I got a video tape filmed by Korea Gymnastics association in the tape was filmed the skills of floor exercise of eight gymnastic who took part in the final game of each kind in the 10th and 11th Asian game. As a result of analysis and Comparison about the difficulties and the skills of each kind from it, the Conclusion I got was following ; 1. Difficulty parts skill 1) D-Parts Double salto backward tucked with 1/1 turn to stand was practiced four times in the 10th, and Stretched double salto backward to stand was done seven times in the 11th, Eech frequence was the highest. 2) C-Parts Double salto backward tucked of piked to stand was practiced five times in the 10th, and Double salto forward tucked to stand was done four times in the 11th, Each frequence was the highest. 3) B-Parts Salto sideways to stand was practiced six times in the 10th, and From L-support ; stoop through feet not touching floor and raise bent body with straight arms to handstand was done five times in the 11th. Each frequence was done the highest. 2. Kind Parts Skill 1) The Rotary Skill Double salto backward tucked with 1/1 turn to stand was practiced five times in the 10th, and Stretched double salto backward to stand was done seven times in the 11th. Each frequence was the highest. 2) The technical skill From standing scale ; slowly raise to one arm hand stand, 2sec. was prcticed four times in the 10th, and From L. support ; stoop through feet not touching floor and raise bent body with straight arms to handstand, 2sec. was done five times. Each frequence was the highest.

The purpose of this study was to change in endurance capacity and ST segment obese male elementary with sub-maximal bicycle exercise(Monmark 818E, Sweden). Thirty male elementary engaged in age from 10s years were divided into three group; 1) body fat ≥ 25% group 2) body fat ≥20% group 3) General ≤12% group. Data was anlyzed by mean of ANOVA and two-way ANOVA with repeated measure 3×3(group×duration) using the SPSS win 9.0. The conclusion for the study was as follows : First, Every group showed a significant increase in HR after one minute of exercise, and gradual increase in HR during the first 3minutes of exercise. Increase in heart rate of body fat ≥25% group was higher than that of other groups during exercise. The blood pressure of obese groups both at rest during exercise was higher than that of general group. Second. The MVO² of each groups after three minute of exercise increased twice or more than that of the same group at rest, The MVO² of obese groups was lagger than that of general groups. Third. The ST level of each group, during exercise, decreased approximately 50% of the same group at the recovery, while the ST slope increased approximately twice or three time of the same group at the recovery.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on isokinetic variables in high school boy judo players, The subjects of the study were 8male attached J-do high school boy judo player who registered to korea judo federation. The group were divided into two groups; support leg and offense leg as according to attack type. Isokinetic knee joint exercise employed Kin-corn(500, Chattanooga group Ins, U,S,A) to measure peak torque, bilateral balance ratio and muscular fatigue. For this investigation peak torque, body weight per peak torque in angle velocity 60°/sec and 18o°/sec was measured by kin corn and muscular fatigue was measured by kin corn at velocity 240°/sec. The results of this study were follows: 1, In extension strength at angle velocity 60°/sec peak torque, bilateral balance ratio, and body weight per peak torque was larger in support leg group than offense leg. 2. It showed that bilateral balance ratio were 50-56% range at angle velocity 60°/sec and 180°/sec, and increased with fast angular velocity. 3. In muscular fatigue at angle velocity 240°/sec increased with set was larger in flexion than extension. and in extension muscular fatigue was larger in support leg group than offense leg.
도마운동 스카하라 1½ 몸접어 뒤돌기 동작의 운동학적 분석(II)

The purpose of the study was to analyze the difference in kinematics variables between the performance of Tsukahara 1 ½ pike backward. For this purpose 3 female skilled gymnastics players and 3 female unskilled gymnastics players were selected, and a total of these 6 female players' performance were photographed two times. Among these photographed performances one sucessfully performed motions were selected from each group respectively. Performance of the subjects investigated were photographed by two 60 field/s video cameras. for this investigation three dimensional image analysis DLT technique was used. For this analysis descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviations were selected on kinematics variables including during time and change of position. The results were as follow: 1. In board contact and pre-flight phase time duration was shorter in skilled group than unskilled group, but in post-flight phase time duration was longer between skilled group than unskilled group. 2. In horse touch down event was shorter in skilled group than unskilled group at touch down of the lift and right wrist. 3. In horse touch down event the change in vertical displacement of wrist was smaller in skilled group than unskilled group, but in horse take off the change in velocity of wrist was larger in skilled group than unskillled group. In horse touch down even the change in vertical displacemennt of ankle was larger in skilled group than unskillled group. 4. In horse touch down event the change in vertical displacemennt of C.G was smallerin skilled group than unskillled group, in peak point in the change of C.G was larger in skilled group than unskillled group.
슬관절 상해 후 등속성 운동과 자전거 에르고미터 운동의 차이가 대퇴횡단면과 혈류속도에 미치는 영향

This study was to examine the effect of isokinetic and bicycle ergometer exercise on thigh hypertrophy and muscle flow velocity after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Subjects were between male patients. Test group were classify into isokinetice exercise group(6 male) and bicycle ergometer exercise group(6 male). Isokinetic exercise group was exercised 5-6 times a weeks for eight week by using the isokinetic exercise in kin-com. And bicycle ergometer exercise group were exercised 5-6 times a weeks for eight week by using the cycling exercise in bicycle ergometer(Monak 818E). Thigh hypertrophy and muscle flow velocity were analyzed using 2×2(groups×duration) repeated measures analysis of variance (MANOVA). Cross setional area of thigh showed significant(Lambda=.680, F=6.823, 유의도= .004) increase in isokinetic exercise. Blood flow velocity showed significant(Lambda=.208, F=17.330, 유의도= .000) increase in isokinetic exercise during 8week isokinetic exercise. According to this results, after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, isokinetic exercise prescription will selected adaption of angle velocity from middle speed to high speed according to activity of muscle function.
