산란계 사료 내 잣 부산물의 첨가가 산란율, 계란 품질, 혈청 콜레스테롤 및 난황 내 총 콜레스테롤과 지방산 함량에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 잣 부산물의 급여가 산란계의 산란율, 계란 품질, 혈청 콜레스테롤 및 난황 내 총 콜레스테롤과 지방산 함량에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 시험을 실시하였다. 사양 시험은 51주령 Hy-line Brown 252수를 공시하였으며 5주간 실시하였다. 1) T1(기초 사료 + 미루나무톱밥 1%), 2) T2(기초 사료 + 잣 부산물 0.5% + 미루나무톱밥 0.5%) 및 3) T3(기초 사료 + 잣 부산물 1%)로 3개 처리를 하여 처리당 7반복, 반복당 12수씩 완전 임의 배치하였다. 전체 사양 시험 기간 동안 산란율, 난중 및 계란 품질은 처리구간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 혈청 내 총 콜레스테롤, HDL, LDL 콜레스테롤 및 triglyceride의 함량 및 변화량은 처리구간에 유의적인 차이가 없었으며, 난황 내 콜레스테롤 함량은 처리구간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 난황 내 지방산 함량에 있어서 ${\alpha}$-linoleic acid은 T1처리구가 T3처리구와 비교하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났으나(P<0.05), Total SFA, total PUFA, total MUFA 및 total UFA/SFA는 처리구간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로, 산란계 사료 내 잣 부산물의 첨가 급여는 ${\alpha}$-linoleic acid 함량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to evaluate effects of dietary pine cone meal on egg production, egg quality, serum cholesterol and cholesterol content and fatty acid composition of egg yolk in laying hens. The total of 252 (51-wks) Hy-line brown commercial hens were used for 5 weeks. Dietary treatments included 1) T1 (basal diet + 1% cottonwood sawdust), 2) T2 (basal diet + 0.5% cottonwood sawdust + 0.5% pine cone meal) and 3) T3 (basal diet + 1% pine cone meal). During the overall period, there was no significant difference in egg production, egg weight and egg quality among the treatments. Lipids profile(total, HDL, LDL cholesterol and triglyceride) in serum was not affected by treatments. Egg yolk cholesterol was not significantly different among the treatments. In fatty acid contents of yolk, C18:3 was higher in T1 treatment than T3 treatment(P<0.05). Total SFA, PUFA, MUFA and UFA/SFA were not significantly different in experimental period. In conclusion, dietary supplementation of pine cone meal affected C18:3 fatty acid content of yolk in laying hens, without any adverse effect on egg production.

Drones, which were early operated by remote control, have evolved to enable autonomous flight by combining various sensors and software tools. In particular, autonomous flight of drones was possible since the application of GNSS-RTK (global navigation satellite system with real-time kinematic positioning), a precision satellite navigation technology. For instance, unmanned drone delivery based on GNSS-RTK data was demonstrated for pizza delivery in Korea for the first time in 2021. However, the vulnerabilities of GNSS-RTK should be overcome for delivery drones to be commercialized. In particular, jamming in the navigation system and low positioning accuracy in urban areas should be addressed. Solving these two problems can lead to stable flight, takeoff, and landing of drones in urban areas, and the corresponding solutions are expected to establish a hybrid positioning technology. We discuss current trends in hybrid positioning technology that can either replace or complement GNSS-RTK for stable drone autonomous flight.

승용차 후미형상이 공력 특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

This experimental Investigation was systematically carried out for finding trends of drag and lift coefficient changes with 1/4-scaled HMC reference model. We investigated three rear shape configurations including slope of rear windshield, trunk lid height and rear overhang length. The aerodynamic optimum dimension of rear shape could be determined from combination test of three configurations. We took three distinct results in this study compared with earlier study. First, the slope of rear windshield and trunk lid height were important factors for reducing drag. And trunk lid height and rear overhang length were important factors for reducing lift. Second, drag coefficient was increased with trunk lid height increasing in the lower region of a specific slope of rear windshield. But drag coefficient was decreased with trunk lid height increasing in the higher region of a specific slope of rear windshield. Third, it can be possible to get a quantatitive and Qualitative aerodynamic data due to rear shape change of vehicle using an aerodynamic optimization program. This program will be used for aerodynamic Improvement-tool and a design criteria for good aerodynamic vehicle.
