산화코발트계 산소센서의 제작 및 그 특성

Co_(1-x)Mg_(x)O ceramic oxygen sensors were prepared by pressing at 0.3 ~ 1.5 ton/cm^(2) with or without binder, intending to change porosity and average grain size on the surface purposely. Microstructures of prepared Co_(1-x)Mg_(x)O ceramics were observed, the electrical properties and the sensitivity characteristics for oxygen gas were investigated in the specimen temperature range of 700~1000 °C and for oxygen partial pressure range of 1~10^(-4) atm. Temperature dependence of the resistivity of the specimen showed NTC behavior, average grain size increased and porosity decreased with increasing compaction pressure. The slopes of the resistivity of the specimens on the oxygen partial pressure decreased with increasing average grain size and with decresing porosity. Particularly, specimen pressed by 0.3 and 0.5 ton/cm^(2) showed the highest sensistivity to oxygen gas. In general optimum operating temperature was 800 °C.

Ⅲ. 벼 교잡종의 Allelopathy 효과 구명

본 연구는 allelopathic potential을 지닌 벼의 교잡종을 포장에서 재배하여 그 식물체의 잎을 생물검정에 이용하여 allelopathy 효과 유무를 검정하고, 생물검정으로 선발된 교잡종을 대상으로 phenolic compounds를 조사하여 allelochemical로써의 가능성을 확인하고 나아가 phenolic compounds 생합성에 관여하는 효소의 활성 측정과 이 효소의 작용에 의해 유도되는 phenolic compounds를 구명한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 포장상태에서 피를 대상으로 생물검정을 실시한 결과 양친으로는 Kouketsumochi, Woo cochin yu에서 공통적으로 90% 이상의 높은 피뿌리 생장 억제율을 보였고, 교잡종에서는 Kouketsumochi/Woo co chin yu, Dongjinbyeo/Kouketsumochi Dongjinbyeo/Woo co chin yu 조합에서 80% 이상의 높은 억제율을 나타냈다. 2. Kouketsumochi의 PAL 활성은 protein 1kg당 63.46μkats로 타 공시품종보다 높았다. 또한 Kouketsumochi와의 교잡종도 타교잡종보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3. Kouketsumochi의 cinnamate 함량은 생체중 1g당 2.64μg으로서 다른품종이나 교잡종보다 2∼5배 높았고, Kouketsumochi와의 교잡종도 타교잡종보다 높았다. This study was conducted to investigate allelopathic potential of various crosses of rice cultivars using their inhibitory effect on barnyardgrass growth under field conditions, and to determine PAL activity and phenolic compounds involved in phenylpropanoid pathway from selected crosses of rice cultivars. Under field conditions, Kouketsumochi, Woo co chin yu possessed higher allelopathic potential inhibiting over 90% of barnsyardgrass growth. Crosses of Kouketsumochi/Woo co chin yu, Dongjinbeyo/Korketsumochi, Dongjinbeyo/Woo co chin yu showed over 80% inhibitory effects on barnyardgrass growth. The highest PAL activity, 63.46μkats/kg proteins was detected in Kouketsumochi which is the most important enzyme in phenylpropanoid pathway and also higher PAL activity in crosses with kouketsumochi. Content of cinnamate was 2.64㎍/g f.w. in Kouketsumochi which was 2 to 5 times higher than other rice cultivars tested, indicating that higher PAL activity resulted in more cinnamate. The similar trends in cinnamate content and PAL activity were observed in crosses of rice cultivars with Kouketsumochi.

Video should be segmented into shots to be used for identification and indexing. Various changes may happen within a single shot such as related to camera operations, object movements, flashes, etc. Thus we propose a new cut detection technique based on linear correlation coefficients of interframe motion vectors. And this paper also proposes a new video indexing method that uses motion vectors and representative colors to identify video sequences. The index is based on the identification of discrete cut points and camera operations made possible by analyzing motion vectors.

烏貝散이 HCI-aspirin 으로 유발된 십이지장궤양에 미치는 조직학적 영향

오패산이 HCI-aspirin tm으로 유발된 rat 십이지장궤양에 미치는 조직학적 영향을 관찰하기 위하여, 오패산을 1,3 및 5일 동안 경구투여하고 십이지장의 조직학적 변화를 관찰하였던 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 실험 전 기간동안 대조군에서는 십이지장 융모의 위축과 붕괴가 관찰되었으며, 조직학적으로는 점막상피의 변성 및 탈락이 관찰되었고 점막고유층에서는 염증세포의 침윤(infilteration)의 소견이 관찰된 반면 오패산 투여군의 투여 1일에서는 대조군과 유사하게 관찰되었으나, 투여 3일후부터 점막상피의 첨부에서 경미한 카타르성 물질이 관찰된 이외에 정상군과 유사한 소견을 나타내었다. 이상에서 오패산이 십이지장궤양의 치유를 촉진시키는 것으로 관찰되었다. In order to study, the histological effects of Opeaesan on the duodenal ulcer induced by HCI-aspirin tm in rate, experiments were done by oral administration and observed histological profiles of the ulcerative lesions. Ulcerative lesions were unmerously detected in control groups especially in pylorus-duodenal junctions. Histologically, very severe injury to duodenal epithelium wer observed in control groups and these injuries were increased with time intervals. But in the Opaesan-administration groups, no gross lesion of ulcer were demonstrated and histologically minor injury to the mucosal epithelium were observed. Among the Opaesan treatment groups, most slight injuries to duodenal mucosa were detected in 5 days after administration when the histological profiles were similar to that of normal groups. According to these result, it is suggested that Opaesan should be used in treatment of the duodenal ulcer but the funcitonal mechanisms were unknown.

Sports-related business in Korea is still on low level. This study seeks to obtain reliable information for a sports market segmentation. It focus analysis on mativations for participating in physical activities and interests in sport center management It used for processing to questionnaire and SPSS/pc program. composed 31 questions. Analytical results of the sports center management and interest according to the population statistical variables are as follows. 1) Individual degree of learning affects the interests on the management. 2) Results of the analysis on the age showed significant difference on the management. 3) males and females have different characteristics on the sports center management. 4) Marital status, personal income, job, userkind, Relationships with the sports center type, number of the members and population of the living area showed significant differences.

The essence of the Social Studies is to develope the citizenship and understand the social phenomena. Democratic civic education is the conception that the principle of citizenship means the qualities of desirable democratic citizens derive of connection of the community and its members. This is the consistent subject of the Social Studies. A matter of primary concern of the Social Studies sensitive to the change of social phenomina is th improve the qualities of citizens. The base of the democratic civic education is the democracy. The democratic society is the pursuit of values of the democracy owned the members of the society. The Social Studies treat politics, economics, geography, history, sociology, low. But also the Social Studies treat the problem of the common good. The contents of the democratic civic education have the diversities. The political education charges one part of the democratic civic education. The political education demands the establishment of the desirable order of the community. Also the political education improves the qualities of the management of the community. The political education concerns the maintenance, the prosperity of the community. But our political education is misled by the holder of the political power. They has been used the guarantee of justification the government of political power. So many people disgust the contents of political education is designed by political power. We have to reestabilsh the affection of our community. Here, the purpose of this thesis is to examine what the subject for the democratic civic education and political education of Korean Society that social studies must take charge of is and to study states of our political education.

예방치과 진료현황 분석평가 : 예방치과 임상화 1년간의 사례보고

The authors have collected the data in order to examine the amounts of preventive dental practices and management states statistically. And analysed the personal affairs, preventive practice affairs and clinical practice for dental students through examining the charting record of preventive dental care from May, 1986 to March 1987 at Dental Hospital of Dankuk University. The obtained results were as followings; 1. The numbers of out-patients at dept. of preventive dentistry were 2,059 per a year and total numbers of out-patients were 2,594. 2. Main practical items of dept. of preventive dentistry were individual oral hygine education as 1166 cases, Tooth Brushing Instruction as 1558 cases, Fluoride Topical Application as 1121 cases & Fis ure Sealing as 727 cases, Oral physicotherapy as 528 cases & Oral M. cro-1121 cases, Pit & Fi ssure Sealing as 727 cases, Oral physicotherapy as 528 cases & Oral M. croflora test as 44 cases. 3. Further clinical studies were needed at Caries Activity Test, Oral Microflora Test, and Diet control, and more practical items must be developed for clinical preventive dentistry. 4. Corporative system with -other departments must be established to do the clinical practice of preventive dental care efficiently. 5. It was recommended that the dept. of clinical preventive dentistry at dental college hospital should be established and managed to harmonize the dental care system & dental student clinical education.

루소의 선한 공동체 수립

According to J.J.Rousseau, history consists at once of development of civilization and the moral corruption of man. This is the case for one reason. It is a amour propre. Though J.J.Rousseau emphasizes the importance of environmental conditions, he never says or implies that environmental conditions are everything. J.J.Rousseau says, amour propre must not be confused with self-love. For they differ both in themselves and in their effects. Self-respect is a natural fueling which leads every animal to look far its own preservation. Amour propre is a Purely relative and factitious feeling, which arises in the state of society, leads each individual to make more of himself than any other, causes all the mutual damage men inflict one on anther, and is real source of the sense of honour. This amour propre leads to corruption in history. So he suggests the principle of 「Constitutional Project for Corsica」and removal of money economic system in the 「Government of Poland」. So J,J.Rousseau has a let of meaning in the institutionalization of property and the removal of corruption. J.J.Rousseau is one of the most forceful advocates community in western thoughts.
