교실 공간의 도덕공동체화 구상 -친사회적 행동 발달을 중심으로-

이 연구는 친사회적 행동을 중심으로 교실 공간의 도덕공동체화 방안을 모색한 것이다. 먼저, 일선 초·중등학교 교실 공간에서 흔히 발견되는 자율성의 신화를 비판적으로 검토하였다. 그리고 그 교실 공간이 공동체로서의 정체성을 확보하고 훈육과 소통이 필요함을 검토하였다. 이와 아울러 필자들은 네 가지 유형의 도덕 판단 유형, 이를 테면 추론형, 정서형, 추론과 정서의 혼합형, 행위분석형 도덕 판단 유형을 차례대로 검토함으로써 각 유형들이 친사회적 행동 발달과 친사회적 교실 분위기 형성에 어떤 기여를 할 수 있는지를 논의하였다. 이러한 논의를 토대로 하여 필자들은 초·중등학교 교실 공간을 훈육과 소통이 활발히 이루어지는 도덕공동체로 만들고 교사와 학생, 학생과 학생 사이에 상호존중과 협동이 살아 숨쉬는 도덕공동체로 만들 것을 제안하였다. This paper is to find the constitutive methods of moral community in classroom with special regard to developing prosocial behavior. We critically examined that myth of autonomy was found often in the elementary or middle school classroom. And we examined that the identity of community, discipline, and communication were necessary. And we examined that four types of moral judgment-the Deliberate reasoning model, Emotional model, Blending the reasoning and emotional model, Action analysis model. It was examined that how could respective types contribute to building the moral community in classroom and developing prosocial behavior. Based on the above discussions, we proposed to build the moral community of discipline and communication, the moral community of mutual respect and cooperation in classroom.
