      • 플라즈마를 이용한 VOCs 중 트리클로로에틸렌의 처리에 관한 연구

        This study has carried out for evaluation of Trichloroethylene treatment let out at the working place using a silent discharge, one out of methods to control Volatile Organic Compounds. 1. Comparative test for Ozone creation as a function of whether Trichloroethylene included or not, both of them were increased by 270ppm when the electric field intensity goes up(~30kV/cm) and dry air condition included Trichloroethylene were high more or less. It is expected that Trichloroethylene has an influence on Ozone creation as Ozone presecution substance. 2. Input Trichloroethylene concentration and flow rate related to electric field intensity had effect on decomposition efficiency. Trichloroethylene decomposition efficiency increased with rising of applied voltage. But, Treatment efficiency were lower than N₂ condition, in case of using dry air as diluted gas, due to dissipation of electron energy by triplet oxygen molecules. 3. The more increased concentration(100, 200 and 300ppm1, the lower decreased removal efficiency(96, 93.6, 90.3% at N₂ and 86, 84, 90% at dry air) and these tendencies were released at the flow rate(1, 2 and 3 ℓ / min) similarly. 4. Byproducts generated by oxidation of Trichloroethylene-Carbon monooxide, Ozone, Methyl Chloride, Chlorofom, l,l,l-Trichloroethane and Tetrachloroethylene were found out.

      • BSA 파울링 분석을 위한 Acetylated methyl cellulose (AMC) conjugated 막의 제조

        In the present work, AMC/ZnO, AMC/Au, and AMC/Zeo conjugated membranes was prepared by vapor induced phase separation (VIPS) method and used for fouling study. each membrane the nanoparticles [Zinc oxide (ZnO), gold(Au) & Zeolite (Zeo)] was used separately. The prepared membranes are characterized by surface morphology and contact angle to investigate the influence of nanoparticles. The fouling resistant ability of the AMC conjugated membranes was analyzed using bovine serum albumin(BSA) protein and calculated the series model analysis by means of resistance. The fouled membranes was investigated to realize the surface properties considered as essential for fouling propensity. The experimental results correlate the changes in BSA separation efficiency and fouling resistance properties of AMC conjugated membranes with surface morphology.

        A Study on the Influence of Job Satisfaction on Work Performance of SMEs in China

        In the tense working environment in modern cities, enterprises and companies rely more and more on talented people to win in competitions. In order to attract and retain talents, companies and enterprises tend to pay more attention to the feeling and demands of their employees to improve their work performance and job satisfaction at the same time, and as a result, ensure an efficient and low-cost enterprise operation. Under this circumstance, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work engagement and work performance become the main indicators deciding whether an enterprise could retain its talents for a long time, which is important for human resources management. On the one hand, in terms of theory, an empirical study could quantify these indicators. On the other hand, in terms of practice, a clear understanding of the relationship between these indicators could provide institutional and policy guidance to the human resources department of companies and enterprises, thus reducing human costs and improving work efficiency. This study mainly intends to explore the relationship among job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work engagement and work performance by questionnaires, and establish a quantifying research model for job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work engagement and work performance as well. According to the results of the study, this thesis also provides some constructive suggestions to the human resource management department of companies and enterprises to enhance their efficiency and cohesiveness at a low cost. This thesis makes a questionnaire survey involving employees of SMEs in China, conducted reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and mediating effect test to the results of the questionnaire, and then used SPSS software to carry on statistical analysis to the data. Through empirical analysis, the relationship among the four indicators was obtained and the hypotheses were testified. The experimental results show that job satisfaction has a positive effect on work performance. Work engagement and organizational commitment play a mediating role between them. This thesis makes a more effective study of job satisfaction by using work engagement and organizational commitment as mediating variables to build a bridge between job satisfaction and work performance, which makes up for the previous research to some extent. Finally, according to the results and conclusions of empirical analysis, this thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve work performance in aspects of establishing a people-oriented management concept, promoting job satisfaction and work engagement, and improving the training and promotion mechanism of organizational commitment.

      • Cellulose acetate-graft-( glycidylmethacrylate -g-PEG)의 합성과 AMC와의 blending을 통한 중금속 이온들의 제거율 향상

        Cellulose acetate-graft-(glycidylmethacrylate-g-polyethylene glycol) (CA-g- (GMA-g-PEG) was synthesized and incorporated into acetylated methyl cellulose (AMC) to prepare high rejection performance ultrafiltration membranes. H1-NMR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy study confirmed the successful synthesis of CA-g-(GMA-g-PEG) and utilized for hydrophilic modification agent. Polyethyleneimine(PEI), HumicAcid(HA) and Citric Acid(CA) ligands was used to bind the metal ions in aqueous solution.The rejection efficiency of AMC/CA-g-(GMA-g-PEG) blend membranes was studied in terms of pH, concentration and time. The successful developments would allow the safe and economical advancement in the fabrication of AMC blend membranes for ultrafiltration applications.

        사설종합스포츠센터 지도자의 감정노동과 번아웃 증후군(burnout syndrome), 동료관계 및 고객지향성의 관계

        본 연구는 사설종합스포츠센터 지도자의 감정노동과 번아웃 증후군(burnout syndrome), 동료관계 및 고객지 향성의 관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구대상은 서울과 경기도에 위치한 사설종합스포츠센터 및 지도자 교육센터를 방문하여 스포츠센터 지도자를 대상으로 총 330부의 설문지를 배포하여 자료에 부적합하다고 판단된 15 부를 제외한 315부(95.5%)를 분석에 사용하였다. IBM SPSS statistics 21과 IBM AMOS 21을 이용해 빈도분석, 탐 색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, Cronbach’s α, 집중타당도, 판별타당도, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형 검증을 실 시하였다. 이를 통한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사설종합스포츠센터 지도자의 감정노동은 번아웃 증후군에 정(+) 적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감정노동은 동료관계에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감정노동은 고객지향성에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 번아웃 증후군은 동료관계에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 번아웃 증후군은 고객지향성에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여 섯째, 동료관계는 고객지향성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사설종합스포츠센터 조직의 효율 성과 효과성을 위해 지도자의 감정적 노동과 번아웃 증후군을 줄일 수 있는 체계적인 지원이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. This study aims at studying what relationship among instructor’s emotional labor and burnout syndrome, co-worker relationship and customer orientation in private sports complex. The survey was done through 330 questionnaires were distributed and 315(95.5%) questionnaires from the participants excluding unreliable questionnaires. After question investigating the data which is collected used IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and IBM AMOS 21 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α, convergent validity, discriminant validity, correlation analysis, path analysis through Structural Equation Model(SEM). The result of this study were as follows. First, instructor’s emotional labor in private sports complex showed (+) effects on burnout syndrome. Second, instructor’s emotional labor showed (-) effects on co-worker relationship. Third, instructor’s emotional labor showed (-) effect on customer orientation. Fourth, burnout syndrome showed (-) effect on co-worker relationship. Fifth, burnout syndrome showed (-) effect on customer orientation. Sixth, co-worker relationship showed (+) effect on customer orientation.

        근거 중심(Evidence-Based) 노인 체육정책에 관한 연구: 중・고령자의 사회적 안녕감 효과를 중심으로

        The middle-aged and the elderly is the dominant generation and a pivotal resident of local communities. The purpose of this study is to analyze policy effects to provide useful information for the design and execution of an evidence-based sports policy for the elderly. It examines the relationship between perceived environmental clues about local leisure sports facilities, the sustainability of facility use, sense of community, and social well-being. The subjects were 476 the middle-aged and the elderly who use local leisure sports facilities. The data were analyzed using the statistical programs SPSS Version 22.0 for Windows and AMOS Version 22.0. Analysis procedures include covariance structure analysis. The results of this study show that the perceived environmental clues on the use of local leisure sports facilities affect the sustainability of facility use, the sense of local community and social well-being. The sustainability affect the social well-being, and the sense of community among have positive impacts on social well-being. Furthermore, while the sense of community appears to have a positive effect on social well-being, the analysis of the mediated effects of the sense of community in the relationship between the perceived environmental clues and social well-being reveals that the sense of community is mediated in the relationship between environmental clues and social well-being. Therefore, it is expected that effects to recognize positive environmental clues of local leisure sports facilities will promote the sense of community, and further achieve positivity towards our society or an improvement of social well-being.
