        Temperature and gate-bias-dependent charge transport in inkjet-printed polymer field-effect transistor

        To rationally design and synthesize organic semiconductor materials and optimize the printing processes of semiconductor films, it is necessary to understand the charge transport behavior of inkjet-printed organic semiconductor films. Herein, the temperature and gate-bias-dependent charge transport behaviors in a polymer field-effect transistor (PFET) were studied. The PFET used a poly[(tetryldodecyloctathiophene-alt-didodecylbithiazole)-co-(tetryldodecylhexathiophene-alt-didodecylbithiazole)] (P(8T2Z-co-6T2Z)-12) polymer film formed by inkjet printing as the active channel layer. The temperaturedependent mobility curves of the PFET measured under various gate-bias conditions fit well with the multiple trap and release (MTR) model and polaron hopping transport model (PHM) at temperatures below and above 250 K, respectively. The charge transport behaviors in the inkjet-printed P(8T2Z-co-6T2Z)-12 film were revealed through a combination of the MTR model and PHM. At temperatures below 250 K, charge carriers were negligibly affected by lattice vibration and required a low activation energy to move from site to site. In contrast, at temperatures above 250 K, charge carriers gradually coupled with phonons under the influence of lattice vibration and thus required a relatively higher activation energy. The insight into charge transport obtained through this study would provide practical benefits for the development of organic electronic device design and fabrication.

        개인-환경(조직, 직무, 상사)적합성이 혁신행동과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        오늘 기업들은 그 어느 때보다 빠른 환경 변화에 대한 유연한 대처 능력을 필요로 하며 조직구성원들에게 경쟁력 제고를 위해 새로운 아이디어를 창출하고 업무수행에 적용하는 혁신행동과 정해진 역할 뿐 만 아니라 자발적으로 조직의 발전을 위해 공헌하고 행동하는 조직시민행동을 요구하고 있다. 비서직무의 특성상 조직이나 직무분야의 고유한 특성에 따라 비서에게 요구되는 업무지식, 스킬, 역할 및 역량이 달라지고, 상사와의 높은 상호의존적 관계를 유지하며, 상황에 따라 직무기술서 없이 자신의 판단에 따라 윤리적이고 자발적으로 업무를 처리해야하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 비서직종사자와 환경 간의 적합성을 다각도로 검토하여 실제로 비서에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 알아보기 위해 본 연구에서는 비서직종사자의 개인-환경(조직, 직무, 상사)적합성과 혁신행동 및 조직시민행동 간 영향관계를 실증적으로 규명하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 현직비서 169명의 설문 응답을 바탕으로 가설검정을 위해 다중회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 분석 결과 개인-환경(조직, 직무, 상사)적합성은 비서직 종사자의 혁신행동에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 개인-환경적합성 중 개인-상사적 합성을 제외한 나머지 요인들이 비서직종사자의 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 기업의 효율적인 인력선발과 인적자원관리를 위한 합리적인 방안 도출과 비서역량 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다. In today"s fastly-changing business environment, it is required for business organizations to come up with various strategies to respond to complicated environmental change with flexibility and strategies to stimulate employees’ innovative work behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. The main purpose of this study was to examine the influential relationship between independent variable personal-environmental fit(PEF) and dependent variables innovative work behavior(IWB) and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) for office professionals. To verify the hypotheses, 169 responses were analyzed by correlational analysis and multiple regression analysis. Office professionals’ POF(person-organization fitness), PJF(person-job fit), and PSF(person-supervisor fit) all showed positive effect on IWB. Also, office professionals’ POF(person-organization fit) and PJF(person-job fitness) showed positive effect on OCB; however, PSF showed negative effect on OCB. This research empirically presents that person-environment fitness is the essence for motivating office professionals’ innovative work behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. It is suggested to take the result of this research into consideration when a strategic human resource development plan is prepared for office professionals.

        역추적 에이전트를 이용한 역추적 시스템 설계 및 구현

        It is very important to detect and remove original sources of DOS (Denial of Service) attacks or connection oriented/connectionless attacks. In this paper, we implement a traceback system that does not require the reaction of routers and administrators and does not need log data. We bring in a traceback server and traceback agents in each network and use sniffing and spoofing schemes. Finally, the traceback server detects attacking hosts using information transmitted from traceback agents.

        Improved charge transport and trap-state distribution in donor–acceptor-type semiconducting copolymer with a fluoropolymer dielectric film

        This study presents a p-type doping method for donor–acceptor-type conjugated semiconducting copolymerbased field-effect transistors (FETs) with a fluoropolymer dielectric film. The polymeric FET, which initially comprises a non-polar polymer dielectric layer (poly (methyl methacrylate), PMMA), shows ambipolar behavior owing to the well-balanced electron-accepting and -donating properties of the cyclopentadithiophene (CDT) and pyridyl-2,1,3-thiadiazole (PTz)-based conjugated polymer backbone system. However, when combined with an amorphous fluoropolymer (CYTOP) dielectric layer, the FET device exhibits that their ambipolar behavior remarkably changes to a high-performance p-type FET; the hole mobility enhanced by a factor of ~3 and the threshold voltage significantly shifted from 29 V to 12 V. The density of trap states in the CDT-PTz-based polymeric FETs with a CYTOP dielectric layer, which was estimated from the temperature-dependent transfer characteristics, was narrower and shallower than that of polymeric FETs with a PMMA dielectric layer. As such, it can be inferred that the deep-trap states are filled with additional doped charges from the surface polarization induced by the fluorinated dielectrics at the semiconductor-dielectric interface.
