THS의 주행 모드 변환에 따른 실시간 모니터링 시스템의 개발

In studies on hybrid vehicle, a key factor is to enhance the usability of energies might be adapted to the vehicle. This paper introduces the monitor controlling technology of hybrid vehicle that can process the relevant information considering the structure of power system and driving strategies simultaneously, and can monitor its results. This technology, so called HEV algorithm analysis, has been applied to PRIUS THS, made by Toyota Co. This model is adapted to parallel hybrid type. It has a somewhat complex structure, but has several merits of which loss of energy when conversing is lower, it is easily adapted to the conventional vehicle having a gasoline engine without any overall changing of its structure, and so on. This monitor controlling technology is very useful to learn and study on the various driving strategies of hybrid vehicle maximizing the usability between engine and electric motor.

산업용 컴퓨터를 포한한 다양한 형태의 공작기계나 자동화 시스템의 배전반이나 제어 패널을 고효율적으로 냉각시킬 수 있는 시스템은 매우 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 이러한 냉각장치는 산업용 로봇, 수치제어 공작기계 등과 같은 ,다양한 산업용 시스템에 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 패널 내부를 순환하는 공기를 강제적으로 유동시 키는 냉각방식을 채택하여 효과적인 패널 냉각을 위한 대향류형 냉각장치를 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 효과적인 냉각장치를 위한 핀 어셈블리를 개발하여 제어용 패널에 적용한 결과, 기존의 시스템에 비하여 냉각 성능과 열교환율 이 개선된 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 연구에 적용된 상용의 시스템에 비해 공기의 유동량은 약 20% 정도 증가하는 현상을 보였고, 열교환량은 약 2배 이상 증가하는 현상을 확인할 수 있었다. The high efficient and cooling system is very important to the control panels of electrical distributors, and Industrial automated system including computer. Also, it can be used widely in various industrial systems such as industrial robots, numerically controlled machining center, and so on. The cooling method which flowing gasses were forced to circulate by compulsion was adapted in this study. then development of counter flow type of cooling system for effective panel cooling. In the present study, fin assembly was developed for this cooling system. As results, the developed system has the improvements of cooling performances and radiant heat ratio. Its increasing of airflow mass is about 20%, and radiation rate of heating is twice or more as high as the conventional system.
하이브리드 자동차의 주행 모드 변환에 따른 실시간 모니터링 교육용 콘텐츠 개발

Toyota사의 PRIUS THS 시스템을 이용하여 HEV 알고리즘 분석을 통한 THS의 주행 모드 변환에 따른 실시 간 모니터링 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 병렬형 하이브리드 시스템의 경우에 엔진과 전동기를 주행 상태 최적인 상태 로 운행하기 위해서는 다양한 제어전략이 필요하다. 본 연구를 통하여 주행 가능한 THS 차량의 주행에 필요한 입․출 력 정보를 실시간적으로 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템을 개발한 결과, 하이브리드 자동차의 동력 분할 및 에너지 활용 을 극대화시키기 위한 수단의 하나로 차량의 주행모드 변화에 따른 각 구성요소의 동작 상태를 모니터링 가능하게 되었다. 개발된 시스템은 제어전략의 체계적인 수립과 실시간 데이터 분석이 가능하기 때문에 HEV자동차의 알고리즘 분석해석을 통해 HEV자동차의 개발 기반에 유용하게 활용될 것이다. 전자동 자동차 에어컨의 냉매 상태 확인을 통한 고장 예측 모니터링

It is more and more interesting in the market of maintenance and repair equipments of vehicle to protect air pollution. But, most of the developed equipments of air condition system in domestic have poor functions as well as the non-protection of air pollution. The purpose of this paper is to develop the monitoring technology of recovering and recharging of refrigerant for air condition system, and also develop the related diagnostic system. This technology and system can supply the exact amount of refrigerant from the charger to the air condition system by precisely diagnosing and monitoring their statuses. This technology can control recovering and recharging of refrigerant exactly by altering recovering pressures of refrigerant according to circumstance temperatures.

Several efforts to meet the exhaust gas regulation have been undertaken by many researchers in recent years. Main researches are on development of design techniques of intake port and combustion chamber, atomization of fuel and precise control of air-fuel ratio, post-treatment of exhaust gas and so on. Engine technology is changed from PFI to GDI to correspond with exhaust gas regulation. GDI technique makes it possible to preserve lean air-fuel ratio and control accurate air-fuel ratio. Nevertheless, It is not cleared that information of spray characteristics and atomization process are very dependent on fluctuation of pressure and change of temperature in intake stroke. In this study, a constant volume combustion chamber is manufactured to investigate various fluctuations of in-cylinder pressure for injection duration. It is taken photographs of injection process of conventional GDI injector using PMAS. Then, it was verified experimently that ambient conditions as temperature and pressure of combustion chamber have effects on process of spray growth and atomization of fuel.<br/>

In this paper, the trend of studies of automotive ergonomics in Korea is reviewed to contribute to R&D for the high quality and more competitive products of vehicles in the world. First of all, ergonomic and emotional engineering approach, and its subjects are suggested briefly for providing the concept to non-ergonomist. Activities and papers of, mainly, KSAE and ESK for past ten years are surveyed and reviewed only in terms of automotive ergonomics. In results, driving task performance, and ergonomic design factors of vehicle such as cab, safety device, seat, ITS, controls and displays, and so on have been studying partly. But, these subjects have been studying mainly by ergonomists since 2000. It means the study of automotive ergonomics in Korea is the beginning step up to now. Therefore, it is needed that automotive engineers make actively effort to introduce ergonomic approach to their researches, also it is recommended that automotive engineer and ergonomist will be a co-operator in this field.
