CBFC공정을 이용한 하수의 유기물 제거 및 폐기 슬러지의 최소화

This recearch was carried out to get efficient of nutrients removal and minimization of wastage sludge at wastewater treatment. As a results of biofilm attachment experiment aggraration of water guality to excessive biofilm showed after every 15 days of operating terms. The results of this study was wastage sludge did not almost generated and the removal efficiency of nutrients kept guilibrium. The concentration of avarage BOD of raw wastewater was 285㎎/ℓ and COD was 198㎎/ℓ. The average BOD of effluent was maintained 15㎎/ℓ and the averge COD was 18㎎/ℓ. In order to reduced sludge production rate and aggravation of water quality, endogenous respiration phase was accepted at CBFC reactor. As a results of this operating condition, sludge prduction was minimized and removal efficiency of wastewater was maintained stability.
絡石藤약침이 Collagen 유발 관절염에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This study was built to investigate the effect of Trachelospermi Caulis herbal- acupuncture on the Collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) in rats. Methods : Arthritis was induced by intradermal injection of Bovine type Ⅱ collagen solution into base of tail. Experimental group were divided into 5 groups ; Normal(N) group, Control(C) group, Trachelospermi Caulis high(TH) group, Trachelospermi Caulis low(TL) group, Saline(S) group(n=7 for each group). Normal group was had no management. Control group was injected with Bovine type Ⅱ collagen solution and taken no treatment. Trachelospermi Caulis high group was injected with Bovine type Ⅱ collagen solution and taken high-intensity(10㎎/㎏) herbal-acupuncture treatment on ST36. Trachelospermi Caulis low group was injected with Bovine type Ⅱ collagen solution and taken low-intensity(5㎎/㎏) herbal-acupuncture treatment on ST36. Saline group was injected with Bovine type Ⅱ collagen solution and taken saline injection on ST36. Body weight, paw edema volume and ankle joint thickness were measured during experimental day. On the last experimental day, we analyzed WBC count, TNF-α & IL-1β concentration, c-fos immunohistochemistry and NADPH-d histochemistry for evaluating the effect of Trachelospermi Caulis herbal-acupuncture. Results : The results were as follows ; 1. In the change of paw edema volume, TH group only has significant difference compared with C group. 2. In the change of ankle joint thickness, TH group only has significant difference compared with C group. 3. In WBC count of serum, TH, TL groups have significant decrease compared with C group. 4. In TNF-α concentration of effusion, TH, TL groups have significant decrease compared with C group. and TH group has significant decrease compared with TL group. 5. In IL-1β concentration of effusion, TH, TL groups have significant decrease compared with C group. and TH group has significant decrease compared with TL group. 6. In c-fos positive neurons of S1S2(cortex) region, TH, TL, S groups have significant decrease compared with C group. 7. In NADPH-d positive neurons of CPu(caudate putamen) region, TH, TL groups have significant decrease compared with C group. 8. In NADPH-d positive neurons of Tfp(transverse fibers of pons) region, TH, TL, S groups have significant decrease compared with C group. and TH group has significant decrease compared with S group. Conclusions : According to above results, we hope that Trachelospermi Caulis herbal-acupuncture may have the effect that decreases progression and development of CIA. And it can be suggested that Trachelospermi Caulis herbal-acupuncture may reduce the expression of c-fos and NOS.

1987년 7월부터 1988 3월 까지 본 대학병원 부인암센타를 수진한 1761명중 질세포진상 미생물을 발견할 수 있었던 것은 509명 총 518예로 빈도는 각각 28.9% 및 29.4%이었다. 미생물별 빈도는 유산균이 518예중 287예로 55.4%를 정하여 가장 높았고 이하 구균의 35.3%, Trichomonas의 7.1% Candida의 2.1%의 순이었다. 2종이상의 미생물공존예는 9예이었고 Trichomonas와 구균의 공존이 518예중 7예로 1.4%를 정하여 가장 많았다. 유산균 존재예의 질 세포진 성적은 정상이 287예중 271예로 94.4%이었다. 구균존재예의 질세포진 성적은 이 183예중 173예로 94.5%이었다. Trichomonas존재예의 질세포진 성적은 정상이 37예중 1예로 2.7%에 불과하였다. Total numbers of viginal cytology screened during July 1987 to March 1988 were 1761 cases. Among which 509 cases had one or more organism, thus total numbers presence were 518 cases. The frequencies were 28.9% and 29.4% respectively. Frequencies of each organism, the doderlein bac. was the most frequent one with 287 cases out of 518 cases showed 55.4% followed by coccus with 35.3%, Trichomonas 7.1% and candida 2.1% respectively. Presence of more than two kinds of microorganism was 9 cases and trichomonas with coccus combination was the most frequent, 7 cases out of 518 cases revealed 1.4%. Results of vaginal cytology in cases with presence of lactobacillus showed normal cytology of 94.4%, on the contrary that of trichomonas presence, normal cytology was only one case with 2.7% and in cases of coccus presence inflammatory cytology was 94.5%.
