        建設現場 安全管理水準 評價指數에 關한 硏究

        For the development of the safety management in construction site, the Safety Evaluation Index must be analyzed and reappraised. Therefore, the analysis of the Safety Evaluation Index is the essential to improve the safety management. Four organizations have made it and used it to evaluate in construction site. The Safety Evaluation Index of each organization has same regular items, but small regular items, which are included the regular items, are different from the each organization. Moreover, owing to the including the small regular items which are not related to the construction site, this paper is supposed to choose the essential small regular items and going to present the number of marks of the regular items according to the survey.

        안외상의 종류와 안와골절, 망막진탕 양상의 연관성에 관한 연구

        목적: 안외상 환자에서 외상의 종류와 안와골절의 부위, 망막진탕 부위와 범위의 연관성을 조사해 보고 안외상의 치료에 도움을 얻고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 2018년 3월부터 2019년 8월까지 응급실을 통해 내원한 안외상 환자 중 안와골절이나 망막진탕이 있는 환자 351명 351안에 대해 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 망막진탕이 있는 군과 없는 군으로 나누어 각 군에서 나이, 성별, 안외상의 원인을 조사하였고, 주변부 망막의 망막진탕 범위, 망막진탕의 중심와 침범 여부에 따른 환자들의 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 안와골절의 부위와 망막진탕의 부위와 범위의 연관성을 분석하였다. 결과: 망막진탕이 있는 군에서는 ‘타인에게 구타당한 경우’가 46.3% (19/41안)로 안외상의 가장 많은 원인을 차지했고, 망막진탕 없이 안와골절만 있는 군에서는 ‘교통사고’가 34.8% (108/310안)로 가장 많은 원인을 차지하였다. 주변부 망막의 진탕 범위가 넓었던 군에서는 진탕 범위가 좁은 군에 비해 다수 안와벽 골절의 비율이 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p=0.020). ‘물체가 날아와 눈에 부딪힌 경우’는 망막진탕이 중심와를 침범한 군이 중심와를 침범하지 않은 군에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p=0.036). 결론: 안외상의 원인이 구타나 날아온 물체에 부딪힌 경우 망막진탕의 발생이 많았다. 다수의 안와벽골절이 있을수록 주변부 망막의 진탕 범위가 넓게 나타났으며, 원인이 날아온 물체에 부딪힌 경우 망막진탕의 중심와 침범의 가능성이 높았다. Purpose: To investigate the associations of type of orbital trauma with pattern of retinal contusion and the characteristics of orbital wall fracture in patients, and to assist in the treatment of orbital trauma. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 351 eyes in 351 patients with orbital wall fractures or retinal contusion among patients with orbital trauma who came to the hospital via the emergency room between March 2018 and August 2019. Patients were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of retinal contusion. Age, sex, and cause of trauma were investigated in each group. In addition, the characteristics of the patients were analyzed according to the range of peripheral retinal contusion, and whether the retinal contusion invaded the fovea. In addition, the relationship between the location of orbital fractures and area of retinal contusion was analyzed. Results: “Assault” was the most common cause of orbital trauma in the retinal contusion group (19 of 41 eyes, 46.3%). “Traffic accident” was the most common cause of orbital trauma in the group with only orbital fracture without retinal contusion (108 of 310 eyes, 34.8%). The proportion of multiple orbital fractures was significantly higher in the group with a wide rather than a narrow range of peripheral retinal contusions (p = 0.020). “Flying object” was listed as the cause of orbital trauma significantly more often in the foveal contusion group than the intact fovea group (p = 0.036). Conclusions: Retinal contusions were found significantly more often in cases with orbital trauma due to “assault” or “flying object”. In the presence of multiple orbital wall fractures, the range of peripheral retinal contusion was wide. Retinal contusion due to “flying object” showed the highest rate of foveal involvement.

        재해사례분석을 통한 빌딩공사 재해 특성

        Recently, construction work's tendency has become a high-rise building, a complexity and a large size. According to the KOSHA data, construction work accidents have not been decreased. Looking at from the side of accident, accidents of construction industry are occupied over 1/3 among all industry accidents. Therefore, this study will analyze the accident of the building construction work from the data of KOSHA which were collected during 11 years(1992 -2002) data relating to serious accidents of the building construction work, suggest the counterplan according to the each work type in building construction work.

        건설업 규모별 안전관리 활성화 방안

        After the IMF financial crisis, a lot of risks in construction industry have been increased gradually with the expansion of construction industry widely, higher stories of building, and the expansion of the underground space and excavation work. These risks are bringing out constriction accidents such as the death, the injury of worker and so on, not so much as it would be effected the corporation's image. In spite of these situations, many constriction industries still maintain the wrong methods and riot try to decrease construction accidents. Decently, we should focus on the fact that larger construction industries have been endeavoring to decrease the accidents in construction site and the safety management system of the larger constriction also is being good, on the other hand, the condition of the work in the case of smaller construction industries is very poor, construction company have a particular safety management system but it has a difference according to the construction magnitude, construction companies have a particular safety management system but it has a difference depending on the construction magnitude. Thus, we need to study the smaller construction safety management to decrease the construction accident according to the construction magnitude. Therefore, this study will suggest the developed way of construction safety management by the comparison and analysis from the difference between the higher and the smaller construction industries.
