This study is intended to set the criteria for the classification of prescription and non-prescription drugs, and classify hospital pharmacy formulations according to the criteria. 717 hospital pharmacy formulations were collected ken the Center for review and evaluation of health insurance, and national provincial offices. Hospital pharmacy formulations were evaluated based on the 'Guidelines on the Hospital Pharmacy Formulations (Notification No. 2000-46)'by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Drug classification advisory committee was composed of twelve medical and pharmaceutical specialists, and suggested opinions on the drug classification. Among 717 formulations, 651 drugs $(90.8\%)$ satisfied the basic conditions for the hospital pharmacy formulations. 312 formulations $(43.5\%)$ were classified as drugs for the disinfection and tests. For the rest of them, 231 formulations were classified as prescription drugs whereas 108 drugs were as non-prescription drugs. 56 non-prescription drugs were included as hospital formulations, because there were no therapeutic alternatives. Iu sum 599 drugs $(83.5\%)$ were suggested as hospital pharmacy formulations. The study also recommends pharmaceutical companies to produce drugs of limited commercial value, and doctors to change their unique prescribing behavior in order to prevent the abuse of hospital pharmacy formulations.

One of the interesting social phenomena in short-form video platforms is the hashtag challenge wherein ordinary users are encouraged to create by imitating short viral videos on a particular theme. Despite the increasing popularity of hashtag challenges, theoretical discussion on related user behavior is still very insufficient. In this study, we attempted to examine the impact of micro-influencers in order to understand users' willingness to participate in hashtag challenges. For this purpose, the para-social interaction theory and imitation behavior literature were adopted as key theoretical basis. In an empirical investigation using 243 survey data from TikTok users, our study found that a user's illusion of intimacy with a micro-influencer (i.e., para-social interaction) had significant positive impact on the intention to participate in a hashtag challenge. This study also showed that the degree of para-social interaction in a short-form video platform was determined by both media content-related factors and media character-related factors (i.e., content attractiveness, physical attractiveness, and attitude homophily). Our work in this study provided significant theoretical and practical implications on how to leverage micro-influencers for the success of hashtag challenges in a short-form video platform.

The demand for pharmaco-economic data has increased since the introduction of positive list system for drug insurance. A survey was conducted for pharmaceutical companies, universities and hospitals to find the current states and barriers for pharmaco-economic studies in Korea. The results showed that even those who are in charge of pharmaco-economic studies at companies/universities had a limited technical expertise. Government should pay more attention to the education of the relevant manpower, and the production of national statistics needed for economic evaluation.

본 연구는 정부가 2014년부터 7년에 걸쳐 수행할 R&D사업인 달 탐사 사업의 스핀오프효과를 중심으로 비용편익분석을 수행한 것이다. 사업의 편익은 발사체와 위성체와 관련된 직접분야에서 오는 편익, 그리고 탐사로버, 원자력전지, 우주인터넷 등의 연관기술의 개발로 인한 스핀오프효과로 구분할 수 있다. 이 사업의 경제성을 비용편익분석의 방법으로 분석한 결과 발사체와 위성체에서 오는 편익의 효과는 크지 않고 탐사로버, 원자력전지, 우주인터넷 분야에서의 스핀오프효과는 중요성이 인식되는 범위로 파악되었다. 그러나 그 효과도 탐사비용보다 작아서 사업의 수익성은 없는 것으로 확인되었다.

This study examines an effect of oil price on the performances of airline related companies. The airline related companies of this study include airline companies, airport companies, and travel companies. The performances of this study include not only performances of financial statements but also the stock price as a performance of capital market. The findings of this study are as follows: the performances of amount base are negatively related with oil price but the performances of ratio base, and the stock prices are not. Especially the stock prices are seemed to have positive relation with the oil price change. It is interesting result which is frequently observed in the raw material market and the capital market, which needs subsequent researches.
