Korean Railway has contributed to the national economy since the opening era of railway at the time of Kyeong-in Line Establishment. There has been line establishment, variation of train"s Kinds and the development of technique and operations. But there some about stagnation by the development of ground transport and air service. Now, we are engaged in the new era of train transport by electricity especially, express railway(KTX). Korea is a peninsular in the East Asia, small territory, for the more, under the hard fact of divided nation. Hence, Korea"s railway development and it"s policy are consist with the problems in the inside or outsides. Here, we would compare and analyze the policy proposals based on these real facts and railway capitals therefore, we wish to contribute to the future plan and operation of Korean railway.

지역아동센터 종사자의 성격강점이 소진에 미치는 영향

This study is intended to examine an effect that children``s community center workers`` character strengths have on burnout. Character strengths are composed of wisdom and knowledge, courage, humanity, justice, temperance and transcendence. And burnout is composed of emotional exhaustion, reduced sense of personal accomplishment and depersonalization. To this end, 462 workers in J children``s community center were surveyed. And a multiple regression analysis was made through SPSS 22.0. In the results of analysis, character strengths having an effect on burnout called emotional exhaustion included wisdom, courage and transcendence. And it was shown that a score on emotional exhaustion decreased, as these character strengths increased. Second, character strengths having an effect on burnout called the reduced sense of personal accomplishment included wisdom and knowledge, humanity, temperance and transcendence. And it was shown that a score on the reduced sense of personal accomplishment decreased, as character strengths called wisdom and knowledge, humanity and transcendence increased. And it was shown that character strength of temperance increased burnout called the reduced sense of personal accomplishment. Third, character strengths having an effect on burnout called depersonalization included humanity and transcendence. And it was shown that depersonalization burnout decreased, as character strengths called humanity and transcendence increased. Finally, character strength variables having an effect on all of burnout included wisdom and knowledge, humanity and transcendence. And it was shown that burnout decreased, as these variable values increased. In the conclusion, on the basis of study results, practical and policy implications for decreasing children``s community center workers`` burnout were suggested.

고속철도개통이 한국경제의 여건변화에 끼친 영향

As the opening of Korea Railroad Express on April 1, 2004, it has extended the transportation capacity of railroad, and decreased the time and moving cost. Railroad Express is industry composed of transportation, advanced technology, and grand project for synthetic plan. Hence, here now, as the anniversary of Railroad Express, we should analyze the overall effect of Korean Economy by KTX, relationship with other industry, social and cultural change. That is the key point what is the change during the year and how we catch the chance to develope the Korea Railroad for the national economy. The KTX has overcome the speed which the traditional railroad not been. But the Express has a weakness in searching of customer or goods. KTX is helped by electronics and telecommunications, so we need to find new industry in relation to KTX. And we should have open mind and vision for international railroad.

대학생의 창의융합역량이 진로역량에 미치는 영향: 인문역량의 매개효과

The representative core competencies required in this era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution include career, creative convergence, and humanities competencies. In particular, it is necessary to check what kind of relationship it has with creative convergence competencies and humanities competencies in order to improve the career competencies of college students. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to verify that humanities competencies mediate the effect of creative convergence competencies on college student career competencies. Data was collected during September to October 2022, and 359 responses were subjected to descriptive, comparative, correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26.0. The study had three main findings. First, career and humanities competencies were significantly higher in the higher grade group than in the lower grade group. Second, creative convergence competency had a significant effect on career competency. In other words, a higher creative fusion competency was associated with a higher career competency. Third, our results confirm that humanities competency partially mediates the relation between creative convergence competency and career competency. Various programs based on consideration of the characteristics of each grade were developed using the results obtained to improve the creative convergence capabilities, career capabilities, and humanities capabilities of college students. In addition, various methods that guide students to think creatively are discussed.

사회복지사의 문화적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사의 문화적 역량 실태와 문화적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히는 데 있다. 이를 위해 다문화지원센터와 전남ㆍ북 지역의 일반복지기관에 종사하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 우편조사를 실시하였고, 최종 228개의 설문지가 분석되었다. 분석 결과, 문화적 역량과 하위 영역인 문화적 인식, 지식, 기술 모두는 평균 이상의 점수를 보였으며, 이 중 문화적 인식의 평균점수가 가장 높은 반면 문화적 기술의 평균은 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이어 사회복지사의 문화적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴본 결과, 개인요인으로는 전체 문화적 역량에서 옹호가 문화적 인식에서는 다양성 수용이, 문화적 지식에서는 임파워먼트와 다문화 교육 참여, 문화적 기술에서는 공감과 옹호가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 기관요인에서는 다문화 슈퍼비전만이 영향 요인으로 밝혀졌으며, 기관의 다문화 슈퍼비전준비정도는 전체 문화적 역량과 문화적 기술에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 사회복지사의 문화적 역량을 강화하기 위한 논의와 실천적 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the reality and affecting factors of social worker’s cultural competence. The result showed that cultural competence and the three domains of cultural competence were above average. Especially the mean value of cultural awareness is highest, but the mean value of cultural skills is lowest. In terms of the affecting factors, advocacy, acceptance of diversity, and multi-culture supervision influence cultural competence. In the three domains of cultural competence, cultural awareness is influenced by acceptance of diversity, cultural knowledge is influenced by empowerment and education of multiculture, and cultural skill is influenced by empathy, advocacy, and multiculture supervision. Based on these findings, several suggestions are made to improve social worker’s cultural competence.

청소년기 부모애착, 또래애착, 교사애착이 비행에 미치는 종단적 영향력

The purpose of this study is to examine comprehensive and longitudinal impacts of parent attachment, peer attachment, teacher attachment in adolescent delinquency. This study used 5-year longitudinal data collected from middle school 2 to high school 3 of Korea Youth Panel Survey and latent growth model. The findings of this study are as follows; firstly, parent attachment, peer attachment, teacher attachment were on the rise for 5-year, also the first year intercept and the slope variance of variables were found to be statistically significant. This mean that there are significant differences in the first year intercept and the 5-year slope of individual. Secondly, parent attachment was proved to have cross-sectional and longitudinal influences on delinquency. This meant that the higher the intercept of parent attachment was, the lower the intercept of delinquency was, the faster the rate of parent attachment increased, the slower the rate of delinquency increased. But peer and teacher attachment were proved to have cross-sectional influence on delinquency only the first year intercept. Specially, the peer attachment had contrary finding, the higher the intercept of peer attachment was, the higher the intercept of delinquency. Thirdly, this study conducted multiple group analysis regarding gender, mother`s employment status, level of martial conflict. Depending on gender, mother`s employment status, level of martial conflict, the differences between the model with restrictions and the model with no restrictions were statistically significant. Based on these findings, this study discussed theoretical and practical implications with regard to attachment and delinquency in adolescence.

The Korean Railway Industry has being changed by opening the express railway and the public cooperation. we. here, deduction what is the hopeful effect from the resent result, and how is the way to contribute to national traffic. Therefore, we groping a plan for the development of industry related railway and the active role in the national economic systems.
