        Flanders 언어상호작용 분석법을 적용한 수학 교과 수업 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide useful information by analysis on mathematic classes for improve interactions between teacher and student using the Flanders Category System. For this, mathematic classes were observed by videotapes and recorded, 10 recorded videotapes were selected for analysis the property of linguistic interaction. The collected videotapes and records materials were transcribed by Advanced Flanders(AF) analysis program version 3.54. The detail investigated topics for studying are as follows. 1) What is the property of the Flanders 10 code analysis results? 2) What is the property of main and subsidiary linguistic flow of interaction? 3) What is the property of the Flanders index analysis results? The results of this study are as follow: 1) In Flanders 10 code analysis results, teachers non-directive speaking is 12.76%, teachers Indicative speaking is 50.28%, students reactive speaking is 4.07%, students voluntary speaking is 9.66%. 2) Among the 10 classes, 5 classes main flow is ask convergent question → students reactive speaking → lecture → ask convergent question, 2 classes main flow is lecture → ask convergent question → students reactive speaking → lecture, 3 classes main and subsidiary flow is lecture → ask convergent question → lecture → work. 3) In indices results, revised I/d ratio, students speaking ratio, student question, wide answer ratio are higher than analysis standard and indirect ratio, teachers question ratio are lower than analysis standard.

        Flanders 언어상호작용 분석법을 활용한 수학영재 수업 분석

        본 연구는 Flanders 언어상호작용 분석법을 활용하여 대학부설영재원 수학영재 수업에서 교수-학생 간의 언어적 상호작용을 분석한다. 연구문제는 수학영재 수업의 1)Flanders 코드 항목별 결과는 어떠한가? 2)언어형태는 어떠한가? 3)Flanders 지수결과는 어떠한가? 연구대상은 대학부설 영재교육원 중등 수학반 수업이며, 수업과정을 비디오 녹화한 동영상을 AF분석 프로그램 3.54를 활용하여 분석한 결과 1)Flanders코드 항목별 분석결과, 교사의 비지시적 발언보다 지시적 발언이, 학생의 반응적인 발언보다 자진적인 발언이 많은 것으로 나타났고, 분류 항목별 빈도수는 강의, 학생의 자진적인 말, 활동 등이 전체수업의 대부분을 차지하였다. 2)수업 흐름은 대체적으로 바람직한 수업 흐름 모델을 따르지 않는 것으로 나타나, 학생 발언에 대한 교사의 적절한 피드백이 요구된다. 3)지수 분석 결과, 수정 비지시, 교사 질문비, 학생 발언비, 학생 질문 및 넓은 답변비는 분석기준보다 높게 나타났고, 비지시는 분석 기준보다 낮게 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to provide useful information for improving interaction between teacher and student by analysing gifted class in mathematics with the Flanders Category System. Research questions are as follow. In gifted class in mathematics, How is the result of analysis regarding interactions between the teacher and students, according to 1) Flanders Coding system? 2) Flanders’ language pattern? 3) Flanders’ Index system? For this, 3 gifted classes in mathematics were recorded by video camera and analyzed by Advanced Flanders (AF) analysis program version 3.54. Results are as follow. 1) Code Category Analysis mostly consists of lecture, voluntary speaking and chaos, silence work. 2) Most class patterns are not in accordance with effective class pattern models. So teacher needs to accept students opinion actively and give appropriate feedback. 3) In Indices Results, revised I/d ratio, teachers question ratio, students speaking ratio, Student question and wide answer ratio are higher than analysis standard, indirect ratio is lower than analysis standard.

        대학 교양수학 필수반과 선택반 및 학업성취도에 따른 학습유형

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between learning style and academic achievement of essential mathematics course students and elective mathematic course students for effective college mathematics curriculum. By using Kolb Learning Style Inventory, we surveyed all 143 students in 4 classes(2 essential course, 2 elective course) classified A, B, C groups by academic achievement and analyzed significant consequence. The results of this study are as follows. First, the ranking of learning style of ‘Essential mathematics course’ is Accommodator, Diverger, Assimilator, Converger. Second, the ranking of learning style of ‘Elective mathematics course’ is Diverger, Assimilator, Accommodator, Converger. Third, the ranking of learning style of ‘A group’is Assimilator, Diverger, Accommodator, Converger. Fourth, the ranking of learning style of ‘B group’ is Diverger, Accommodator, Assimilator, Converger. Fifth, the ranking of learning style of ‘C group’ is Accommodator, Diverger, Assimilator, Converger. Based on this study, professors and educators should develop teaching method that fits each students groups’ learning style and properties of college mathematics curriculum.

        양안시 유형별 계산 AC/A비와 경사 AC/A비의 비교

        Purpose: This study aimed to obtain data for the examination and prescription of clinical trials. Subjects were divided into binocular vision types by the Howell card phoria method. We compared calculated accommodative convergence/accommodation (AC/A) ratio and gradient AC/A ratio by using deviations according to fixation distance and lens additions. Methods: The subjects in this study were 117 undergraduate students (84 males and 31 females) with an average age of 20.89±1.83 years. The binocular vision types were separated into seven groups by Morgan’s norm according to the Howell card phoria method and measured calculated AC/A ratio and gradient AC/A ratio. Results: In terms of phoria changes according to fixation distances and additions, as the fixation distance neared, the groups of convergence insufficiency, basic exophoria, orthophoria and divergence insufficiency moved towards exodeviation but the groups of divergence excess, convergence excess, and basic esophoria moved towards esodeviation. The calculated AC/A ratio with accommodative convergence and proximal convergence appeared larger than the gradient AC/A ratio with only accommodative convergence. The differences of calculated AC/A ratio and gradient AC/A ratio showed statistically significant differences in the divergence excess (1 m p=0.049, 50 cm p=0.047, 33 cm p=0.034, 25 cm p=0.031), basic exophoria (50 cm p=0.000, 33 cm p=0.006, 25 cm p=0.037), orthophoria (50 cm. p=0.019, 33 cm p=0.021), convergence excessive (50 cm p=0.016, 33 cm p=0.030), basic esophoria (50 cm. p=0.029, 33 cm p=0.024). Conclusions: In all binocular vision types, the calculated AC/A ratios were larger than gradient AC/A ratios. Therefore, when binocular abnormality is performed during a clinical examination, it is necessary to apply the calculated AC/A ratios and gradient AC/A ratios together.

        한약추출물의 발모효과에 관한 연구: 하수조, 당귀 및 구기자 혼합물의 발모효과

        N/A Objectives : This study was conducted to develop the oriental medicines which have hair growing effects and evaluate the efficacy of the mixture extract of Polygoni multiflori Radix, Angelicae gigantis Radix and Lycii Fructus in the rat dorsal hair growth. Methods : The oriental medicine extract was administered orally and enzyme(GOT, GPT, ALP and y -GTP) activities, lipid(total cholesterol and total lipid) contents and hormone(testosterone and dihydrotestosterone) contents were measured to see whether or not the extract has hair growth effect and the hepatotoxcitiy in rats. Results : The results of animal experiment that was investigated to search the effect of the oriental medicine extract in androgenetic alopecia are as follow : 1. The liver damage with adminstration of oriental medicine extract was investigated. As results, there was no significant differences between control and the rest two, propecia and oriental medicine extract, in serum GOT, GPT, ALP and y-GTP`s activities and total cholesterol and total lipid contents. Therefore, this demonstrated that the oriental medicine extract didn`t induce the liver damage. 2. Total (T+DHT) contents of serum and skin were measured to know the effects of the oriental medicine extract on the hair growth in rats. Total(T+DHT) content was increased significantly in propecia and the oriental medicine extract in comparison with control group. Moreover, the oriental medicine extract showed higher serum total(T+DHT) content than that of propecia. 3. Serum and Skin DHT contents were examined. Propecia and the oriental medicine extract decreased serum and skin DHT contents significantly compared with control group. The extent that propecia and the oriental medicine extract decrease DHT content was the same and this demonstrate that the oriental medicine extract has the same effect of hair growth as that of propecia. Conclusion : The mixture extract of oriental medicines has hair growth effect by decreasing serum and skin DHT contents and doesn`t have any liver damage when it was administered orally.

        일개 대학 안경광학전공 학생들의 학습유형 분석-성별 및 학년별 요인-

        Purpose: The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between learning style and gender and grade in students majoring in optometry. Methods: Using the Kolb Learning Style Inventory (KLSI Ver. 3.1), we surveyed 105 students (65 males, 40 females, 34 freshmen, 23 second grade, 22 third grade, 26 juniors in K university. Results: First, regarding the survey of gender, the ranking of the learning style of males was assimilator=accommodator>diverger>converger, and the ranking of the learning style of females was accommodator>diverger>assimilator>converger. Regarding the survey of grades, the ranking of the learning style of the freshmen was diverger>accommodator>assimilator>converger, the ranking of the learning style of the second graders was accommodator>diverger=assimilator=converger, the ranking of the learning style of the third graders was diverger=assimilator>accommodator, and the ranking of the learning style of the juniors was accommodator>assimilator>diverger>converger. Conclusions: Based on the outcomes of this study, professors and educators should develop a teaching method that suits the learning styles and curriculum of students majoring in optometry.

        대추 메탄올 추출액이 Benzo(a)pyrene에 의해 유도된 간기능 장해에 미치는 영향

        대추 메탄올 추출액이 B(a)P에 의해 유도된 간손상에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 흰쥐에게 1주일간 대추 추출액을 1일 1회 경구투여하고 B(a)P을 대추 메탄올 추출액을 투여한 마지막 날에 1회 복강주사하여 효소 활성도와 지질 함량 변화를 측정하고 MTT assay를 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. in vitro 실험에서 B(a)P은 간세포에 대해 현저한 세포독성을 나타내었으며 대추 메탄올 추출액은 이러한 세포독성을 정상수준으로 유의성 있게 회복시켰다. 또한 in vivo 실험에서도 B(a)P의 투여는 효소 활성도와 지질 함량을 유의성 있게 상승시켰고 대추 추출액은 이러한 상승을 유의성 있게 감소시켰다. 따라서 대추 메탄올 추출액은 in vitro와 in vivo에서 공히 B(a)P으로 인한 간손상에 뚜렷한 보 호효과를 나타내었는데 이는 대추 추출액이 간의 저항력 및 간세포 기능을 유지시키므로써 보간작용을 한 것으로 사료된다. The protective effect of jujube methanol extract on benzo(a)pyrene (B(a)P)-induced liver injury was studied in rats in vitro and in vivo. Jujube methanol extract significantly recovered the enzyme activities (GOT, GPT, LDH and ALP) and lipid contents(total cholesterol, triglyceride and HDL-cholesterol) changed by B(a)P to normal levels in vivo. in vitro experiment jujube methanol extract didn't stimulate hepatocyte proliferation but significantly recovered the enzyme activities(GOT, GPT and LDH) in comparison to group Ⅱ administered B(a)P only. It was suggested that jujube methanol extract have a protective effect on liver injury by B(a)P.

        This study considers the comfort of residents and energy use in buildings at the same time to improve the Green Building law system. Based on solar radiation control, the following conclusions were drawn by conducting experiments in apartment buildings using equipment. Indoor temperature has a direct effect on comfort. Rather than frequent control of air-conditioners, it is necessary to control Solar Radiation Control that can maintain room temperature. In the future, further studies are needed on changes in the amount of solar radiation inflows over time. The results of this study can be used as a basis for various studies for application within the Green Building law.
