Atomic charges, bond order, stabilization energys of 8-membered ring window structures on Na^+, K^+, Mg^(2+), Ca^(2+) saturated A-zeolites, in the course of CO adsorption process, have been calculated by CNDO/2 MO method. Localization of Na^+ ion and Mg^(2+) ion within the 8-membered ring plane was calculated. Dihedral angles of CO molecules adsorbed on the cations were 75°for Na^+-A, 62.7° for Mg^(2+)-A, 48.5° for K^+-A and 89° for Ca^(2+)-A. Adsorption process of CO on the Na^+-A was performed by two step approach and the indicated highest adsorption energy due to the covalent bond with the cation. Adsorption energies of CO on the cation were in the decreasing order; Na^+-A>Mg^(2+)-A>K^+-A>Ca^(2+)-A.

In multicultural society, the recognition of identity as a citizen itself become a critical issue in politics. Historically, citizenship was recognized as the rights of differentiated members of `homogeneity`, which means `the politics of identity` of inclusion or exclusion. In modern liberal democracy, citizenship is recognized to all members of a society equally in law and institution, even though the concrete contents of citizenship is different to societies. But, in practice, the politics of identity excluding the differences(the people of the different, usually the minority) is the reality. The aim of citizenship education is the making of democratic citizen who realizes one`s good life actively and responsibly as the subject of freedom and rights. The essence of democratic citizen`s identity is the capacity to realize one`s rights in accordance with those of other fellow citizens. The capacity is that of deliberation or public communication with tolerance, mutual respect and reasonable arguments[justification], not that of bargaining for interest aggregations. For future citizens, we should emphasize the identity of open-minded and deliberating arts in social(studies) education.
