Mixing process of impinging jets of liquid oxidizer and liquid fuel is simulated by using water and sodium carbonate (Na$_{2}$CO$_{3}$) solution. The shapes of liquid sheets are visualized and flowrate distributions are measured by collecting droplets using measuring cells. Mixing charateristics are studied by using acid-base titration. Stable liquid sheets are formed and two liquid jets are well mixed for symmetric impinging jets. Similarity in flowrate distribution for various measuring heights is observed. For asymmetric impinging jets, liquid sheets become unstable as the difference in the velocities of jets increases. In some extreme cases, liquid sheets are not formed and the jets are separated. Dimensionless variables are adopted demonstrating similarly in flowrate distribution. Mixing characteristics vary significantly with experiment conditions.
정보화 사업의 편익 추정 프레임워크 개발 : 정보화부문 예비타당성조사를 중심으로

In order to promote the IT business efficiently, the Preliminary Feasibility Study has been conducted since 2004. It is to verify the feasibility of a large-scale IT project in advance and to determine whether to reflect the budget. It is more difficult to analyze the benefits of the IT project than other projects, because the IT project is carried out by combining tangible and intangible assets and human resources. For this reason, the Standard Guideline for Preliminary Feasibility Study in the IT field suggests a framework to support in estimating the benefits of the IT project. However, it includes the following problems : 1) level discrepancy among the benefit categories, 2) lack of types of benefit items, 3) no consideration of benefit inducing factors. So the framework is facing a low utilization. This study develops a new framework through a three-step research process. The new framework can be used not only for preliminary feasibility studies but also for estimating the benefits of general IT projects.
프라이버시 패러독스 영향 요인 연구: SNS를 중심으로

프라이버시를 중요하게 생각하지만 그에 부합하지 않게 행동하는 것을 프라이버시 패러독스(Privacy Paradox)라고 한다. 이러한 사용자의 프라이버시 패러독스가 가장 많이 일어나는 온라인 서비스가 SNS이며, 프라이버시 침해나 범죄의 원인이 되고 있다. SNS 사용자의 자발적인 개인정보 공개로 발생한 문제는 기업의 이미지 실추와 재무적 손실까지 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 사용자의 개인정보 관리는 SNS 제공자에게 중요한 관리 요소이며, 사용자 간의 관계형성을 기반으로 하는 SNS 특성을 고려할 때, 프라이버시 패러독스는 개인정보 관리에서 중요한 고려사항이다. 본 연구에서는 동기이론을 적용하여 SNS 사용자의 프라이버시 패러독스를 유발하는 내·외적 요인들을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 내적 요인보다는 외적 요인이 프라이버시 패러독스를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 내적 요인에서는 인지된 행동통제가 부주의한 개인정보 제공에만 영향을 미쳤으며, 외적 요인에서는 주관적 규범, 기업 명성이 부주의한 개인정보 제공과 공개에 영향을 주고 보상은 부주의한 개인정보 공개에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구결과는 SNS 제공자들이 사용자들의 프라이버시 관련 행동을 이해하는 데 있어서 유용한 참고자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. Privacy paradox is online users` careless behavior opposite to careful attitude in the protection of their personal information. It has often arisen on SNS and has become the source of privacy invasion or crime. The problems caused by SNS user`s volutary disclosure of personal informaton can result in the fall of company image and finacial losses. Therefore, the protection of users` personal information is critical to SNS providers, and considering SNS based on the relationship among users, privacy paradox is the important consideration in personal informaton protection. This study aims to investigate the factors affecting the SNS users` privacy paradox based on motivation theory which can analyse them in both intrinsic and extrinsic aspects. The research findings showed that the extrinsic factors were the causes of the privacy paradox. To be specific, perceived behavioral control was the only affecting factor on inconsistent provision of personal information in the intrinsic aspect, and subjective norm and corporate reputation had significant relationship with inconsistent provision and disclosure of personal information in extrinsic aspect. On the other hand, compenstion had the only effect on inconsistent disclosure of personal information. The study results are expected to provide considerations for SNS provoiders to understand users` behavior related to the privacy.
세대간 스마트폰 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 비교,연구: 뉴실버 세대와 넷 세대를 중심으로

The introduction of smartphone caused the most revolutionary change in the domestic telecommunications market after the digital revolution. However, due to the saturation of the local market, it is expected to post negative growth in 2016 and the sales of national communication carriers is in stasis. Thus, the smartphone industry is starting to shift its marketing efforts to secure the silver generation who still has room for increase in the rate of smartphone usage. As the silver generation has physical limitations and differences in needs, the marketing strategy based on the smartphone utilization is not appropriate. This study suggests the new silver generation, who has high income level and similar characteristics to the younger generation, as the new customer segment for smartphone. We analyze the effects of the major variables of UTAUT on smartphone use, as well as examine how these relationships differ between the new silver and the net generation. We verified the hypotheses using a survey with 309 smartphone users. The research findings supported the hypotheses regarding the effects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions on smartphone use, but did not support the hypothesis on the effect of social influence. The result of the group comparisons showed that both generation have similar characteristics on innovativeness and cognitive absorption, but the moderating effect of age on performance expectancy, effort expectancy and use is stronger in conjunction with the new silver generation. The study results are expected to be used in establishing a marketing strategy for the new silver generation.
온라인 레스토랑 리뷰 웹사이트에서 부정적 리뷰 컨센서스와 레스토랑 대응전략이 잠재고객의 귀인과정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Internet technology has empowered consumers to voice and share their complaints with a multitude of potential consumers on the Internet in a flash manner. Online consumer reviews, due to their being widely and rapidly spread, significantly influence a potential consumer`s judgment of hospitality service quality that in turn affects a company`s reputation and profit. Prior research highlighted the importance of proactive online reputation management as their impacts become devastating when the reviews are negative and highly agreed by others. The current study attempted to understand how a potential consumer integrates online consumer reviews into their evaluations of the restaurant service and to suggest the appropriate organizational response strategy to negative online reviews. By means of an experiment, we explored the most effective ways for restaurants to counter complains as expressed in negative electronic word of mouth. The findings showed that high level of consensus on a negative online review negatively affects the weights and attributions of the negative review that potential consumers bring to their evaluations about the restaurant. Yet, these negative consensus effects can be either accelerated or attenuated according to the different types of response strategies. The findings were discussed in the light of practical implications for online complaint management. Limitation and directions for future research were also discussed.
