        영아교사의 사회적 지지, 놀이교수효능감 및 조직몰입이 영아교사의 행복감에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to analyze the effect of social support, play teach efficacy and organizational commitment on happiness of early childhood teachers by surveying 505 teachers at daycare centers in Gyung-gi province, Inchon, Seoul and Chungnam. The reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were carried out for the collected data by utilizing SPSS 21.0. The result showed that social support, play teach efficacy, organizational commitment and teachers’ happiness were found to be highly correlated with each other, and the teachers’ happiness turned out to be influenced by social support, play teach efficacy and organizational commitment. In particular, the result of multiple regression analysis for relative influence of sub-variables of social support, play teach efficacy and organizational commitment on early childhood teachers’ happiness indicated that those sub-variables were highly influencing the happiness in the order of affective commitment, belief of play teach efficacy, continuous commitment, appraisal support, normative commitment. Thus, this study has a significance in that it revealed an importance of sub-variables of organizational commitment on happiness of early childhood teachers. 본 연구는 영아교사의 사회적 지지, 놀이교수효능감 및 조직몰입이 영아교사의 행복감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 경기와 인천, 서울, 충남의 어린이집에 재직 중인 영아교사 505명을 임의로 표집하여 설문조사 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 신뢰도검증, 기술통계, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석하였다. 연구결과 영아교사의 사회적 지지, 놀이교수효능감, 조직몰입 및 행복감 간에는 연관성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 영아교사의 사회적 지지, 놀이교수효능감 및 조직몰입은 영아교사의 행복감에 영향력이 있음을 보여주었다. 영아교사의 사회적 지지, 놀이교수효능감 및 조직몰입의 하위변인이 행복감에 미치는 상대적 영향력에 대해 다중회귀분석한 결과 정서적 몰입, 놀이교수효능에 대한신념, 지속적 몰입, 평가적 지지, 규범적 몰입이 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보여주었다. 따라서 영아교사의 행복감에 있어 조직몰입의 하위변인들이 중요한 변인임을 밝힌 것에 의의가 있다.

        浅谈思维与语言表达的‘整体与部分’与 ‘他我’、‘自我’的关系

        The thinking ways of Korean pay attention to the "specific", and "integration" is comparatively ignored. The characteristics of Korean thinking way are indirect and circuitousness. In the way of expression, "whole" is in parallel with "part", which means that the "whole" can be replaced by the "part", but the opposite is infeasible. In the view of Chinese, Chinese regards the "whole" and the "part"as a coin’s two sides. Not only pay much attention to the "whole", but also not weaken the importance "part". The "whole"and the "part" mutually affect each other, that mean the "part" can replace the "whole", and can be replaced by the "whole". The Korean’s thinking way starts from "ego", with "alto ego" step, reaches to the "self realization". During the realization process, the "alto ego" is emphasized. The Chinese starts from "ego" and reaches to the "self realization" directly, and emphasize the "ego".

        영아교사의 사회적 지지와 놀이교수효능감이 영아와 교사 간의 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 영아교사의 사회적 지지, 놀이교수효능감이 영아와 교사의 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 경기도와 경기외의 어린이집에 재직 중인 영아교사 310명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계, 빈도분석, 독립표본 t 검증, 일원 배치 분산분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 사회인구학적 변인에 따라 사회적지지, 놀이교수효능감, 영아와 교사 간의 상호작용에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 영아와 교사의 상호작용, 놀이교수 효능감, 사회적 지지는 서로 정적으로 상관관계가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 영아교사의 사회인구학적 변인과 사회적 지지, 놀이교수효능감이 영아와 교사 간의 상호작용에 미치는 상대적 영향력에 있어 놀이교수효능감에 대한 신념이 가장 강력하게 영향력을 미쳤다. 넷째, 영아교사의 사회인구학적 변인, 사회적 지지, 놀이교수효능감이 영아와 교사 간 상호작용의 하위변인에 미치는 영향력으로는 교사의 허용적 태도, 교사의 반응적 태도, 경험의 다양성, 적극적 활동참여 순으로 중요한 변인으로 나타났다. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of social support for infant class teachers and their play teaching efficacy on the interaction between infants and teachers, by surveying 310 infant class teachers working at daycare centers in and around Gyeonggi-do. For the data collected, the reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis was carried out utilizing the SPSS 21.0 statistics program. The result showed that, firstly, according to the socio-demographic variable of teachers, the social support and the play teaching efficacy show a significant difference in the interaction between infants and teachers. Secondly, the values of the interaction between infants and teachers, the efficacy of play teaching and the social support indicate positive association. Thirdly, the most important factor that is revealed from variables in which most influences the interaction between infants and teachers is the belief of the play teaching efficacy. Lastly, sub-variables of the interaction between infants and teachers that are affected by the socio-demographic variable of teachers, the social support and the play teaching efficacy have significance in order of permissive attitude, responsive attitude, range of experience, activeness for activities of teachers

        초등실과 「재봉틀로 용품 만들기」단원의 운영 실태에 관한 연구(Ⅰ)-초등학교 교사를 중심으로-

        This study was researched to investigate educational meaning of the unit「making household goods by sewing machine」of elementary practical arts subject and to grasp management realities of the unit 「making household goods by sewing machine」of elementary practical arts subject in the 7th curriculum on the subject of 225 teachers in charge of 6th graders and in exclusive charge of practical arts in office of education of Daegu metropolitan city form December, 2004 to April, 2005 and survey was executed on the purpose of collecting basic materials, finding out its problems and investigating pans for solution by investigating practice preparation and facilities preparation realities, cognition of the unit of sewing machine, teaching abilities, class management, standard of interested and concern, standard of application on the subject of teachers. The results of this study are summarized as follows: Accordingly positive support by principals, teaches, executives and financiers is needed. First, it was answered that the cognition of elementary teachers on the unit「making household goods by sewing machine」was very positive in usefulness in actual life, induction of students′ interest and concern, contents helpful to finding out students′ interest and aptitude and to developing ability. Sewing machine education in elementary schools can be very meaningful in searching future course. Second, real teaching abilities of elementary teachers for operating sewing machines were generally very poor regardless of difference by educational career and by education in university of education. It appeared that especially the ability of teachers that had 6-15 years of career for operating sewing machines and making household goods by sewing machines was low and the standard of helping students in teaching the unit「making household goods by sewing machine」was the lowest. On the other hand, as teachers that were taught the education regarding operating sewing machines in university of education were higher than those that didn`t in the ability of teaching the unit「making household goods by sewing machine」, it appeared that the standard of helping students was higher. Thus, re-education of operating sewing machines on the subject of teachers who had 6-15 years of career and who are in charge of 6 graders is needed to be done. Fourth, it was felt that in management of real class of the unit「making household goods by sewing machine」by elementary teachers, the contents go education were appropriate for the standard and the quantity of the contents but assigned credits were insufficient for handing within 6 times of class. Accordingly the credits necessary for the practice of the unit「making household goods by sewing machine」 should be secured by reconstitution of curriculum. Fifth, it appeared that materials desired by elementary teachers to be developed in practice teaching of the unit「making household goods by sewing machine」were in the order of video, web, CD-ROM, PPT, and etc. Demanding standard by teachers for job training regarding operating sewing machines was high and they wanted to be executed for about 15 hours during vacation. Accordingly, the training through developing job training program for about 15 hours during vacation along with developing job training program for about 15 hours during vacation along with development of motion pictures such as video and web should be executed.
