        Trichlorosilane 의 환원에 의한 고순도 Silicon 제조

        Among the several known processes of semiconductor-grade silicon production, the hydrogen reduction of trichlosilane (TCS) is found to be the most convenient and economical method. In this study of high purity silicon production, the open tube flow process is used to reduce TCS with hydrogen. 99.9% pure TCS, manufactured by Ventron, is distilled for the starting material in the reduction. The distilled TCS is vaporized by bubbling at 0℃ with small quantity of hydrogen in a quartz tube. The resultant yield is compared with the theoretical one calculated thermodynamically. The yield of silicon is 60-70% at the optimum condition of 1100℃ reaction temperature and 60-100 mole ratio of hydrogen to TCS. Surface of the deposited silicon, a polycrystalline dense mass of lustrous appearance, is treated with hydrofluoric acid. By the emission spectroscopy the purity of silicon product is determined to be higher than 99.999%.

        Fusarium solani 포자에 의한 인삼 phytoalexin 의 생합성 및 유도에 관한 연구

        In order to find out the elicitation of the phytoalexin in ginseng root tissues, the spore of Fusarium solani was used as an elicitor. The macroscopic symptoms on the sliced root tissues and the measurement of the elicitor activity suggested us that the spore of Fusarium solani elicited the phytoalexin, which was not identified yet, from the ginseng root. The UV spectral data of water and methanol extracts after treatment with the fungal spore were compared with the ones reported in other plants, and it seemed that the phytoalexin formed in ginseng root might be the phenolic compounds. It was observed that phytoalexin started to accumulate from 15 h after infection of elicitors.

      • 06 식품의약품안전처 SESSION : GC-MS/MS를 이용한 국내 미등록 농약의 현미 중 다성분 동시 분석

        GC-MS/MS 분석대상 농약의 선정을 위하여 국내 미등록 농약 79성분을 대상으로 개별 표준용액을 조제한 후 GC-MS full scan 분석을 통하여 GC 분석이 가능한 지를 검토하였고, 이 중 10 성분(2,6-Diisopropylnaphthalene, Butylate, Chlorflurenol-methyl, Dichlomid, EPTC, Flumetralin, Flutriafol,Prometon, Prosulfocarb, Quinoxyfen)만이 GC-MS/MS 분석이 가능함을 확인하였다. GC-MS/MS 기기분석조건의 확립을 위하여, 성분당 2개의 적정 precursor ion을 선정하였고, product ion scan 분석을 통해 한 성분 당 2개의 SRM (Selected reaction monitoring) 이온을 선정하여 분석의 신뢰성을 높였다. 정량을 위한 검량선은 0.002 mg kg-1에서 0.2 mg kg-1까지 matrix matched calibration법을 사용하였으며, EPTC와 Flumetralin 제외한 모든 성분에서 검량선 상관 계수(R2)는 0.99 이상이었고, 정량한계는 0.001-0.050 mg kg-1 범위였다. 시료의 전처리를 위하여 분쇄한 현미 5 g을 0.1% formic acid가 함유된 acetonitile로 추출 하였고 4 g MgSO4, 1 g NaCl, 1 g NaCitrate, 0.5 gdisodium citrate sesquihydrate를 가하여 진탕한 후, 원심분리한 상등액을 dispersive SPE (50 mgPSA, 150 mg MgSO4)를 이용하여 정제하여 기기분석을 위한 시료로 사용하였다. 이상의 전처리법을 이용하여 현미에 대하여 0.01 및 0.05 mg kg-1농도에서 회수율을 측정한 결과, 93.1∼124.4 %(0.01 mg kg-1 처리수준), 92.4∼115.4 %(0.05 mg kg-1 처리수준)의 양호한 회수율을 보였다. Flutriafol과 Prometon은 기기분석에서의 감도가 낮았으며, EPTC와 Flumetralin는 시료에서의 간섭물질로 인하여 검량선 및 회수율 측정이 불가능하여 이상 4가지 성분은 GC-MS/MS를 이용한 분석이 용이하지 않아 LC-MS/MS를 이용한 분석을 검토할 필요가 있음 확인하였다.

        국제테러리즘의 위협과 대응정책의 문제점 분석

        Ever since the Korean War, the threat of terror by North Korea has been the primary influence on the anti-terrorism policy of South Korea. Now there is a new possibility for terror: with the dispatch of Korean soldiers to Iraq, Islamic terror groups may target Korea in retaliation, so the Korean anti-terrorism policy should now consider the possibility of terror coming from outside of the Korean peninsula. The anti-terrorism policy should put terror prevention as first priority for protecting against any possible damages. The current anti- terrorism policy should be analyzed according tothe processes of the terrorism act, such as: the prevention, the response, and the investigation. The prevention of terrorism can be operationally explained as the reduction of terrorism opportunity. This approach works by totally ignoring the offender and instead identifying the weapons (guns, knives, bombs) used by terrorists. The goal is to prevent those weapons from being brought into Korea from abroad. The intelligence on terrorism - the travel document control, the screening of passengers andthe identification checks in routine policing - will inhibit terrorists from entering the country and trying to act. The prompt response to disaster caused by a terrorist attack, and the investigation of indirect measures for preventing the terrorism will hamper the planning attack on the territory.

        숙련성과 자극 속도 조건이 야구 배팅의 동시적 예측타이밍 정확성에 미치는 영향

        [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of baseball expertise and stimulus speeds on coincidence-anticipation timing accuracy of batting. [Methods] Participants were 21 baseball batters, 7 of Korea Baseball Organization(KBO) League, 7 of Korea Baseball Organization Futures League, and 7 of Korea University Baseball Federation(KUBF) League. All of the participants were asked to swing the bat exactly at the time when the light arrived the target point of the runway. The Bassin Anticipation Timer was used to present stimulus with stimulus speed of 10, 15, and 20mph. Participants performed 10, 15, 20mph trials (3 kinds of speed per 5 times) and random trials (3 kinds of speed per 3 times randomly). The timing error of coincidence anticipation task was recorded and raw scores were transformed to constant error(CE), absolute error(AE) and variable error(VE). For data analysis, two-way ANOVA with repeated measures were used. And post-hoc test (Tukey HDS) were conducted. [Results] Results indicated a significant interaction on expertise and stimulus speeds for CE, AE and VE. The KBO League players group showed more accurate and consistent performance than the KBO Futures League players group and the KUBF League players group in baseball batting timing. [Conclusion] This findings revealed that coincidence-anticipation timing accuracy batting in baseball can be used as a factor to distinguish the ability of the other. [목적] 본 연구의 목적은 야구 숙련성과 자극 속도 조건에 따른 야구 배팅의 동시적 예측타이밍 정확성을 비교 분석하는데 있다. [방법] 연구대상은 한국야구위원회(KBO)의 KBO리그선수 7명, 퓨처스리그선수 7명, 그리고 한국대학야구연맹(KUBF)에 등록되어 있는 대학야구선수 7명으로 총 21명이 참여하였다. 참여자는 예측반응시간측정기가 제시하는 자극 불빛이 목표 지점에 도착할 것을 예상하고 야구 배팅과 일치시키는 것으로 자극 속도는 10, 15, 그리고 20mph이었다. 각 자극 속도에서 5회씩의 시행과 3가지 속도를 무작위로 9회 제시한 무선 시행을 실시하였다. 측정된 수치는 항상오차와 절대오차 그리고 가변오차로 변환하였다. 자료 분석은 반복측정 이원분산분석을 실시하였다. 이때 상호작용효과가 나타난 경우 상호작용에 대한 구체적인 차이 검정을 위해 일원분산분석을 실시하였으며, 사후검정으로 Tukey HSD를 실시하였다. [결과] 그 결과 항상오차와 절대오차 그리고 가변오차에서 숙련성과 자극 속도 조건에 따른 상호작용효과가 나타났으며, KBO리그선수 집단이 퓨처스리그선수 집단과 대학야구선수 집단보다 더 정확하고 일관적으로 배팅하는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 본 연구를 통해 야구 배팅의 동시적 예측타이밍 정확성은 타자의 기술 수준별 나타나는 운동수행의 특성을 제공한다고 볼 수 있다.

        Whole Exome Sequencing in a Korean Child with Joubert Syndrome-related Disorders

        Joubert syndrome and Joubert syndrome-related disorders (JSRDs) are rare autosomal recessive or X-linked disorders characterized by cerebellar vermis hypoplasia and a brain stem malformation, which presents as the “molar tooth sign” in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). JSRDs are a group of clinically heterogeneous conditions that exhibit neurological manifestations and multiple organ involvement. JSRDs are also genetically heterogeneous, and approximately 20 causative genes that account for 45% of JSRDs have been identified. A 7-yr-old boy visited Wonkwang University Sanbon Hospital with the following presentations: no ocular fixation, ataxia, growth retardation, and hypotonia. Physical examination revealed facial dysmorphism, spindle shaped fingers, and height (99 cm) and weight (13 kg) below the third percentile. Ophthalmic examination revealed retinal dystrophy. A diagnosis of JSRDs was made based on clinical and brain MRI findings. We found two heterozygous variants c.2945 G>T; p.Arg982Met (G>T) and c.2216dupA; p.Phe740Valfs*2 (dupA) in AHI1, and a heterozygous c.3973C>T; p.Arg1325Trp (C>T) variant in KIF7 by whole exome sequencing (WES). Genetic analysis on the proband’s father revealed that he had both AHI1 variants, but did not have the KIF7 variant, which was inconsistent with autosomal recessive inheritance. Therefore, the G>T variant and C>T variant were presumed to be of “uncertain significance.” Furthermore, one novel dupA variant was interpreted as “pathogenic,” while the second allele was not detected. Caution should be exercised while interpreting the significance of variants detected by WES. In addition, the involvement of genes other than the 20 known ones will require further investigation to elucidate the pathogenesis of JSRDs.
