Nowadays there are lots of changes in the domestic railroad industries because of the reorganization in the industries, operation of KTX and expansion of city train in local areas. To cope with these changes effectively, domestic & abroad safety guideline and regulation were investigated and reviewed by railroad safety technical development project. Based on this project, domestic rolling stock safety regulation was established in the July and December on 2005. It`s been a 3 years after 2005 and to confirm whether there are some problems to applicate the regulation in the field like korail, the necessity of reviewing the regulation gains force. In this study, to improve the field application in rolling stock safety regulation, we investigated the results of integrated railroad audit system and internal safety regulation system in a train operator and also collected the opinions from train manufacturer. Then through the result of investigation and collection of the opinions, we proposed the amendment to the rolling stock safety regulation.

To construct PSC bridge, lots of ducts (steel sheath) are needed to insert tendons in them. Especially, two types of steel sheath are needed in PSC Box ILM bridge. The one is for primary tendon and the other is for secondary tendon. In the sheaths for secondary tendons, generally, flexible PVC tubes are temporarily installed inside them to prevent water or cement mortar from leaking and protect the sheaths demage due to handling and pouring concrete. But using these PVC tubes for secondary sheath are cumbersome in installing and take additional construction cost. In this study, we developed new type of waterproof steel sheath in order to have the secondary sheath to be installed without the tube. And its performances were verified through modification of the section shapes and various tests.

재생에너지 변동성을 고려한 제주 전력계통 시계열 분석 전망

본 논문은 2034년 제주계통 재생에너지의 변동성을 고려하여 연간 8,760시간에 대한 발전송전망 시계열 동시 분석을 수행하였다. 시계열 분석을 통해 발전량 전망과 연간 송전망 신뢰도의 위반정도와 지속시간을 국내 최초로 도출하였고, 향후 전력망 계획수립에 활용하고자 한다.

본 논문은 2034년 제주계통의 재생에너지를 안정적으로 수용가능한 최적 송전망 보강계획을 수립하였다. 연간 8.760시간에 대한 발전·송전망 시계열 동시 분석을 수행하였으며 현장여건, 신뢰도, 경제성을 종합적으로 고려한 최적 송전망을 제시하였다.
