이 연구에서는 반송파 관측값 기반의 격자기반 전리층 지도를 생성하였다. 전처리 과정을 통해 반송파 관측값에 포함된 cycle slip을 보정하였으며 LAMBDA 알고리즘을 이용하여 이중차분 모호정수를 결정하였다. 격자기반 전리층 총전자수 지도를 생성하기 위해 시선방향의 이중차분 전리층 지연량을 산출한 후 사상함수와 역거리가중치를 적용하여 각 격자점의 연직방향 전리층 지연량으로 변환하였다. 산출된 전리층 지도의 정확도를 분석하기 위해 전지구 전리층 모델에서 제공하는 총전자수를 대상으로 RMS 차이를 산출한 결과, 약 9 TECU의 차이를 나타냈다.

Ionopheric deley is the largest error sources in GNSS positining. The single frequency receiver user needs an ionospheric model like the Klobuchar model or NeQuick model to eliminate the ionospheric error. In this study we estimated VTEC(Vertical Total Electron Content) over DAEJ station using the two models in each season. We compared the results with Global Ionosphere Maps and International Reference Ionosphere model predictions. As a result, the NeQuick model was more accurate than Klobuchar model.

University play an important role not only as a top academic institution in academia but also as a center in the community. Many universities are actively using high rise buildings, assistance campus, and underground spaces as a way to secure space and improve land efficiency within a limited area, and there are also universities that transfer campus to the suburb. The decline in the school-age population due to low-fertility along with socio-economic changes makes the phenomenon that the number of admissions is higher than the number of university applicants, and the competition between universities becomes increasingly intense. As a result, the university campus itself has become a university competitiveness, and the role of the community as a center has been increasing with the expansion of lifelong education. I would like to suggest data that can be useful for revitalization of campus by comparing and analyzing the revitalization of campus focused on 4–year university in Seoul, which have high land prices and land regulations.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the development cases of basic property for education and basic property for profit in order to expand the finances of increasingly poor private universities and to present policy implications for profit models. A decade-long freeze on tuition fees, phased abolition of admission fees, a decline in enrollment quota, and donations driven by several specific universities and poor state subsidies are making many private universities' finances even worse. Due to the decrease in enrollment quota, the basic property for education exceeding the standard of securing will continue to increase, and universities are developing the basic property for excess education by converting it into basic property for profit. In addition, universities that dispose of low-return basic property, acquire high-return basic property alternatively, or own land and buildings in central commercial areas purchase additional land adjacent to the existing site and develop it in scale. To this end, the management's firm will and execution, the recruitment of professionals to strengthen expertise should precede them first, and the development of basic assets for education and profits will likely further expand for such universities to expand their finances.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and categorize major development cases of university-owned assets, and to present policy implications for the profit model of universities by applying the development type appropriate to the characteristics of the university-owned assets actually owned by K Educational Foundation. With socio-economic changes, the school-age population steadily declines, and the number of enrollment quotas for college students is higher than the number of enrolled resources. Considering the financial situation of private universities, which are absolutely dependent on tuition, this is a serious problem. Accordingly, universities may develop idle educational basic assets by repurposed them as basic assets for profit, or acquire high-profit basic assets by disposing of low-profit basic assets. It is necessary to maximize profits by purchasing additional land and developing it on a large scale. Since the development of university-owned assets requires a lot of budget, it must be carried out carefully considering the internal and external situation and the mid- to long-term perspective. To this end, the management's firm will and execution, and the hiring of specialized personnel to reinforce expertise should be preceded.
