Determination of hesperidin in mixed tea by HPLC

The content of hesperidin in the mixed tea, which was composed of dried orange peel, laurel leaf, mulberry leaf, silver magnolia leaf, oriental melon tap, cassia seed, and licorice root, was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Hesperidin was quantified by a reverse phase column with gradient solvent system (watcr:acetonitrile = 80:20 to 35:65 for 30 min) and UV/VIS detection (280 nm). The How rate was kept constant at 1.0 ml/min. The content of hesperidin in the mixed tea was measured in depending on extraction time 1, 2, 3, and 4 min (29.07, 52.39, 52.45, and 88.35 mg/g, respectively).
대학 혁신수업 평가방법 및 수업혁신 포트폴리오 평가준거 개발

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 대학의 혁신적 수업을 평가하기 위한 도구로서 수업혁신 포트폴리오에 주목하고, 혁신수업 평가방법과 수업혁신 포트폴리 오의 평가준거를 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 델파이 기법을 활용하여 수업혁신 포트폴리오에 대한 구체적인 평가 방안을 도출하였다. 평가방안 구축 및타당도 검증을 위하여 A대학에 재직하는 16명의 전문가 집단을 선정하여 델파이 조사를 2차례 실시하였다. 응답 결과는 CVR과 CVI 값에 대한 내용타당도 검증을 실시하여 최종적으로 평가 방법과 준거들을 채택하였다. 연구결과, 대학 교수 전문가 집단이 생각하는 대학 혁신수업의 평가 방법은 교육학자와 전공 전문가가 심사하는 수업혁신 포트폴리오와 수강생들의 역량 향상도인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 혁신수업의 평가준거로는 교수자의 수업 준비도, 교육혁신 기여도, 주차별 운영의 충실성, 수업성찰 등 4개의 대영역이 도출되었으며 각 영역별 세부 평가지표 14개를 도출하였 다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 수업혁신 포트폴리오의 평가준거는 미래형 인재 양성을 위한 대학 혁신수업을 창출하는 데에 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation methods and criteria for the innovational instruction in universities. For the purpose, a Delphi survey was used. 16 university professors were selected as a expert group. Two Delphi surveys were conducted to verify content validity. The data were validated for the CVR and CVI indices, and then finally adopted the evaluation methods and criteria for the innovational instruction. The result showed that the evaluation methods for the innovational instruction were teaching portfolio assessed by experts in education and each major and the competency improvement of students. The findings also indicated that the evaluation criteria for he innovational instruction were composed of four dimensions and 14 detailed indexes. Four dimensions were preparation of classes, the degree to education innovation, weekly class composition, and reflection of the class. The evaluation criteria for the teaching portfolio of innovational instruction derived from this study are expected to be active as a fundamental material for creating future university innovation in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
Denitrifying PAO와 SBBR-MSBR을 이용한 생물학적영양소제거공정에서 탄소원 절약에 대한 연구

The combined system of sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) and membrane SBR (MSBR) was operated with sewage to evaluate the COD utilization for biological nutrient removal (BNR). The SBBR was operated for nitrification reactor, while denitrifying PAO (dPAO) was cultivated in MSBR with anaerobic-anoxic operation. In the SBBR and MSBR system, the enhanced biological phosphorus removal (EBPR) was successfully achieved with higher N removal. The COD utilization in combined SBBR-MSBR system was significantly reduced compared to ordinary BNR (up to 3.1 g SCOD/g (N+P) and 1.6 g SCOD/g (N+P) with different C/N/P ratio). The results suggest that a dPAO process could effectively reduce carbon energy (=COD) requirement. The combination of oxic-SBBR and anaerobic-anoxic MSBR for dPAO utilization could be an attractive alternative to upgrade the process performance in weak sewage.

This paper is concerned with the vibration control using air spring mount of the Industrial washing machine. First one, Measured the acceleration for the evaluation of vibration effects of slab vibration before conditions [Non-Isolator] on operating washing machine. Afterwards, Inertia Base and Air spring mount was design and Install. Lastly, Evaluated Isolation system through comparative analysis for isolator and non-isolator.
