성주군 소성리의 사드반대운동과 지역사회의 동향 – 새롭게 형성된 공동체 모임을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 사드 반대 운동이 전개되고 있는 경북 성주군 소성리 사례를 통해 주민 일상의 변화, 공동체 문제 등을 다루고 있다. 특히 사드투쟁에 참여한 주민들의 지속적인 저항 동력으로써 새롭게 생성된 공동체 모임을 주목해, 그것의 사회·문화적 특성과 의미를 해명해 보고자 했다. 이를 위해 평화여성모임, 민들레합창단, 소성리평화장터 등과 같이 사드투쟁의 과정에서 형성된 공동체 모임을 집중적으로 살펴보았다. 2016년 사드배치가 성주 지역으로 확정된 이후, 주민의 저항 과정은 통합과 분열을 거듭했다. 시간이 지나면서 투쟁의 동력은 줄어들고 소성리는 사회의 관심 영역에서 소외·배제된다. 그럼에도 불구하고 주민들은 투쟁을 지속하고 있으며, 외부로부터의 연대도 이어지고 있다. 이러한 변화는 소성리를 중심으로 한 새로운 공동체 모임의 형성에 영향을 미쳤다. 이 모임들은 그동안 지역 사회에서 잘 드러나지 않았던 여성, 귀농·귀촌인의 존재를 부각시켰다. 나아가 지역 내의 사드 반대 활동에만 국한되지 않고, 외부의 투쟁 현장에 연대하는 모습들도 나타나고 있다. 재구성된 일상의 관계 맺기와 공동체 모임의 활동은 소성리 주민이 사드투쟁을 지속할 수 있는 동력이 된다. 더불어 사회문화적 실천의 장으로 연결지어 줌으로써, 주민의 사회적 인식 확장과 연대의 확장과 지대한 영향을 준다. 이렇게 주민과 연대자들이 생성하는 공동체문화는 현실 세계와 끊임없이 조응하며, 사드투쟁에 새로운 동력을 계속해서 형성해갈 것으로 보인다. This study deals with changes in residents’ daily lives and community issues through the case of Soseong-ri, Seongju-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, where the anti-THAAD movement is underway. In particular, we tried to explain its social and cultural characteristics and meaning by paying attention to the newly created community meeting as a continuous resistance engine for residents who participate in the THAAD struggle. To address the goal, this author has intensively investigated communal gatherings formed in the process of struggling for THAAD, for instance, the Women’s Group for Peace, Dandelion Choir, or Soseong-ri Marketplace for Peace. Since THAAD was decided to be deployed in the district of Seongju in 2016, the residents’ resistance repeated integration and division. As time went by, the drive of their struggle diminished, and Soseong-ri came to be alienated and excluded from the interest of our society. Despite that, the residents continued their struggle, and solidarity from outside also went on. This change did influence the formation of new communal gatherings centering around Soseong-ri. These gatherings have revealed the presence of women or those that returned to farming or the rural area who have not been very distinct in the community. Furthermore, they were not just engaged in the anti-THAAD activity but in unity for the field of a struggle outside as well. Consequently, reorganized relations in everyday life and the activities of communal gatherings form a drive for Soseong-ri residents to continue their struggle for THAAD. In addition, connecting the residents to the field of socio-cultural practice, it influences the extension of their social awareness and solidarity considerably. Communal cultural that the residents and those in solidarity have been forming is continuously in harmony with the real world and seems to keep generating a new drive for the struggle for THAAD afterwards.

복잡한 제어가 필요한 설비의 운전 정보나 네트워크 연결 상태 또는 웹 문서간의 정보 등을 제한된 컴퓨터 화면에 효과적으로 배치하는 시각화 기법에 관한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이 경우 한눈에 전체 정보의 계층 구조를 파악하도록 하는 환경을 제공하며, 사용자가 관심 있는 정보에 대해서는 전체 정보 계층 구조를 유지하면서 보다 상세히 그 내용을 보여주는 그래픽 기반의 사용자 인터페이스 환경의 개발이 필요하다. 이에 쌍곡선 기하학(Hyperbolic Geometry)을 기반으로 한 시각화기법으로 새로운 제어 환경을 구현하여 사용자의 편의를 도모하도록 한다.
