시장지향성과 기업가적 지향성이 전시주최자의 경영성과와 신규 전시회 개발역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

최근 아시아 지역을 중심으로 글로벌 전시주최자의 진출이 활발해지고 있으며, 특히 우리나라 시장에 대한 이들의 관심 증대는 인적ㆍ물적ㆍ네트워크 자원에 있어 비교 열위에 있는 국내 전시주최자에 위협요인으로 작용할 것으로 전망된다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 전시주최자의 경영성과와 이에 대한 중요한 영향요인인 시장지향성, 기업가적 지향성, 신규 전시회 개발역량 간 영향관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 요인간 영향관계에 대한 실증분석을 수행하기 위해 한국전시주최자협회 회원사 임직원을 모집단으로 설정하고, 이메일 및 회원사를 직접 방문하여 조사를 수행하였으며, 총 320명을 대상으로 표본을 설계하고 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 총 170개의 설문지를 회수하고, 데이터 클리닝을 통해 최종 163개의 유효표본을 구조 방정식 모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 시장지향성은 전시주최자의 경영성과와 신규 전시회 개발역량에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 기업가적 지향성은 전시주최자의 경영성과와 신규 전시회 개발역량에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 아울러 신규 전시회 개발역량은 전시주최자의 경영성과에 유의한 영향요인으로 규명되었다. 이에 본 연구는 향후 국내 전시주최자들이 미래의 잠재 경쟁자인 글로벌 주최자와의 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 과감한 투자활동, 제도개선, 제안 및 보상활동을 강화하여야 하며, 이를 통해 신규 전시회 개발역량을 강화할 수 있다는 시사점을 제시하였다. Increasing business opportunities are turning the attention of global leading trade show organizers toward the Korean exhibition market as well as those of other Asian countries. It is prospected that recent market movements will negatively affect domestic trade show organizers competing against global tycoons that have comparatively more advanced human, capital and networking resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influential relations between the business performances of domestic small-to-medium trade show organizers and factors such as market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation. In order to effectively achieve the purpose of this study, preceding studies were conducted to discover that market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and NPD capabilities are feasible factors that affect domestic trade show organizers’ business performances. A survey of 163 domestic trade show organizers was conducted, and a structured equation model (SEM) was used for verification after setting hypotheses. The empirical study suggests that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on both NPD capabilities and business performances of domestic trade show organizers. On the other hand, market orientation was not proved to have any influence on either factor. In addition, the study found that NPD capabilities have a significant influence on the business performances of domestic trade show organizers. The implications based on the exploratory research clearly suggest that domestic trade show organizers should strongly invest in expanding resources, R&D and incentives to increase their own NPD capabilities.

Recently, we have developed p-i-n a-Si:H single junction thin film solar cells with RF (13.56MHz) plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system, and also successfully fabricated the mini modules (>300cm²), using the laser patterning technique to form an integrated series connection. The efficiency of a mini module was 7.4% (Area=305cm², Isc=0.25A, Voc=14.74V, FF=62%). To fabricate large area modules, it is important to optimise the integrated series connection, without damaging the cell. We have newly installed the laser patterning equipment that consists of two different lasers, SHG-YVO₄ ({lambda}=0.532{mu}m) and YAG ({lambda}=1.064{mu}m). The mini-modules are formed through several scribed lines such as pattern-l (front TCO), pattern-2 (PV layers) and pattern-3 (BR/back contact). However, in the case of pattern-3, a high-energy part of laser shot damaged the textured surface of the front TCO, so that the resistance between the each cells decreases due to an incomplete isolation. In this study, the re-deposition of SnOx from the front TCO, Zn (BR layer) and Al (back contact) on the sidewalls of pattern-3 scribed lines was observed. Moreover, re-crystallization of a-Si:H layers due to thermal damage by laser patterning was evaluated. These cause an increase of a leakage current, result in a low efficiency of module. To optimize a-Si:H single junction thin film modules, a laser beam profile was changed, and its effect on isolation of scribed lines is discussed in this paper.

The properties of the electron transport layer (ETL) have a great effect on perovskite solar cell performance. Depositing conformal SnO₂ ETL on bottom textured silicon cells is essential to increase current density in terms of the silicon-perovskite tandem solar cells. In the recent study, the SnO₂ electron transport layer deposited by the sputtering method showed an efficiency of 19.8%. Also, an electron transport layer with a sputtered TiO₂ electron transport layer in a 4-terminal tandem solar cell has been reported. In this study, we synthesized SnOx ETL with a various sputtering power range of 30-60W by Radio-frequency (RF)-magnetron sputtering. The properties of SnOx thin film were characterized using ellipsometer, UV-vis spectrometer, and IV measurement. With a sputtering power of 50W, the solar cell showed the highest efficiency of 13.3%, because of the highest fill factor by the conductivity of SnOx film.

The use of plated front contact for metallization of silicon solar cell may alternative technologies as a screen printed and silver paste contact. This technologies should allow the formation of contact with low contact resistivity a high line conductivity and also reduction of shading losses. A selective emitter structure with highly dopes regions underneath the metal contacts, is widely known to be one of the most promising high-efficiency solution in solar cell processing. When fabricated Ni/Cu plating metallization cell with a selective emitter structure, it has been shown that efficiencies of up to 18% have been achieved using this technology.
도서지역 마이크로그리드 사업모델의 경제적, 사회적 편익에 관한 연구 : 수요자의 태양광 에너지 공동체를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to develop a business model that efficiently converts diesel power generation systems to renewable energy microgrids (MG) in large-scale islands. Most of the previous studies on the conversion of renewable energy MG in islands had limitations dealing with efficiency from the perspective of suppliers. However, the microgrid has the characteristic of getting benefits through the interaction between the consumer and the supplier. In addition, the efficient MG business model from the perspective of new institutional economics is a structure in which consumers and suppliers jointly participate. Therefore, this study assumed that the MG business model in which the supplier’s MG and the consumer’s community solar participated would benefit all participants, and verified the assumptions using domestic island data. In terms of supplier investment, the cost of power supply (LCOE) of assumed model was calculated to be 14.0% lower than that of the diesel model and 3.7% lower than that of the supplier-only MG model. From the perspective of consumer investment, electricity bills are expected to be reduced by more than 200,000 won per household per year through self-generation of solar power. Social benefits are expected to reduce external environmental costs. The CO₂ emissions of the assumed model were calculated to be 39.5% lower than the diesel model and 1.5% lower than the supplier-only MG model. Therefore, the MG business model with consumer participation proposed in this study is expected to be an efficient alternative to renewable energy MG conversion in domestic islands, and is meaningful as an energy plan that improves the benefits of local residents.
