간호학생의 취업여건, 취업스트레스, 사회적 인식이 해외취업 의향에 미치는 영향

In this paper, the purpose was to identify intent of migration, and how it might influence the association among condition, social recognition, and stress of job of nursing students using descriptive research design. A self report questionnaire survey was completed by 232 nursing students at 2 University located at 2 cities in Chungchenongbokdo. Data were collected during from September to December 2017. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple hierarchical regression. We found significant difference in intention of migration by score, aptitude, and continue study. There were significantly associated with condition, social cognition, competition, and stress of job. Full model accounted for 20% of the variance in intention of migration, additionally, there were significantly influence factors by intention of migration. The results of this study should be used the fundamental data for developing education programs about intention of migration of nursing students from factor of influencing intention of migration. 본 연구는 간호학생을 대상으로 해외취업에 대한 의향정도를 파악하고, 취업여건, 사회적 인식, 취업스트레스 등이 간호학생의 해외취업 의향에 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2017년 9월부터 11월까지 C도의 2개 도시 4년제 간호학과에 재학 중인 간호학과 학생 232명을 대상으로 해외취업 의향정도, 취업여건, 간호사의 사회적 인식, 취업스트레스 등에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, χ², t-test, ANOVA, 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호학생의 해외취업에 영향을 미치는 변수 중에는 간호학생의 성적, 적성과 졸업 후 지속적인 학업희망이 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났으며, 취업여건, 간호사에 대한 사회적 인식, 취업경쟁력, 취업스트레스에 유의한 관계가 있었다. 최종 모형에 의해 설명되는 해외취업의향정도는 20%이었으며, 적성, 졸업 후 지속적인 학업 희망, 취업여건, 구직경쟁력, 취업스트레스와 유의한 영향력을 나타내었다. 본 연구결과는 간호학생들을 대상으로 해외취업의향에 미치는 영향요인을 바탕으로 해외취업과 관련한 다양한 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 여겨진다.
집단지성과 역의제 설정 관점에서 바라본 웹 2.0 시대의 네티즌 번역의 기능과 시사점

This paper explores the functions and features of netizen translations as well as their implications from the perspectives of 'collective intelligence' and 'reverse agenda-setting' which are considered the most salient characteristics of Web 2.0. The study reveals that netizens’ translations serve as a starting point for discussion and expansion of knowledge and as an indispensable part of integrating different types of information. Netizens engage in translation activities in a simultaneous and immediate manner. They are generous toward machine-translated, low-quality translations by other netizens and do not question whether the source texts are genuine. The study also shows that netizens’ translations or their translation activities have been covered by major mass media. However, the coverage is mostly concentrated in the sports and entertainment areas. These findings shed light on the possible role segregation between professional translators and netizens and the areas the academia and professional translator's need to educate netizens on.
Seismicity of the 2016 ML 5.8 Gyeongju earthquake and aftershocks in South Korea

Since the modern seismograph network by the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) had been operated from 1978, the largest earthquake (ML 5.8) occurred in Gyeongju, South Korea on 12 September 2016. ML 5.1 and 5.8 earthquakes occurred successively and damaged mostly old building structures around Gyeongju. Aftershocks continued to occur, clustering around the epicenters of the two events. Number of observed aftershocks with ML ≥ 0.1 was 3,376 from 12 September 2016 to 31 March 2017 and these aftershocks were located by manual procedure. Since the origin time of the ML 5.8 earthquake, 339 and 672 aftershocks (ML ≥ 0.1) occurred on 12 and 13 September 2016, respectively. The occurrence rate of aftershocks decreased exponentially with time after 16 September. It is observed that the seismicity of the 2016 Gyeongju earthquake and aftershock sequences is dominant in the Yangsan Fault System. The distribution of aftershocks is NNE-SSW direction along the Yangsan Fault System, which agrees with the fault plane solutions of main shock and foreshock showing the strike-slip faulting. These aftershocks concentrate within the epicentral distance of 5 km from main shock and the depth distribution of aftershocks is mainly around 11–15 km with vertical trends. With regard to the seismicity of the 2016 Gyeongju earthquake’s aftershocks the full catalog with ML ≥ 1.2 based on Mc is suggested in this study. Finally the distribution of aftershock sequence correlated to the focal mechanisms can provide specific seismicity in the Gyeongsang Basin.

This study evaluates the operability and prediction time of a proposed drowsy driving detection methodto assess its feasibility for actual vehicles. We utilized the Jetson Nano 2GB Developer Kit to confirmthat our proposed 3D-CNN model operates effectively in this embedded computing environment. Wefound that the average classification time for detecting drowsy driving was approximately 0.42 s. Theproposed 3D-CNN model is therefore a practical technology capable of detecting driver drowsiness,enhancing safety in real vehicle environments.
Tunable biocompatible immune accelerator in vaccination

Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy are commonly used for treatment of solid tumor. However, it is hard to remove primary tumor thoroughly, and chemo-drug can be toxic to even normal cells. Moreover, solid tumor has immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME), which restrain T cell activity, and it leads to relapse of tumors. In accordance with these limitations, we developed anticancer immunotherapeutic agent using cationic polymer as an immune accelerator. A new platform was composed of acidic cleavable linker and cationic polymer. We confirmed charge conversion property of this platform at TME. Also, we showed biocompatibility by protecting cationic residues with linkers. In vivo test proved that the platform is good at not only targeting tumor cells because of its strong interaction with tumor cellular membranes in TME, but also evoking necrosis and apoptosis which bring about immune response.

This study aims to validate the existing research on TED translation strategies which have mainly been conducted using a content analysis method. Two surveys were conducted, one in 2014, and the other in 2019. The survey results show that TED translators also consider audiovisual information when subtitling, and consciously omit repeated information, discourse markers, and pronouns while intentionally keeping transitional words. They also answered that they prefer domestication strategies for sayings, and literal translation for currencies and measurement units. Compared to the 2014 survey, TED translators in 2019 were more actively following experts’ practice of subtitling that are found on TV or in movies: they attempt to follow professional subtitling rules on domestication, punctuation, and subtitle lengths. The respondents described that their translation strategies are mainly centered around the audience’s easy understanding of the messages and information provided by TED talks. The results of the surveys are found to support the presumptions offered in the existing studies: omissions/additions of certain information in accordance with video, differentiated translation strategies for culture-specific terms, omissions of repeated information, discourse markers, and pronouns, and retainment of transitional words were all intentionally done.
