Purpose: This study attempted to compare the relationships between self-esteem, family support, and depression in a diploma nursing students. Method: A descriptive research design was used in this study. The participants were 261 nursing students in J city who were surveyed between April 22 and April 30, 2018 using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 17.0 Program, which determined frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient. Result: There were positive correlation between self-esteem and family support and negative correlation between depression and self-esteem, family support for nursing students. Conclusion: It is necessary to enhance positive recognition on self-esteem to improve family support and to decrease depression of nursing students. In order to decrease of depression, it is important to consider reform efficient communication skills between professor and nursing students.

This study attempted to analyze the trend of studies related to IHD(Ischemic Heart Disease). This article reviewed 102 researches on IHD conducted from 1980 to 2003, by examining them according to their characteristics, such as sources by publication period, research design, nursing intervention, outcome of experimental research, and theme of qualitative research. The results were as follows: 1. The number of studies related to IHD has steadily increased year by year since 1985, and that of the articles was the highest during the post-2000 period. Especially, the majority of researches has published since 1995. 2. The 69 studies were degree of all 102 studies related to IHD, and the majority of articles` authors belonged to graduate school. Thirty three studies were non-degree articles. As for study design, the number of quantitative studies were 99 and that of qualitative studies were 3. Non-experimental research design were largely survey and correlational study. 3. Non-experimental study makes up a high proportion of the quantitative study. The most of experimental studies were accomplished after 2000. The main subjects were patients, chart records and general subjects. The majority number of subjects was like this: while the number of non-experimental study was between 51 and 100, that of experimental study was below 50. The number of subject of qualitative study is like this: the number of phenomenology study was 21 and 11, and that of case study is 14. 4. Nursing interventions used in the experimental study comprised teaching program, cardiac rehabilitation program, massage, relaxation, music therapy and providing of sense information. And the most nursing intervention effects included physiological effect, increased self-efficacy, relieved pain and increased quality of life. Most studies proved to have the affirmative effects. 5. The number of qualitative studies related to IHD is like this: the number of degree articles was 2 and that of non-degree articles was 1. Its themes included resources of hope, the experience of coronary artery angiography and the experience of admission at ICU(Intensive Care Unit).
간호대학생의 간호사이미지, 전문직 자아개념 및 조직몰입

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호사이미지, 전문직 자아개념 및 조직몰입의 정도를 알아보고, 이들 변수들 간의 관계를 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 J시의 간호대학생 238명을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구로, 자료수집은 2016년 9월 7일에서 9월 10일 사이에 실시되었다. 자료분석은 평균, 표준 편차, t-검정, ANOVA, Scheffe`s test, Pearson 상관 계수, 단계적 다중 회귀 분석을 WIN SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 간호대학생들은 간호사이미지, 전문직 자아개념 및 조직몰입에 대해 5점 만점에 각각 4.01점, 3.40점 및 3.77점으로 평균값이 나타났다. 간호대학생의 간호사이미지는 전문직 자아개념, 조직몰입과 통계적으로 유의한 순 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 전문직 자아개념은 조직몰입과의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 단계적 다중회귀분석 결과 본 연구의 측정변인인 간호사이미지와 전문직 자아개념은 간호대학생의 조직몰입에 대해 56.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 상대적 영향력은 간호사이미지, 전문직 자아개념 순으로 나타났으며, 이 중에서 간호사이미지가 대상자의 조직몰입에 가장 큰 예측변인임이 확인되었다. This study examined the degree of nurses" image, professional self-concept, and organizational commitment of nursing students to clarify the relationship among these variables. A descriptive research design was used. The participants were 238 nursing students in J city who were surveyed between September 7 and 10, 2016. The data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program, which determined the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe`s test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The nurses" image, professional self-concept, and organizational commitment of nursing students showed an average of 4.01, 3.40, and 3.77 points, respectively, based on a five-point scale. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the nurses" image, professional self-concept and organizational commitment. In addition, there was a positive correlation between the professional self-concept and organizational commitment for nursing students. Two factors explained 56.3% of the organizational commitment of the nursing students. The relative influence affecting the organizational commitment Nurse image, and professional self-concept were found. The nurse image was confirmed to be the largest predictor of organizational commitment.

Purpose: This study attempted to compare the relationships between nurse image, satisfaction of major, and satisfaction in clinical practice in a diploma nursing students. Method: A descriptive research design was used in this study. The participants were 293 nursing students in J city who were surveyed between August 2 and August 10, 2011 using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 14.0 Program, which determined frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheff test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. Result: There were positive correlation between nurse image and satisfaction of major, nurse image and satisfaction in clinical practice, and satisfaction of manor and satisfaction in clinical practice. There was positive correlation between satisfaction of major and satisfaction in clinical practice for nursing students. The predictors influencing satisfaction in clinical practice for nursing student were nurse image and satisfaction of major. Two factors explained 41.0% of satisfaction in clinical practice of nursing students. Conclusion: It is necessary to enhance positive recognition on nurse image to improve satisfaction major and satisfaction in clinical practice of nursing students. In order to increase of satisfaction in clinical practice, it is important to consider reform efficient communication skills between professor and nursing students.
