Laryngeal hemangioma occurs mostly in infantile patients and infantile hemangiomas can be frequently seen in the subglottic area. So, respiratory distress is a main symptom in this entity. But adult hemangiomas are rare and can be seen in different locations such as in epiglottis, aryepiglottic fold, arytenoids and false and true vocal folds. Authors experienced a case of mixed hemangioma at the right aryepiglottic fold in a 42 years-old-man who was presented with snoring, throat foreign body sense for 3 months. So, we report this case with a review of the literature.

The purpose of this study is to reinterpret the problem of internalization of subject (IOS) by analysing 「Diamond Sutra」(「DS」) in the light of education. Analysing「DS」, the content can be evidently distinguished into two dimensions. One is the particular s of Buddist sermon (說法), and the other is the logical presupposition of particular s-Enlightment (覺). Enlightment is the unmanifested standard of whole process of Buddist sermon and the ultimate aim which must be attained. This, above all, raises question about what is the content which must be tau ght in「DS」, and what is the way which it is internalized. Because「DS」aims at not so much understanding particular s as attaining ultimate Enlightment . IOS must be under stood with reference to two dimensions of content in the light of「DS」. IOS can be described as the process to attain ultimate Enlightment as well as to understand particular s. In this case IOS can be under stood as not process to obtain subject outside teacher s mind, horizontal transaction between inside and outside of mind, but as vertical transaction between the upper layer and lower layer in twofold structure of mind. 無爲說法 and 妙行無住布施 by Tathagata(如來) present a new point of view to reinterpret the teacher s status in the process of IOS, and teaching and learning process. According to this view, teacher is not a deliverer of subject but a incarnation of it. When subject is recognized as an object outside teacher s mind, teaching and lerning process is regarded to be separated from the teacher s mind, and to get no further meaning than to deliver and obtain particular s. But when teacher is recognized as an embodiment of subject, the particulars of subject is regarded as manifestation of the ultimate content, Reality or Suchness, teaching and learning process is regarded as dynamical process which Reality is realized.

Schwannoma is a benign nerve sheath tumor that is composed entirely of well differentiated Schwann cells. They are frequently located in the soft tissue of head and neck region, but only a 1% of them are located in the oral cavi-ty. Schwannoma arising in the soft palate is extremely rare. We present a case of a soft palate schwannoma and re-port this case with a literature review.
