코로나시대 다문화가정 밀집지역 초등학교의 원격수업 운영 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the distance education of multicultural international innovation schools where multicultural families are concentrated in Gyeonggi-do. For this study, seven of the multicultural international innovation schools were selected as research participants, and three meetings were conducted for each school, and distance education plans and curriculum documents were reviewed. As a result of the study, the limitations and possibilities of distance education were as follows. First of all, the limitations of distance education in schools where multicultural families are concentrated were the overall decline in basic education, care gaps, limitations of customized curriculum management, high fatigue of teachers, and communication with parents. Multicultural international innovation schools operated distance education and experienced various limitations, but at the same time, they were able to find a stronger cooperative culture, digital generation children, and better ways to teach distance educations. Based on these results, this study presented implications for the operation of distance education at schools where multicultural families are concentrated. 연구의 목적은 경기도 내 다문화가정이 밀집한 지역의 학교들 중 다문화국제혁신학교로 선정된 학교들의 원격수업 운영에 관해 살펴보고, 보다 나은 원격수업 운영을 위한 시사점을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도 다문화국제혁신학교 중 7개의 초등학교를 연구 참여 학교로 선정하고 학교별로 3회의 면담을 실시하였으며, 학교별 원격수업 계획안 및 교육과정 문서 등을 함께 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 다문화가정이 밀집한 지역 학교에서의 원격수업 운영의 한계와 가능성은 다음과 같이 나타났다. 먼저, 다문화가정이 밀집한 지역의 학교로서 연구 참여 학교들의 원격수업 운영의 한계는 전반적인 기초학력 저하와 돌봄 공백의 문제, 다문화가정 밀집지역 학교의 맞춤형 교육과정 운영의 한계, 원격수업에서 소외되는 다문화학생, 교사들의 높은 피로도와 학부모와의 소통 및 참여 문제로 나타났다. 이처럼 다문화국제혁신학교들은 원격 수업을 운영하며, 교사, 학생, 학부모, 학교 차원에서 여러 한계를 경험하고 있었으나, 동시에 다문화가정이 밀집한 지역이라는 특수한 맥락 속에서도 보다 공고해진 협력 문화, 디지털 세대인 아이들, 원격수업에 적합한 보다 나은 수업 방안의 모색과 같은 가능성을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 밀집 지역 학교에서의 원격수업 운영에 관한 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to evaluate the ecosystem services and environmental sustainability index(ESI) of the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscapes conservation area using rapid assessment tools. As a result, the analysis of the environmental sustainability index, derived from the evaluation of ecosystem services in the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscapes conservation area, revealed that regulating services, cultural services, and supporting services were all rated below 50%. Especially, cultural and supporting services were identified as lacking. With these results, a SWOT analysis was conducted to develop strategies for enhancing ecosystem services in the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscapes conservation area. Six approaches were formulated, involving leveraging strengths as opportunities (SO strategy), minimizing threats using strengths (ST strategy), utilizing opportunities to address weaknesses (WO strategy), and mitigating weaknesses and threats (WT strategy). In the future, when promoting projects to enhance ecosystem services in the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscapes conservation area, it will be essential to address issues such as the restoration of currently damaged areas and prevention of future erosion-related damages. This will lead to an elevation of the value of the Hasidong-Anin coastal sand dune ecological and landscape conservation area.

도시 및 농어촌 초등학생 학부모의 음악교육에 대한 태도 및 교육지원행위에 관한 연구:공교육 및 사교육의 차이를 중심으로

본 연구는 도시와 농어촌 지역 초등학생 학부모들이 음악교육에 대해 갖는 태도와 교육지원행위의 차이점을 파악하고, 공교육과 사교육의 차이를 중심으로 음악교육 지원에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 학부모 172명을 대상으로 학부모의 음악교육에 대한 태도 및 교육지원행위의 차이점을 양적 연구 도구를 사용하여 분석하고, 음악 교육지원을 위한 긍정요인을 알아보기 위해 6명의 학부모를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 지역에 따라 음악 사교육 및 공교육에 비용을 지불하는 학부모 비율에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, ‘학교 음악교육에 대한 만족도’, ‘연간 음악 공연 관람 횟수’, ‘교내외 음악 활동 개수’에서 두 지역 간 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 학부모들은 저렴한 비용, 꾸준함, 즐기는 분위기가 공교육의 긍정요인이라고 생각하는 반면, 효율성과 효과성을 사교육의 긍정요인으로 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to identify differences in parental attitudes and involvement in music education in urban and rural elementary schools, and to explore factors that have a positive impact on music education support, focusing on differences between public and private music education. Results from a survey of 172 parents were analyzed by quantitative research tools to identify differences in parents' attitudes toward music education and parental involvement. In-depth interviews were conducted with 6 parents to find out positive factors for music education support. First, there was a significant difference in the ratio of parents who pay for private education and public education between two areas. Second, there were significant differences between the two regions in ‘satisfaction with school music education’, ‘the number of concerts attendance per a year’ and ‘the number of music activities inside and outside of school.’ Third, parents think of low cost, consistency, and enjoying atmosphere as positive factors for public education, while efficiency and effectiveness as positive factors for private education.

장애인활동지원 서비스를 이용하는 성인의 의사소통 요구 및 기능 조사

배경 및 목적: 본 연구는 장애인활동지원 서비스의 효과적인 운영을 위하여 뇌성마비와 발달장애 성인이 필요로 하는 의사소통 요구와 의사소통 기능을 활동지원 영역별로 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법: 의사소통에 어려움이 있는 뇌성마비 또는 발달장애 성인에게 도움을 제공한 경험이 있는 활동지원사 30명을 대상으로 뇌성마비 성인 집단 15명과 발달장애 성인 집단 15명으로 나누어 9개의 활동지원영역(개인위생 관리, 신체 기능 유지 증진, 식사 도움, 실내이동 도움, 청소 및 주변 정돈, 세탁, 취사, 등하교 및 출퇴근 지원, 외출 시 동행)과 6개의 의사소통 기능(요구하기, 반응하기, 객관적 언급, 주관적 진술, 메시지 수신, 대화내용 구성요소)에 대해 의사소통 요구도를 5점 리커트 척도를 사용하여 평정하도록 하였다. 결과: 뇌성마비 집단의 의사소통 요구도가 발달장애 집단보다 유의하게 높았으며, 활동지원 영역에 따른 주효과와 장애 유형과 활동지원 영역과의 상호작용 효과도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 뇌성마비 집단은 활동지원 영역에 따른 의사소통 요구의 차이가 없었으나, 발달장애 집단은 외출 시 동행에서 신체 기능 유지 증진과 실내이동 도움보다 높은 의사소통 요구를 보였다. 의사소통 기능에서도 뇌성마비 집단의 요구도가 발달장애 집단보다 높게 나타났다. 그러나 두 집단 모두 의사소통 기능들 간의 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 장애의 유형과 활동지원 영역에 따른 의사소통의 요구와 기능 및 의사소통지원에 대해논의가 이루어졌다.
