공무원의 정보기술 사용과 영향요인에 대한 실증연구 : 조직특성과 개인특성 그리고 기술특성의 비교

본 연구는 공무원이 정보기술을 어느 정도 그리고 어떻게 사용하고 있는지를 검토하고 이에 대한 영향요인으로서 조직특성, 개인특성, 기술특성을 중심으로 변수를 구성하여 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 조직특성인 공식성, 조직문화, 정보화 리더십, 동료와 의사소통은 주로 정보기술 수용과 긍정적인 관계를 맺고 있었다. 둘째, 개인특성인 업무에 대한 이해와 업무에 대한 즐거움은 주로 정보기술 활용과 긍정적인 관계를 맺고 있었다. 셋째, 기술특성인 정보기술 사용 유용성과 용이성은 주로 정보기술 수용과 긍정적인 관계를 맺고 있었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 첫째, 공무원의 정보기술 수용과 활용을 설명하는데 있어 기술적 특성들이 절대적 변수가 아니며, 조직특성과 개인특성을 고려해야 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 둘째, 조직문화적 성격이 정보화리더십의 조절변수적인 역할을 할 수 있는 것으로 나타나서 향후 개별적인 사례연구를 통하여 보다 자세하게 검토되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 공공부문에서 정보화정책을 추진해야 하는 경우 기관장의 정보화리더십이 기술집약적인 조직과 노동집약적인 조직 등 조직의 유형과 문화에 따라 차별적으로 나타날 수도 있음을 검토해야 한다. 셋째, 정보기술을 수용하고 활용하는 개별 공무원에 대한 보다 심도있는 이해가 필요하다. 공공부문 조직에 정보기술을 도입하는 것은 단순히 도입에 그치는 것이 아니다. 사용의 의무를 동반하기 때문에 일종의 업무운영절차 등 제도로서 인식될 수 있으며 특정의 제도, 변경된 제도에 동조여부를 따질 때처럼 조직과 개인에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

① The aim of this study is on the supply of harvester which has selected as the most suitable one to farm condition after reformation and also on the comparative experiments of efficiency of man power and engine power harvester. ② The results of this study shows that the man power harvester ha94 times of sickle and that of engine power harvester has 7 times, and it also shows the man power harvester is not suitable for wheat cutting. ③ The man power pulling harvester is the most effective one for rice harvesting farm condition for substituting with sickle. ④ It is the urgent problem in the future that a study of harvester with binder which also might be used for wheat harvesting and the study of the new harvester as a attachment of power tiller.

PMDI(Polymeric Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate)樹脂를 利用한 新聞古紙纖維-木纖維 混合 하드보드의 物理的 및 機械的 性質

Conventional researches have reported that ONP(Old Newspaper) fiber mixed hardboard is inferior to wood fiber hardboard on physical and mechanical properties, specially, internal bond strength and dimensional stability are very poor. It is thought that wetted ONP fiber by using water soluble resin results in poor uniformity of resin distribution. Actually internal bond strength, to a large extent, depends upon the uniformity of resin distribution. The objective of this research was to compare the results from ONP fiber mixed hardboard using water soluble phenol resin with those from ONP fiber mixed hardboard using PMDI(Polymeric Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate) which get fiber less wet relatively. Boards were fabricated with ratios of ONP fiber to wood fiber of 0 to 100, 30 to 70, 50 to 50, 70 to 30 and 100 to 0, and tested for static bending strength, internal bond strength, tensile strength, water absorption and thickness swelling. As expected, ONP fiber mixed hardboard using water soluble phenol resin showed that physical and mechanical properties decreased with increasing of ONP fiber mixed level. However, those using PMDI showed opposite results, specially internal bond strength increased, and water absorption and thickness swelling decreased with ONP fiber mixed level ranging from 30% to 70%.
