없음 The characteristics of the air-cooled condenser, which enhances the drying rate of an item by rapidly condensing the steam generated in the foodwaste dryer and ejecting it outdoors, significantly impact both the drying performance of the system and the heat transfer efficiency of the condenser. Inforced convection-type dryers, where an existing high-temperature wet air circulation fan is used, rapid flow of water vapor can lead to dust accumulationproblems in the condenser due to food waste. Therefore, applying the natural convection method is essential for ensuring optimal condenser performancewhile minimizing the issues related to dust from the water vapor being deposited in the pipeline and equipment. A food waste drying experiment revealedthat installing a condenser in the food waste dryer with the natural convection method for the vapor discharge produced a four-fold reduction in drying timecompared to the vertical type. However, in the forced convection method, the steam generated from the drying device is directed into the condenser by thecirculation fan, resulting in negligible differences in drying time. The drying speed, performance, and efficiency of the food waste dryer equipped with thenatural convection-type horizontal condenser improved by 75.0%, 37.5%, and 39.2%, respectively, compared to the vertical condenser. The logarithmicmean temperature difference, total condensation heat, and total heat transfer coefficient improved by 33.1%, 73.0%, and 60.0%, respectively. However,when the condenser was installed horizontally for drying food waste, the natural convection method increased the operation time by 1.4 to 7.2 hourscompared to the forced convection method. As a result, the drying speed, performance, and efficiency of the drying device decreased by 38.7%, 18.6%,and 18.5%, respectively. Therefore, optimizing both the natural convection and horizontal-type condensers is necessary to enhance the performance of thedryer while preventing dust accumulation from the water vapor generated in forced convection-type food waste dryers.
항균ㆍ방충제의 농도에 따른 금속재질에 미치는 영향성 및 표면변화 조사

항균 · 방충제가 은(Ag), 구리(Cu), 납(Pb), 철(Fe) 등의 재질로 구성된 문화재에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 Oddy test를 실시하였다. 금속시편으로는 은(99.9%), 구리(99.9%), 납(99.9%), 철(99.5%)을 사용하였다. 항균·방충제를60ml 제조 시 주요성분인 B77 Essential oil mixture에 대하여 표준물질 농도인 17.5%를 기준으로 ±1~2%의 농도로제조하였으며, 저농도의 B77 Essential oil mixture에 항균성분인 BS-2와 BS-3를 각각 첨가하여 제조하였을 때 금속시편에 미치는 영향도 조사하였다. Oddy test 실험 후의 표면관찰, 중량측정, 색도측정 및 SEM-EDS분석으로 표면의변화를 알아보았다. 실험 결과 납(Pb)시편이 가장 큰 표면변화를 보였으며, 색측계 측정결과 구리(Cu)의 색차가 가장컸다. 또한 이 실험을 통해서 B77 Essential oil mixture의 농도 19%에서 실험 전과 후의 시편에서 변화가 가장 컸으며, B78 Essential oil mixture가 포함된 약품에서 비교적 큰 변화가 나타났다. 즉, B77 Essential oil mixture의 농도가 높을경우에는 표면 변화가 컸으며, B77 Essential oil mixture가 저농도일 경우 B78 Essential oil mixture가 포함되어 제작된약품에서 비교적 큰 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 B78 Essential oil mixture를 첨가하지 않은 저농도의 B77 Essential oil mixture에서는 표면변화가 크지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. The experiment attempts to find out the effect of the mixture of the antimicrobial agent and insecticide on metallic material including Silver(99.9%), Copper(99.9%), Lead(99.9%) and Iron(99.5%) by Oddy test. The mixtures of the antimicrobial agent and insecticide were prepared in 60ml; with the standard concentration of 17.5% in B77 Essential oil mixture, one for mixture of concentration of ±1~2% and insect repellent material; the other for mixture of low concentration and antimicrobial agent(BS-2 and BS-3) material. After Oddy test, we investigated the variation in the surface of the samples by visual inspection, weighing, color measurement and SEM-EDS analysis. The result showed that Lead had the biggest change in the surface, and Copper had the biggest change in the color. In addition, changes in the samples before and after the experiment were found to be greatest at concentration of 19% of Essential oil mixture of the antimicrobial agent and insecticide. Also, B78 Essential oil mixture produce change in samples. It means when the concentration of oil mixture rises, the variation of the samples gets bigger. And, the low concentration of mixture including B77 Essential oil mixture and B78 Essential oil mixture also produce big change in the samples. However, the low concentration of B77 Essential oil mixture that do not contain B78 Essential oil mixture was able to confirm that the change of the surface is not large.
