All life cycle stages of a nuclear power plant can be divided into project planning, design, procurement, construction, and operation & maintenance. At each stage, various types of information is created and handed over to the next stage, and information loss occurs frequently in this hand-over process. It results in additional work and cost in the O&M stage because of the absence of information received from previous stages. Therefore, it is required to manage all the life cycle information without any loss and utilize it effectively in O&M stage. In this study, a plant breakdown structure and a way to build up reference data library based on international standards are proposed to manage all the life cycle information of nuclear power plant efficiently
