농촌여성노인의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 농촌여성노인들의 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 농촌여성노인들의 생활만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 사회복지 실천 방안을 논의하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 경북 의성지역에 거주하는 65세 이상 농촌여성노인 364명을 대상으로 하였다. 모아진 자료는 기술통계, 독립표본 평균차이, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석되었다. 본 연구결과, 농촌여성노인의 생활만족도에는 연령과 월평균소득, 우울, 자아통합감이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 우울과 자아통합감이 모두 통계적으로 유의한 요인이었으나, 표준화된 회귀계수를 비교하여 볼 때,우울이 자아통합감에 비해 높은 영향력을 갖는 것으로 보인다. 따라서 농촌여성노인생활만족도에 있어서 우울의 감소를 위한 실천적 접근 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. The purpose of the present study was to examine influencing factors to life satisfaction in aged women at rural area. The study sample consisted of 364 women over age 65 who resided at a rural area. Data was analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. Life satisfaction in aged women at rural area was significantly predicted by age, monthly income, depression, self-integration. Standardized regression coefficients indicated that self-integration is the mose influencing factor to life satisfaction in aged women at rural area. Study implications are discussed for developing social work practice for aged women at rural area.

장애체험 프로그램이 일반 청소년의 장애인에 대한 태도 변화에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

The purpose of the present study was to examine the effectiveness of a disability awareness program on changing a teenager’s attitude toward people with disabilities. Data was collected from June 2nd to August 20th, 2010 from 183 high school students who participated in a disability awareness program. Major findings are as follows. First, female students had a more positive attitude than male students, but religion did not have a significant effect. Second, there are significant difference between pre and post scores of the scale of the attitude of people with disabilities, indicating the effectiveness of the disability awareness program on changing a teenager’s attitude toward people with disabilities. Implication of the study findings were discussed for social work practice and policy.

장애인활동지원서비스 코디네이터의 직무특성, 직무갈등이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of the present study is to examine factors which affect the job satisfaction of personal assistance service coordinators for people with disabilities. The sample consisted of 64 service coordinators working from 51 agencies in Daegu and North Gyeongsang region. The data were analyzed using a hierarchy multiple regression analysis. Data analysis results shows that job conflicts, conflicts with the service workers, autonomy in job activities are statistically significant factors on job satisfaction of personal assistance service coordinators. These findings are discussed in terms of how to improve the service coordinators' job satisfaction.

도시 직장인의 자기효능감이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성의 매개효과

본 연구는 도시 직장인의 자기효능감이 자아탄력성과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 D지역에 거주하는 도시 직장인 274명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지조사를 통해 자료를 수집하여 자료분석에 활용하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, 상관관계 분석 및 회귀분석 그리고 자아탄력성의 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과, 도시 직장인의 자기효능감은 조직몰입의 하위요인 정서적 몰입, 지속적 몰입에 매우 유의미하게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자아탄력성이 도시 직장인의 자기효능감과 조직몰입 간 유의하게 매개하고 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 도시 직장인들이 자기효능감 형성을 통해 자아탄력성의 심리적 자본을 형성할 수 있도록 지지하고 조직몰입에 집중할 수 있도록 지원방안을 마련되어야 할 것이다. This study sought to examine the effect of self-elasticity and tissue immersion of urban office workers and to verify the mediated effect of self-elasticity. To this end, 274 city office workers living in D area were collected through self-published questionnaires and used for data analysis. Data analysis performed descriptive statistics, correlation and regression, and the mediated effects of self-elasticity. As a result of this study, the sense of self-efficacy of urban office workers has a very significant impact on emotional immersion and continuous immersion, which are sub-factors of organizational immersion. It was also confirmed that self-elasticity significantly mediates between self-efficacy and organizational immersion of urban office workers. Therefore, it should support city workers to form psychological capital of self-elasticity through self-efficacy and provide support measures to focus on organizational immersion.

자원봉사자의 참여동기와 사회성이 자원봉사활동의 지속성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 자원봉사자의 참여동기와 사회성이 자원봉사 활동의 만족도와 참여의지에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하여 자원봉사활동을 지속적으로 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 자원봉사자 150명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 140부를 자료분석에 활용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구결과 첫째, 자원봉사자의 참여동기, 사회성, 만족도, 참여의지는 양의 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여동기와 사회성은 자원봉사자의 만족도에, 연령과 경력은 참여의지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 자원봉사자의 중도탈락을 예방하기 위한 자원봉사활동의 지속성에 영향을 주는 실질적인 방안에 대한논의를 이끌었다. 향후 자원봉사활동에 대한 지속성을 좀 더 세밀하게 이해할 수 있는 질적 연구와 병행한 통합적 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the effect of volunteers’ participation motivation and sociality on the satisfaction of volunteer activities and their willingness to participate, and to present a plan for continuous volunteer activities. To this end, a self-written questionnaire was conducted on 150 volunteers, and a hierarchical regression analysis was conducted using 140 copies for data analysis. As a result of this study, first, it has been shown that volunteers’ motivation for participation, sociality, satisfaction and willingness to participate have a positive correlation. Second, it was found that participation motivation and sociality had a significant influence on the satisfaction of volunteers, and age and career had a significant influence on participation will. Based on these results, we led a discussion on practical measures that affect the continuity of volunteer activities to prevent dropouts of volunteers. It is considered that there is a need for an integrated study in parallel with a qualitative study to better understand the sustainability of volunteer activities in the future.
