The experimental statements of dispersion transport in amorphous Se are discussed and compared with the predictions of theoretical treatments. We argue that transport in a-Se occurs via a hopping process. For a-Se, more complicated time and temperature dependences of the distribution function is necessary to fit the data at all temperatures. In this context, the observation of a transition from dispersive to non-dispersive transport as a function of increasing temperature is of particular interest. The dispersion of the transient current and the disorder-induced thickness and field dependence of the transit time are correlated via the disorder parameter of carrier sheet.
k/n 병렬 체계 신뢰도의 비모수적 추정량의 소표본 특성

본 논문에서는 체계 수준의 수명시험에서 관측된 부품의 수명자료를 이용한 부품 신뢰도의 추정량으로 Kaplan과 Meier(1958) 추정량과 비교되는 Nelson의 추정량을 사용하여 k/n 병렬체계 신뢰도의 비모수적 추정량을 제안하고 이 추정량의 소표본 특성을 각 부품의 수명이 서로 독립이고 지수 분포를 따를 때 평균제곱오차의 관점에서 Doss, Freitag, Proschan의 추정량과 경험적 체계신뢰도와 비교하였다. In this paper, we propose a nonparametric estimator for the reliability of a K-out-of-n system and investigate small-sample properties of the proposed estimator through Monte-Carlo simulation.

By recent development of new recording material and its processing, the possibility of higher level utilization of color holography became reality. In this paper, the technique for recording the color hologram are discussed and the method for obtaining the natural color image is presented for Lippmann hologram using ho hographic stereogram. This method is possible to get the sharp and bright image with only one recording wavelength. There is no restriction of the scene to be recored. One of the promising application of this method is the recording and preservation of the cultural assets and medical specimen.

The purpose of this paper is to inquire into the identity in Huckleberry Finn by analyzing the work that deal with the typical situations causing the Identity problems. In this book, major characters such as Huck Finn, Jim, the King and Duke assume various masks to hide their real identities to bolster their pretense to be a pirate, to help others, or to cheat the ignorant. Huck assumes either voluntarily or through external pressure ten different identities during his progress down-river. After engineering the "death" of his old identities as Pap's bad boy and the Widow Douglas's good boy, he is the self-chosen castaway with Jim on Jackson's Island. The raft provides the only home to this unique family composed of a runaway black slave and a runaway white Southern boy. Only on the raft can Huck assume his true identity, and he must play false roles whenever he ventures off the raft among the shore society. But in Huckleberry Finn, Twain seems to imply that to search for identity and meaning apart from society, through escapee, can only be temporary, and thus an inadequate solution. The raft is sullied by the invasion of scalawag society which the Duke and King represent. And of course the King and Duke, who dress to suit whatever the larcenous occasion, are master manipulators of reality and appearance. To save Jim from slave hunters, the King runs off a handbill describing Jim as a runaway slave. But the bill counterfeiting Jim's identity in order to save him is used later to enslave him. Low on money, the King uses the counterfeit bill as proof that Jim is worth a $200 reward, and sells Jim for $40 while Huck is away. In conclusion, using various types of devices--the impostors, the switched identity, the mistaken identity--Mark Twain reveals the central aspect of his own character, explores the dilemma of his own duality, and confronts man's irreconcilably dualism. And one of the essential bases of Mark Twain's modernity can be found in the depth and importance of the identity of his work.

A new modified polarizing interferometer based on the Martin and Puplett polarizing interferometer(M.P.I.) for Fourier spectroscopy in the far infrared region. In principle, all the radiation entering the interferometer can be utilized without loss and the bias level of the interferogram is reduced to zero. Comparing only the signal with those of other interferometers, it is estimated to be about 6 times greater than that of the standard Michelson interferometer and also 8 times than for the original Martin-Puplett interferometer using a dielectric film as the beam-splitter. The experimental results in the 10-70??range are described. Also I have shown by experiments that this interferometer actually works as a Fourier spectrometer.

임상실험이나 신뢰성공학 분야에서 임의 중단자료를 이용한 비모수적 신뢰도 추정량으로 Kaplan-Meier 추정량과 Nelson형 추정량이 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 Nelson형 추정량은 평균제곱오차의 관점에서 Kaplan-Meier 추정량보다 추정능력이 우수한 반면 편의는 신뢰도가 감소함에 따라 양의 방향으로 점증하는 소표본 특성을 갖는다. Nelson형 추정량의 이러한 특성 때문에 신뢰도의 함수로 표현되는 잔여수명 분위수함수 등의 추정시에는 평균제곱오차의 관점에서 Kaplan-Meier 추정량보다 추정능력이 떨어짐을 볼 수 있다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 이 두 추정량을 가중평균으로 통합한 새로운 비모수적 신뢰도 추정량을 제안하고 추정량의 특성을 비교 분석하였다.
