데이터를 수집하여 사용자의 만족도를 비교분석하였다. 분석 결과 추출된 모든 대표화면에서 새로운 UI 에 대한 사용적 만족도가 월등히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 심리스(seamless) 경험 및 디바이스 연결성(continuity)의 중요성을 증명한다.

교육복지우선지원사업이 초·중학생의 자존감과 학교생활적응 변화에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 교육복지우선지원사업(이하 교복우사업) 학교에 소속된 초·중학생의 자존감 및 학교생활적응 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 이에 연구문제는 교복우사업 학교에 재학 중인 초․중학생의 자존감과 학교생활적응의 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가? 이다. 이를 위해 교육복지정책중점연구소의「교육복지성과 패널모형 구축 연구」2개년 자료인 초등학생 464명(49개교)과 중학생 427명(45개교) 자료를 활용하여 3수준 다층모형으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 초·중학생의 자존감 변화에 학생수준 변수인 교우관계, 학교에 대한 인식, 그리고 학교생활 규칙 준수가 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 반면, 학교수준 변수인 교사-교육복지사 간 협력은 중학생의 자존감 변화에만 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 초·중학생의 학교생활적응 변화에 학생수준 변수인 교우관계와 학교에 대한 인식이 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 반면, 학교수준 변수인 교사-교육복지사 간 협력과 교사가 인식한 교사-학생 관계는 중학생의 학교생활적응 변화에만 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 이에 교육취약계층 학생들의 정의적 발달을 촉진하는 교복우사업과 연구의 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting self-esteem and adaptation to the school life of elementary school students and middle school students. Research questions are which factors affect the change of self-esteem and adaptation to school life of elementary and middle school students? For this purpose, we analyzed 464 elementary school students(49 schools) and 427 middle school students(45 schools) using 3-level multilevel models. The results indicated that first, students’ level variables such as friendship, recognition of school, and compliance with school life rules were positive factors affecting change of self-esteem of elementary and middle school students. On the other hand, the cooperation between teachers and educational welfare teachers as a schools’ level variable has positively influenced the change of self-esteem of only middle school students. Second, students’ level variables such as friendship and recognition of school were positive factors affecting change of adaptation to school life of elementary and middle school students. On the other hand, the cooperation between teachers and educational welfare teachers and the teacher-student relations perceived by teachers as schools’ level variables have positively influenced the change of adaptation to school life of only middle school students. This study suggests the implications of educational welfare programs and research that promote the affective development of socioeconomically disadvantaged students.
